Stranded in Regina with a frozen transmission intercooler 6 hours from home. Called the service department and they told us to go to Saskatoon instead.

The staff at Dilawri Mitsubishi who met me, namely Elvis, Dane, and Wiliam, have done a fantastic job as I explored many options and asked countless questions about the cars I was interested in. They listened closely, gave direct and complete answers, did not pressure or rush me, explored options when I made requests, and in general were quite knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. They made the sale, and there were no issues.
I would add for Mitsubishi generally, I very carefully considered and checked other other brands' SUVs, did lots of "homework, " evaluated critics' complaints and praises carefully, and found Mitsubishi to seem give the best car + warranty + options for the money at this time. If I buy another car in the future, this is the first place I'll look.

I had a great experience this week with Mitsubishi I was looking for an upgrade and was shopping around not having much luck, as soon as I called Andrew he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! Not only did we find a perfect match he also made things happen extra fast and efficient! Definitely something going with their finance department we just had the worst possible experience in trying to buy another Mitsubishi. Someone has to look into their activities regarding financing.i will be pursuing this with Mitsubishi Canada there must be a kickback scam going on. SOMETHING is not right! Buyers Beware

Purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi RVR today with the help of Andrew and Justin! By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle! 10/10 would recommend both Andrew and Justin to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Picked up a used Tesla from the dealership and dealt with the GM Justin - easy to work with and very responsive to my requests. They lined me up with a loaner while I had some PPF put on and it was a smooth process. No hassle drop off with my ride and I was on my way in minutes in the loaner, same on the backend for pickup. Wrap looked great as did the bumper plugs they did up for the previous front license plate holder they took off. Would recommend - Thanks Justin and team.

I didn't stop in because I was in Regina on a Sunday.
I didn't know they were closed. Next time I'm in Regina I will check out the new vehicles.

Hi, I purchased my new Mitsubishi Outlander in September 2020 and am a little late posting my review. I dealt with Justin Piett the GM and he went the extra mile. There were a few issues we had to sort out but he helped me along the entire way. There was nothing that he wasn’t able to help us out with. There were some unavoidable issues and he was great the whole time. Thanks Justin!

I took my vehicle to Regina Honda to be serviced and they brought it to Mitsubishi. It took them almost a month to get my vehicle back to me. I had a sentimental necklace in the truck, and it was gone when I got the truck back. Also my passenger side door was badly scratched in the process somehow, and without telling me, they just used touch up paint to cover it up. I understand that mistakes are made, but I don't appreciate the lack of care they had with my vehicle. I would give them a one star, but at least my vehicle was eventually serviced for what I had taken it in for.

I went there to get an oil change. My car driver seat was perfectly ok before getting oil change. They gave me back my car with a damage car seat track, ball bearing came off and warranty wont cover to replace it so they just KINDA fix it. I dont know anything about car but i know that if one part came off others will follow. Im every disappointed! I have to pay for a damage i didnt cause. Its not right!

They are cheaters.
I bought my first car from them with full of trust. The executive misguided me (told me that those are compulsory packages for every unit) and charged more than the deal price. As I am a new in Canada and haven't that much idea about it, I paid for that. When I realized that, I contacted them and they are just giving me verbal commitment.

Awful customer service. We have received a recall for our vehicle back in July of 2020. Called to schedule an appointment. We were told that they had to order parts and they would call us back once they have enough in stock and were ready to book appointments for people. It is end of November and still no phone call. Wife and I both had called 4 times at different times though out the day had noone would answer from the service department. Left 4 messages asking for call back, but noone had called. Very disappointed with the service we are receiving.

Purchased a used Cadillac from Dilawri. I purchased the vehicle remotely and had it shipped to me. The purchase process was pretty decent and they arranged shipping of the vehicle to Alberta. 5/5 in this department.

When vehicle came it was dirty inside, center console had garbage, good, cigarettes, cigars, and excessive traces of other "smokable plants" I suppose buying a used Caddi I should expect some drugs lol. 0/5

When my concerns were communicated with Dilawri they agreed to have the vehicle detailed here and cover the cost. The reimbursement took over a month to receive but they did send a gasoline voucher for my troubles. 4/5

Vehicle has some pretty major scratches dilawri should have informed me of is the major reason for 3 stars on the review. Cost of repair is brutal and when purchasing a 2.5 yr old Escalade these damages should have been disclosed.

I would do business here again.

I love love love this place.they brought the car to us to test drive. We were able to walk out with said car within an hour. We didnt have another car to go get plates so one of the workers lent us his car. The staff are amazing they're all super friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. Few months ago, I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 from Dilawri dealership. When I move to Edmonton in August, my car was leaking on the transmission. Got repaired by Mitsubishi SouthSide Edmonton and they found out that an O-ring was missing or installed improperly. Unfortunately I didn't know that an engine was replaced in Dilawri Mitsubishi somewhere in Jan2018 and they screw up the repair. I tried to contact the dealership to get a refund from the repair cost of $600+ charge by Mitsubishi Edmonton but it seems they are not bothered on the issue. Again this mistake is from Dilawri Mitsubishi and no reply from them.

Went in a few weeks ago to test drive the new eclipse cross GT. The sale man had little to knowledge of the car and informed me it cannot be driven on gravel at all or it causes hubdreads of dollars in damage instantly. I emailed into the dealership to see if I could talk to a different sales agent as I really liked everything I had read and seen about this car. Darren responded to my email and apologized for the experience, he asked when I could come back in for another test drive. I emailed back asking about a time one night that week, never heard back. I got tired of waiting and went down the road to deal with a dealership that wants my business. Nice SUV, shame about the dealership.
