My very first experience was my first oil change with my first new diesel 3500. Great friendly service at a reasonable price. They gave me a ride home, offered to pick me up when done, and threw in a few free car washes at Golf’s. Impressed and will happily return!

Levi Kermeen went above and beyond in helping me to get the vehicle I wanted. Not only did he help me get the car I wanted, he listened to the things that were important to me for a vehicle and worked with me without ever being pushy.

Once I got the car, he talked me through all the features and let me ask questions without making me feel like I was asking a stupid question.

I would recommend Levi to anyone who needs a new, or new to them vehicle.

They told my wife, her air conditioning system was leaking in multiple places, and that the entire system would have to be replaced (~$2000).
I didn’t believe them since they are a stealership and took it to Kal Tire in Stonebridge for a second opinion. They diagnosed it as the fluid being low and to this day cannot find a single leak in the system. A/C works great. SLIME.

The parts manager is an absolute sweetheart. She helped me get everything I needed in a timely manner. The mechanics are top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

They were so fast an curtious they got my vehicle in an fixed right away. They gave Mr a ride home an even paid a Uber tk shuttle me back tk my car after it was ready for pick up. My service helper was amazing her name was Tatum an she was absolutely amazing.

I the service team at Dodge City were able to resolve all of the concerns that I had with my vehicle. Which were all done in a timely manner, while keeping me updated. The moment the work was complete, my shuttle was on its way to come and get me. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Just picked up my 2021 chevrolet colorado zr2 from dodge city last week! Chad Walcer was really awesome to deal with he found me exactly what I was looking for. I bought a new eco diesel 1/2 ton ram here. Paid a bunch for extra warranty and so it was a very troublesome truck and the service department couldn’t fix anything on it. They even tried charging me every time I took the one year old not running truck in for repairs. Totally ridiculous service.

1st time vehicle buyer and owner. Drove down to Saskatoon to view some vehicles. Wanted options and saw a few nice models at Dodge City. Was shown a round and was shown a few options by Justin our Sales guy. Justin absolutely helped me finding what I wanted. He was quick and helpfull and when it came down to figure he also listened to my needs. Together with the finance team Chris and Justin got my deal approved the within an hour and I left there with my brand new Jeep in less than a few hours from just looking into owning. Great service great team.

I had my van serviced here for years with good service at reasonable rates. The last time I went they broke my side view mirror and refused to fix it. A broken mirror was not listed on their pre-entry inspection. Basically called me a liar that it was broken before I took it in. Never going back.

We found my dream Jeep Gladiator posted online. I emailed to enquire and Colton called me back and helped me through all the details of purchasing a vehicle from out of province. I read the reviews and felt confident that when we got there (6 hour drive) we wouldn’t be getting a). They customized our truck for us by removing some pre-installed decals. Our used truck was detailed, washed, filled, oil changed and ready for us up front when we got there. They allowed us to leave it overnight so we didn’t worry about it at a hotel. Colton called to make sure we got home safe and are happy with our truck. The whole process was very pleasant.

The part I wanted was 100 dollars less at this place than one in the south of the province! I'm glad I called them for a quote, which they happily gave.

Amy in finances and Chad in sales were very adhering and honest people to work with on a used truck. Would deal with both of them again!

I just recently made my first vehicle purchase and Jack at dodge city was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I was very grateful for his patience and assistance. The buying process and paperwork was also super easy and fast. Very impressed.

This place has terrible management skills which regard to over booking services, and not helping in anyway. We booked our vehicle for an oil change.those take 1 hour MAX for time.we called after 1pm since its been in there since 11am and well they told us that they will call us around 4: 30 to tell us if its going to be finished or if it will have to stay the night there. We live out of town and its winter.we need our vehicle! We even asked them to give us the keys and we will book another day since a winter storm is coming and all they said was, Phil the service advisor will give you a call around 4: 30 to see if its done or not. WHAT A WASTE OF THE DAY.we ALWAYS have problems whenever we service our Jeep there. We will never ever get our oil change there EVER again and telling our friends and families to not waste their good money on this ridiculous place. They take your vehicle all day and you pay an arm and a leg for it.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A BETTER VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE. Thanks.

The truck is awesome. Had 35km when i had it. Talked to the sales manager to be brand new, but the financial manager put it on second hand, she's trying to rip money to customers. Every thing change when you get to talked inside her office. Brande new truck with no service at all.

1 start solely based on the service side. Anytime I've taken my truck for service I get it back with dirty hand prints everywhere and this last time I had the inside of my driver door damaged. Told them, they took photos and 3 days later still havent heard a thing from them. I will continue to just take my truck to auto clearing for service. Very disappointing

Quality experience. Vin our salesman dealt with me over the phone. My Wife and I were looking for a Jeep for our daughter. I was away working and Vin took very good care of my girls. He was first class and this was a top rate experience. Zero pressure. Just the facts and a fair deal at the end of the day.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I didn't have the greatest experience at Dodge City Auto. One of your salespeople, Wayne Fast, was a bit rude and condescending to me. I get that I was younger, not driving the nicest vehicle, and showed up before closing, but I wasn't ever going to take too much of your time (I get it, it's the end of the day). I just wanted to take a quick look at your used inventory while I was on my way home.

I am married, have three kids, and I make a six figure income for myself, being self employed. I get that self-employed people are harder to finance for, so you were probably not too excited about it, but you could have at least been a bit friendlier instead of giving me the cold shoulder. I have bought cars in cash many times from dealerships, the latest being from Auto Clearing across town. I'm a frequent customer at dealerships, and upgrade my vehicles pretty regularly.

I don't want to cause any trouble, but it'll take some convincing for me to shop at Dodge City.

I would like to give Kudos to the Sales and Finance teams at Dodge City. They made my purchasing experience very easy, especially through these COVID times. Very professional and helpful.
They also had a vehicle in inventory with all the options I wanted when most other Dealers have almost no inventory.

Bought a new van here a bit ago. Prices were great and the sales person (Phil) was very attentive to our needs. As we are from out of town, they were very accommodating and offered curtousy vehicles for service work. Would highly recommend.

Vin has been great to deal with beginning to end. This is 2nd vehicle in 6 mons we've done with Vin and 3rd overall. Threw in higher end floor mats and great delivery. Challenge we've had with Dodge City is the service department. Right from answering the phones to pretending to be busy when there are customers waiting. Need to get that in line or over time there will be migration from the dealership.

The salesman was great when I bought rebel, but dealing with Tamara from finance has proved to be quite the headache. When selling the extended warranty to me she failed to tell us that there is a deductible when putting my truck in the shop for repairs. Sadly my truck was written off 3 months after I bought it, they kept 2 thousand of my warranty when I didn't use 1 penny of my warranty. Trying to deal with Tamara when she doesn't return my calls asking for my warranty back is horrible, they like to take your money but don't like to give it back.

Had a very un satisfactory first visit to Dodge City. However, after chatting with the Service manager and "giving everyone a second chance" things turned out very well on my second visit.

Was pleased that I was able to sit down with the Service manager and work things out to both our satisfaction.

Will visit again the next time the truck needs work and take it one step at a time.

I just bought a vehicle yesterday from Vhin, and it's our family's third vehicle from him in as many months. Him and Levon were so helpful with me, working hard to get me into a vehicle that worked with my budget and still checked all the boxes. Love my Rogue! Would not hesitate to go back, or to recommend.
