Don's Photo

I phoned in to check what brand of Mobile Mount for Tripod they have, as I have no luck in Staples, Walmart and Best buy. I don't know if the representative is having a bad day or it was busy (could have put me on hold), they told me the product name, and as I am almost done with my inquiry about the mount, I asked the rep what model number it is so I can do my research before buying it and if it fits to my phone, all I got was a rude response. I asked "Can you please tell me what model is the mount? " and the rep replied with "NO. " and hanged up. They have to be mindful that some of their customers travel hours away, and might need to call before travelling so their effort to drive from city to city won't go to waste, and they need to be patient especially if their customers are polite and respectful about their inquiry in the first place.

I recently got into shooting film photos, and Don's is awesome! I buy my film stock from them, and I also get my photos developed and scanned. One of my favourite things from them would be their customer service. They're always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! As someone who is a beginner in the field of shooting film photos, I was initially intimidated since I don't know what I'm doing, but every time I visit and I have questions and/or need advice, they're always there to help and give insights!

Service here is top-notch and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I just want to mention that Nathaniel has helped me a lot in picking the gears I needed for my photography. The items are also in great condition and I will always buy my camera gears here.

Great Service! Had an issue with batteries not charging for my new camera and after figuring out the issue they solved it right away!

Took my camera in with a minor issue and the staff was able to assist me right away. Was greatly appreciated. They were able to assist me with my questions on a lense, pointed me in the right direction and I was able to purchase at a great price.

The intense smell of patchouli is sickening.literally. So if you have scent allergies or dont like patchouli dont set foot in Don's Photo.

I appreciate that it's a shared building but other businesses smells were not the problem. Opening your door was like hitting a brick wall, it is far from scent neutral.

Always accommodating as usual, I travel from Moose Jaw because I like to shop at a store with a door and Don's always has a supplies I need on hand!

I love Don's. Best service and care for regular customers anywhere. Shop local and keep places that matter open.
