The staff are rude, never smile and treat you as an inconvenience. Never a welcome, hello, thank you or have a good day. Customer service is everything. I'm done supporting this business and the paychecks of such unpleasant staff.

Medium cone was running down my hand before I even brought it into the vehicle. Employee had chocolate all over his hand when he passed it to me. I hate to complain but this was definitely the worst DQ cone I have ever ordered.

Went thru the drive through, waited for over 15 min and they didn't even have my order in when they finally came to the window. Pop was flat also.

This place has the most ungrateful, rude workers. No hello, no thank you, they don't answer your questions, no smiling and always miserable. One of the kids working there drives a dirt bike to work illegally too. Not only is the service painfully slow, you get a blizzard in a ripped cup, cold soggy fries and a microwaved burger after waiting 20 mins for a way too expensive meal.

My wife and I tried going here a few times, but could not get anybody to take our order. The other day we decided to try again, and we finally received our food. The burger was a mess, the ice cream was well short of normal. Please people, go to the one in Rosthern. Great food and friendly staff. This one in Wakaw is horrible.

Good food, slow service. Waited about 15 minutes for a few burgers. They were not even busy. Also, the drive-thru person wasn't watching when we pulled up, we had to go inside, after ordering we saw people being served through the drive-thru.

Been here twice and honestly the worst experience both times, super slow and not really professional at all, employees wearing hoodies and pajama pants lol. Just a sense of no caring at all.

Rudest customer service ever. Drive thru girl is intentionally slamming the window in peoples face. Not a please, thanks or have a nice day to be had. Couldn't tell if I was being punked she was so rude.

Great deals whenever i pass through waka waka i stop in here for there 5 dollar meal deals. Good food and great service

Not a truckers friendly place, try to use this drive thru on a Semi. Service is slow.molassas kind of slow. Skip it driver.

I was at this location today. None of the staff were wearing masks. This is unforgivable in today’s world.

Not near enough staff to support a busy long weekend. 2 combo meals and we waiting over 30 minutes for our food. Would have been quicker to make the drive to Saskatoon and hit a drive through there.

Went there on June 24th for supper. Ordered the 6 piece chicken strips. They were nice enough to give me 2 containers of buffalo sauce. But only a quarter full? !? I went to ask what gives, and was told that that was what the manager told them to do. I asked for more, and was told that I would have to pay extra. I said that I wanted to talk to the manager. He of course, was not there. I again asked for more sauce, and once again was told that I would have to pay. I then said I'd give my order back, and demanded a refund. Then I managed to get 3 more sauces. By then, my order was all cold. And the 2 poor kids behind me had to wait 10 minutes to order. I poured 4 together to fill one. Utterly ridiculous!

My fries were rubbery and not hot but my burger was very good. My wife's fries were hot and fresh.

I liked that they let me add as many burgers into my bun that I wanted. Food was delicious. Nice location.great price. Workers were super nice:)

This is the best DQ I've been to. The blizzards and shakes are made properly, with lots of flavour. Some locations add very little to the plain soft serve, but all of the ice cream and food we got here was great. Very friendly service too.

DQ is Awesome - well the food is pretty standard. It's fast food so no great shakes there. The staff are the shining stars here. The one young lady was so helpful to the people at the table next to us. There was a bit of a spill and the server was right over to help and made the people comfortable and welcome. She then went into the back and got a replacement for the fries that got some pop spilled on them. I was very impressed with this employee. When I went to leave she was busy with another customer so I did not get her name. I also did not get to congratulate her for a job well done.

Originally I went in there today for a 1l soft serve Frozen vanilla ice cream. It was such a hot day today here in cudworth make a Drive North on Highway 2 for 5 or 6 miles and get up to Waka. As I entered the Dairy Queen on Highway 2 there was nothing but positive employees bustling inside of the restaurant keeping the customers happy. I have never seen a happier crew of employees helping the customers ever before in my purchasing Behavior at this location. So like I said I went for a 1l soft serve of vanilla ice cream I ended up buying a box of Dilly Bars yes can you believe that I bought an extra box of Dilly Bars now 16 or $17 wasn't the fact because some of that money does go to their kids camps like nowadays we have to think about the kids and what we can do for the kids honey you just can't know I think about the kids when you go to the park and especially the spray park this going to be kids everywhere running up and down the hallways if there is a hallway at the kids camps either way I thought I'd buy it myself a box of Julie VOS not only did I eat my main purpose food of a 1-liter soft serve vanilla ice cream but also I ate two Dilly Bars and they gave away for Dilly Bars to the kids that we're hanging out with my son. So having said that I'm down a few dollars I'm up in charisma and I'm in love with Dairy Queen. Will see you at the next spot

Never fresh no matter what time i go.

Slow service, more likely to get your order wrong than they are likely to get it right. If you’re going to take forever to give me my order, at least get the order right

Be careful going to the washroom, as a person may be accosted by one of the locals, for taking longer than the 2 minute time limit, Like happened to me, i just closed the door.and was aggressively confronted. I won't stop there again.

Worst ever. Ice cold burger and so much sauce it had run all over in the wrapper yuk and the bun was super dry, ordered the kids a burger with only ketchup and there was so much ketchup, it was all over the wrapper and ON the bun.and of course we have left and are down the hwy before this all becomes evident.so I call the supervisor and tell her. Ànd she tells me that their burgers are always fresh! And I'm like no it was cold, we had a couple bites and it's in the bag so aweful you couldn't eat it.
