Went for passport photos. While I was waiting, I got to watch another customer work with staff on some photos and saw the compassion, care and gentle understanding that sometimes is required but hard to give. MY service was fast and exactly what I needed too!

Great place for passport photos. Brought my daughter to get passport photos and in less than 10 minutes we walked out with the photos. Fast and friendly service!

Ordered a lens filter kit in store, was updated a few months later due to COVID, they wouldn't be able to get me what I ordered. They offered to honour my order and put together a kit in store. I was extremely pleased with the fact that they gave me a better product than what I ordered due to the unexpected lack of stock, without me even asking. Definitely recommend the store.

Fantastic service on our passport picture. We were greeted immediately upon entering and directed to photographing area entire process to printing of pictures was 7 minutes. Definitely recommend!

All my usual photo developing places are currently not in service, so I decided to try Don's. I haven't usetheir developing services before as its not at all in my area and the prices are a little higher.
It was so easy to select and crop just the way I wanted. And the quality of the prints is pretty much perfect. I was so happy with the results and will be using their services again.

Went in to purchase a new Camera, the woman who helped me answered any questions I had. She even let me try it out before I made my purchase which when spending a good chunk of money was really nice! This is my second camera from Don's and I will return again and again for their great service!

Their team has been extremely kind and knowledgeable, whether I'm purchasing products or simply asking questions. They're responsive and helpful both via phone and in-person. I can ask any junior or advanced questions, and the team always answers respectfully and thoroughly. Photography can be intimidating, but Don's Photo makes you feel supported.

Heard good things so I stopped by from the west side to get passport photos for our 9 month old and my wife. They said they don't do passport photos for infants. What the heck? I'll give an extra star for recommending London Drugs as it was a good recommendation. London Drugs had the photos done in minutes!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always trying to help their customers with products.

I do not do well in busy retail environments and I struggle to communicate when there is a lot going on around me. Years ago, I had saved for and researched cameras but I had a bunch of bad experiences in other retails. Someone recently recommended Don's and I decided to try again to price out my dream camera. My first visit, the store was really busy. I was completely overwhelmed and ready to run away when Derek came to assist me. He was super kind and patient while I tried to sort out my thoughts. He asked intuitive questions in order to provide amazing customer service, tailored to my quirks. He never tried to sell me a camera or push me towards something I didn't want or need, he went out of his way to really listen to me so I could make a confident decision. To top the whole experience, the camera I wanted was not in stock and I was expecting to wait a couple weeks for it to come in. I was very excited when he ended up emailing me a couple hours later to tell me one had just arrived. I am really happy with my purchases and my experience. 5 stars for Don's Photo and if I could, 10 stars to Derek. Thanks!

If you need proper pictures for passport or online forms, this is the place. Good quality pictures and sized and stamped.

Charge something 16$ while staples charges 24$ on cross street.

Very helpful, possibly too helpful. By the time the salesman was done talking he had proved to me I was suffering from Dunning-Krueger and so I left realizing I need to learn more before making a purchase.

The team at Don's killed it. We needed some pictures printed for a school project for out littlest one. They were super helpful and supportive.
Lots of information and suggestions and while i wandered around waiting for the prints they even asked multiple time if we needed any help.
The prints came out quick and very serviceable quality. Josie did great on her school project also.

I wanted some accessories to make my phone more manageable to shoot pictures and make videos. Best Buy did not have the staff to help me appropriately but Natasha from Don's Photo knew what she was doing. Great service.

I recently acquired an old Kodak camera with absolutely no knowledge on how to work with this film style. Because 620 film is no longer produced, Andrew had taken his time to assist me in respooling 120 film onto a 620 spool along with educating me about working with film. I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff is friendly and have shown to genuinely enjoy what they do!
