District 3 Escape Rooms

We had SO much fun doing this escape room. Took our 3 kids 9,5,4 and they all loved it. Shaelynn was so great and such a wonderful host. Will definitely be back!

We are here for a short visit from Ontario. We visited this amazing place with kids. It was our first experience. We all loved it. It is really fun. As a first experience with kids, I suggest choosing easier ones, which was also suggested to us at the beginning.

We went here for a friend's birthday. Was a great deal of fun though we had too many people and it actually made it harder I recommend 4-5 people as a good amount. They have lots of games and cards and things you can buy in the lobby. Do recommend.

We have been going here for a while and it is my favourite escape place! Highly recommend checking it out!

I had never experienced an escape house before and district 3 blew my mind. Very well executed rooms and a great story.

We’ve done three of their live online rooms now (we are not in their local area…discovered them during Covid but keep coming back for fun with long distance family & friends). Great service and staff. Fun games! Hard enough but not too impossible. Highly recommend!

We learned of D3 when we attended the Entertainment Show back in September.

We tried the virtual reality back then, but there was an issue.

So we rescheduled and tried the Excape room, and it was super fun.

Today, Jan 3rd, we tried the Virtual Reality again. Omg, it was a blast. So much fun, we had.

I highly recommend District 3 to anyone looking for a great time. This business has many options for all ages.

District 3 is one of my all-time favourite escape room companies. I love their originality, and how much they strive to constantly improve and come up with interesting experiences. Sometimes I've played the same room twice and discovered that they've tweaked and overhauled many of the puzzles, since they're constantly listening to customer feedback; and some of the rooms are deliberately designed with branching narrative paths so you can play them twice. Every District 3 room manages to surprise me with a subtle twist or something brand new I've never discovered before. Incredible place, definitely check it out.

I Love District 3! Their puzzles are challenging and logical but not vague. They don’t add in distractions and trinkets so rooms flow smoothly. Lastly the rooms are the most creative rooms I’ve ever done!

Have done many escape rooms here, and it's my favourite in the city. I always check for something to do here before even considering going elsewhere. Staff are excellent, rooms are well-designed and put together.

This review is solely based on my experience with their VR arcade selection. Not escape room

When my partner and I visited last week, I was very excited as it had been some time since I had the chance to be in VR, and it was my partner's first time.

When we entered, I confirmed the reservation I had made earlier in the day, we paid and were told we would have to choose the games from the front desk, which is really no big deal

We had to put ourselves into the equipment, so I had to give my partner vague instructions on how to do some stuff, as I'm used to htc vive equipment as opposed to the oculus rift equipment they have.

The only two times one of two staff came to the room were to move us to different equipment because the ones we chose weren't working. The only quirky thing was that I ended up getting moved to my partner's Original station which she had been told 3 minutes prior wasn't working.

The staff that were in, I was told, are new. They had no information on games, and were ill prepared to offer the service. When I mentioned that I was surprised no one came to check on how we were doing, the part owner I talked to claimed he didn't want staff to break VR immersion.

I had fun with the second game I had to choose, since the first game wasn't working, however my session ended earlier than it should have, which erased my progress in the game.

My partner had to end her first game due to being unfamiliar with the controls, which lead to her next experience to be partially blocked on one side by the oculus menu until about halfway through when she found the close button by accident.

In my emails with a part owner, he did apologize, and said they were looking at ways to improve, however acted overly defensive to some of my suggestions. Unfortunately he only offered a refund or a chance for the two of us to try an escape room experience (which we don't particularly enjoy) rather than offering us a redo on our original experience.

If you choose the VR arcade experience, make sure you research controls prior to arrival, just to make sure you'll get the full experience, and do so for multiple games just in case your first choice isn't working.

Played the fortune room. For context, we have played 30+ rooms in multiple countries. The room was a bit of a mixed bag. It was really creative and the ideas that went into it were wonderful. I loved how the puzzle unfolded and how you saw the scene from a distance. The puzzles had good ideas but the execution felt a bit lack luster. Some pieces are used for multiple puzzles.others are one-use but share overlapping colours etc with other puzzles. This leads to ambiguity and unnecessary confusion as to what should/can be reused. Most of the puzzles are not colour blind friendly and would be tough to do with any kind of visual imparment. One of the puzzles (sailors) has at least 2 viable solutions only one of which will unlock the next lock. All of these are easy fixes but as it stands detract from what could have been one of the coolest rooms I've played.

My friends and I had so much fun definitely a great bonding and team strategy time gonna go back again for sure

This is an amazing place! So many choices for experiences. We did an escape room and had so much fun we did another one right after and the staff was so accommodating. They have really cool stuff to buy on site as well. Excellent job by the staff! Will definitely be back

I went there with my family this last weekend, we did the escape for the haunted room and we had such a great time! Staff was very friendly! Will be going back again

Love district 3. Much care and though in their escape room experiences and the VR has become weekly activity with friends.

Felt awkward and crowded at first but after a while, we got alone and it was so much fun! The one room was hard but so fun! Definitely going back there again sometime:)

My family and I had a blast in the Cabin escape room! We certainly will be going back to District 3 again, and again.

Great set up, kids and adults had a lot of fun. Good puzzles, friendly staff, good production values.

Done quite a few of the rooms here. Tried the VR experience and all we could say was WOW after. I would highly recommended this place

Can't say enough good things about this place. Took my daughter here for her birthday. The kids got spooked in the first escape room they were in and the staff moved them to a more "family friendly" room at no charge. They had a blast in the new room. Will definitely book again.

Had a great experience at District 3! Our group of four did the monthly tournament room "The Fortune of Mad Eye" which was a pirate themed room with an interesting central puzzle box. We did pretty well, if I do say so myself! Look for team "Woolsmas" on the leaderboards!

Affordable, unique, interesting, and with friendly staff. Well worth it.

Okay, so my family and myself did the “Something Brewing” escape room 2 years ago. And let me tell you, this has been hands down our favourite escape room by far. If you’re looking for a place that fully commits to decorating multiple rooms, actors, and different types of puzzles/mechanics, this is place! We cannot stop bringing up this place when conservations come up. Next time we visit Regina, definitely will be making a stop or two here again. The staff are also incredible and I cannot recommend this place enough!

The escape room we played was awesome and our host Lindsey was great! The room had a great theme, challenging yet creative puzzles, and everyone in our bachelor party loved it!

Me and my buddy had the best time doing the Assassin’s Creed “Escape the lost pyramid” VR escape room! Most of the time was spent shooting arrows and throwing pots at each other (otherwise we would’ve had a faster time) but we finished it! I highly recommend District 3 escape rooms for your next outing.

I've done a lot of escape rooms in my time and this place is consistently one of the best! The owners and employees have bought in and care so much and that passion shines through their rooms/puzzles/atmosphere. This is the go to place in Regina if you're looking for an escape room!

We had a blast playing Something Brewing online last night! Definitely a game we would have loved to play in person, but Lindsay was an awesome avatar. We won't say too much to avoid spoilers, but it definitely had fun and unique elements that differentiated it from the many games we've played before. (And the theme gets a bit more exciting than a coffee house!) We made it out in the nick of time and highly recommend it, particularly for those with a bit of experience!

We went for my birthday (group of 5) and had an EXCELLENT time! The experience was a blast and David was absolutely awesome!

11 different Virtual Reality games (so far), and their traditional escape rooms are constantly refreshed too. Great go-to for birthdays, always recommend.

The Story lines, are very well detailed and will keep you interested and wanting more.
The Puzzles were very well thought out and challenging but once solved, the sense of accomplishment overwhelmes you to keep going!
The rooms and all the way to the details of scenes of the scenarios of each different room is astonishing!
Even the hosts and actors are very friendly and will challeng you with each puzzle!
They really put the effort in to give you a great experience! 10/10 definitely recommend and definitely will come back.

By far my favourite escape room place. There are so many different genres to pick from and the difficulty is very diverse. There are also VR rooms which I have not yet tried but have heard great things about. They also gave us an extra half hour ish to finish the room.

100% recommend if you're bored with nothing to do in Regina! The themes are fun and challenging. They have the most variety of escape rooms in Regina and staff are friendly!

The rooms at district 3 are so creative and the puzzles are unique and nothing like any other escape room I’ve been to. The staff are super friendly and very passionate about the rooms. We cannot wait for every new room! Recommend to everyone!

My first escape room was July 25th it’s now August 3rd and we have done 4. They’re super fun and I’d say addicting we have won 3/4 the staff is amazing! The puzzles are amazing the rooms have so much detail. Definitely recommend.

These are the best escape rooms in town! The stories are well written, the puzzles are challenging, and not everything is just a simple key/lock to progress.

We've been to over 10 escape room places across Canada and this is so far the best, hands down. We've played every room. The puzzles are so creative and can be fun for any number of people (we've had anywhere from 2-8). I cannot recommend this place enough!

One of the best experiences with an escape room I've had in the city, the one we attempted was very fair and well thought out with more than enough to keep you 2nd guessing yourself. Would/will go again.

Just did the "Intereogation" room with myself and 4 friends, and we had a blast!
We made it out with 55 seconds to spare; the room had amazing puzzles and clues, and the hints were great because they weren't dead-giveaways!
I've done a few escape rooms, but this was my first at District 3, and I will definitely be back! The staff was amazing and so was the room. Overall a fun and exciting experience! Thank you District 3!

This place has lots of different rooms. I've done the haunting and the Brewed coffee. Both were really well done! Rooms are well setup and the puzzles are challenging. Highly recommend District 3.

The best escape rooms in town. Friendly staff that give off a vibe that they love what they do. Intricate detail in every room. If you want to hit u an escape room in regina, this is the one.

Great adventure. Suitable for my 11 yr old son and I up to retirees. Staff were excellent. The hour flew by!

Both of my kids birthdays had been celebrated here along with their friends. They tried the Decomposed and The Cabin. It was really creative and mind blowing every time they solved a puzzle. It was a great experience and they had fun.

The "lore" that ties into the rooms are probably the best in Regina, and the staff are awesome when explaining cool tidbits about the room after you are finished! Great variety of puzzles as well to keep it fresh with each room.

My fiance and I became engaged thanks to the guys at district 3. They helped me build my proposal into the room. They also offer a video recording of the event. I couldn't have made my proposal as exciting or surprising without these guys.

District 3 Escape Rooms offers a delightful experience of an escaping puzzle. With high quality props, clever puzzles, and thought out clues the rooms here require one to think. 'The Cabin', their entry level room is great for beginners and veterans alike, and offers a cool story alongside the great puzzles.

Loved this place! We are hands down coming back was so much fun and we really enjoyed the guy who was working! Great job guys!

Best escape room I've been to! Staff was very nice and let us have extra time even after our time run out just so we could experience finishing the room. Loved the room and the puzzles even if we were too dumb for some of them. David even came on the speaker himself to help us out when we were in overtime because we were too deaf to hear the prerecorded clues. Will definitely go again next time I'm in Regina!

I love this escape room. We did the Haunted room 3 people. And made it out just as the buzzer hit 1. But a few of us work for eacape rooms so know some tricks. It's actually pretty difficult. Would recommend more people then 3 for sure. But it was a blast!
