Divas Nightclub

I am shocked at the way Divas Nightclub is handling their business. After doing my research and reading their reviews, there are multiple allegations of racism towards indigenous people. When these reviews or posts come up, the night club responds with gifs, jokes, and snarky comments. Do better.

If you’re of colour, please stay away from this place. They will get their security to beat you up and throw you out. They racially profile anyone of colour. Worst place ever

Horrible customer service by bartender. Was told not to come to bar and waste her time if I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, when I asked for a drink recommendation.

Appalled by the blatant racial discrimination towards indigenous people. When an indigenous man was attacked and beat by a group of white guys (jealous boyfriend, his friends and “security”) the only people they kicked out was the indigenous group. The female “security guards” also went after the females trying to prevent their friend from severe injury as he was already on the ground in a chokehold by “security” when he got punched in the face BY “SECURITY”. The jealous boyfriend and his friends stole the indigenous females keys (incl.house keys n car keys) leaving her no way to drive them home as she was their DD. They were left out in the cold to freeze, phones dead and told if you wait you can look for them, which never happened. When another fight broke out later in the night the cops were called and refused to file a report or note anything when they the indigenous group were demanding to press charges against their attackers, as they were in plain view. So not only did this establishment fail to keep their customers safe, they were acting in a way that is discriminatory and disgusting. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately.
