Dishonest and unprofessional.
Charged me 14 hours labor (and 3 weeks without my car) to change an engine wiring harness. The problem still persisted; radiator fan wasn’t Turing on.
Took it to another mechanic for second opinion. They found a burnt fuse and a bad rad fan assembly. Repaired it for $650.
Owner of diversified wouldn’t meet me halfway on the original bill and quoted me full price for them to complete the rad fan replacement.
Diversified cost me well over $3000 on a car worth $4k max.

Awful communication and services, seems extremely unprofessional. They'd take advantage of you and deny to pay for own mistakes. Avoid this place by any means

SGI work completed and billed properly. Unsatisfactory communication and billing for additional work.

Poor management here. The guy running this shop is no good and very unprofessional. Stay far far away unless you want your time wasted. They also seem to discriminate against females here judging by previous reviews.

Managed to fit in a battery install after my battery had been killed in the cold. Fast service and did a great job.

Just had rack and pinion replaced. Had engine replaced a few months ago and both vehicles are in great shape now thanks to these people couldn't be happier

Great work done on my Audi SUV done here. Straight forward communication and expectations. Convenient location and will gladly be going back when I have mechanical issues at a reasonable price.

I came to Diversified with an extremely tight budget and a very expensive repair needing to be done. They did everything they could help keep the bill below my max budget and they also identified another problem and repaired it while there (saving me another 4.5 hour job in the future) They even drove me home and picked me up from work when the car was done. The folks at Diversified will forever have my business and I will send everyone I know there. Outstanding and amazing!
