I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Domino's South Albert Street Regina, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Their refusal to accept my call for a delivery order well before their stated closing time showcases their lack of professionalism and disregard for potential customers.

Upon calling Domino's South Albert Street Regina with ample time remaining before closing, I was met with repeated rejection as they consistently failed to answer my call. It is both baffling and infuriating that a business would neglect their duty to attend to customer inquiries, especially during their regular operating hours.

My attempts to contact the establishment for a delivery order were met with complete silence, leaving me to wonder why they would advertise their availability if they had no intention of serving customers during that time. This level of negligence and poor communication is simply unacceptable.

Great customer service. All I had to do is a phone call and they tailored the pizza along with the coupon for me. I didn't had to use their mobile app for coupon or deals. Thanks to the staff for running such a great place and one of the busiest domino's in the city. Great job guys.

I liked the 6 cheese pizza with chicken as topping turned out to be amazing love this store.

If you don’t how to prepare a food then take it off the menu how can a chicken Alfredo pasta be no tasteless and bland? I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch feast and you replaced the ingredients with something else without informing me

I would give 0 star if i could. Worst customer service ever. They were screaming at me and when i asked for manager the manager was abusive and screaming at me. Would never order from this store. I’ll pay 100 times more at some place rather than this place. Please hire people with basic behavioural skills who doesn’t attack customers verbally and doesn’t attack them. Waited 2hours and called 4 times still didn’t receive my order delivery. They claim i gave wrong address and number but even after giving the correct one they didn’t deliver and instead was abusive.

My daughter ordered a pizza through the phone number and the employee that answered didnt understand the menu when she wanted the 8.99 mix and match. Took her 5 minutes to explain they have this is on the menu. She finally gets through to him and he "placed" the order for pick up and so she waited the amount of time to go in and have them say "oh we didn't make your order ". So now she has to wait another half an hour while waiting in her vehicle at 9 at night in the cold after waiting for half an hour already! No apology.just blank stares from all employees who were just standing around. She had to ask them to please put her order through and he still continued to overcharge her not knowing the menu price! Terrible customer service and this isnt the first time! I would really like a manager to reach out as this is unacceptable and i am certain any manager or owner of this business would want to know their employees will cost them customers!

The cinna stix with my order were literally already cooked bread sticks that had a ton of cinnamon sugar thrown on top to try and cover the Italian seasoning which it did not. Forgot all of the dipping sauces, and did not follow the order properly. Will not order from this location again. Based on my experience I wouldn’t trust this location to get your order right either, order from anywhere else!

Ordered two pizzas. Delivery guy carried them on their side and ruined them - I'm really not sure how hard it is to carry a pizza right side up. Called down and they said they'd send over a replacement in thirty minutes. Great. Two hours later, the kids have gone to bed. Didn't expect fine dining but what a poor experience. I guess going forward I'll order from the competition.

Always forgets dipping sauce, don’t even bother to order carryout in store. 3 employees walked up and asked if they could take my order, all 3 walked away and answered phones before I could get 2 words out. I went to a competitor down the road and got great service.

It used to be that your pizzas were very delicious, but now it seems that you have put a salt manager in charge with no taste sense. The whole world is too salty right now. The addition of salt to the food would be an additional choice.

Suggestion for the owner: hire well trained and professional staff to maintain the brand value.

They took my order over the phone and when I went for pickup they said I haven’t ordered anything.

If customers are waiting and ready for food pickup, the food orders to be placed via phone can likely wait. Normally in person, you are not expected to "hold"

It was pretty good, the only thing is its a fast food pizza, not a gourmet pizza, thats why its 4 stars and not 5. Really good for what you get though!

I love Dominos, but this locations cheaps out on toppings and gives smaller pastas than others. Do not go to this location. Cheap people.

Rude attitude by the pizza cook when called to let them know they are missing olive topping on my pizza, started saying I put olives and very rude attitude by delivery guy as well who delivered replacement pizza. Old management used to be way better.

Their pan pizza and thin crust pizza is good. We ordered thin crust pizza online that described it comes with oregano but there was no oregano on our pizza. Plus we ordered Hot sauce dip and received BBQ dip. We called them and they replaced it right away.

Fantastic pizza at a fantastic price. Highly recommend trying the garlic parm sauce as well as garlic fingers you are welcome

Very poor customer service. I don’t expect any type of recist behaviour in Canada specially like famous Domino’s. Me and my friends are totally disappointed. We come here around 9.30pm today. But food is awesome.

Today the girl at the front raking my payment was very rude. I get that not everyone is great at customer service. But keep then in the back at least. Just a tip: its not what you say, it's how you say it.

Been ordering from them for years now, always great service and they make a great pie. I highly suggest the Meatza with Brooklyn style pepperoni added, double cheese and extra sauce! Thank me later.

My sons favorite pizza, but the service and there manners need some work, and I got lied too and ignored a couple times too, if you have a problem with your order, better call someone cuz none there will help. Terrible service.

Today The girl at the front till at 3: 58pm who was handling the front desk was very rude, impatient. And seem like she had no proper training on how to provide a good customer service. This was out first time there and it’s wasn’t pleasant just because of that girl who was rude with us. No more coming to here

I am so pist off right now try to order a pizza in regina, Saskatchewan. I have called twice and the order taker had no clue where my address was. The first one put me on hold for 30 min the second person also put me on hold 15 min later I hung up. Get your business in order Pizza pizza how dare you treat me like this. I will never attempt to order from you again. This has happened to me before as well tonight we will have Dominos

Good place. Good service. Good people. Good food. Good deals. Staff went out of their way to deliver us the best experience possible because of their patience, attentiveness and Service. We weren't sure what to order because everything looks deliscious and fresh. They helped us to narrow it down so that we could make up our minds. It was fast and still warm when we arrived to obtain it. Thanks, it's been a slice but ya a slice of pizzas would be nice as well 2019 May

What kind of establishment tells you that your not allowed to eat the food that you have already purchased, because it's a health code violation.because they don't have a washroom? This place. Wack.

Tonight there branch looked like an elementary school class so frankly that was expected. Kids running and joking around and I'm talking about behind the counter staff. Anyways about the pizza. Nothing seemed solid. It was like a pudding. We were just unable to pick up a slice and eat. Had to use spoons to finish it. Kids didn't eat so half of it went in the bin.

Good service, friendly and fast.food is beyond terrible. Heard before dominos tastes like cardboard, well after recently moving to the south end and trying this establishments pizza several times its the worst excuse of a pizza ive ever had.

Another awsome experience. Ordered two pizzas and cheesey bread. Evrything was quality and on time as usual. Highly recomend this place. After all. Dominos pizza is a classic!

The pizza itself was great but the service was not so good. We ordered a meatzza pizza with some additional toppings. When it arrived it had the extra toppings we wanted but no meat. We called to have it corrected and the girl on the phone lacked customer service skills. She told me the correct pizza will be delivered again. 45 minutes later they called asking if the pizza should be delivered or if we were picking it up. We did eventually get the right pizza and the pizzas themselves were great. Hopefully it was just a bad day there but I am hesitant to order from there again.
