Flooded urinal, over flowing out door garbage can. Hamburger was ok, needs fresh cut onions and tomatoes.

Don't know what the food is like, but the service was nonexistent. Stood with 3 other customers waiting to be acknowledged. After a few minutes I left to the A&W.

Just the goofiest DQ ever. Clueless service. Worker tried to pocket a $5 tip from my wife on a $15 purchase. Got the order wrong. No organization going on whatsoever. We weren’t the only ones unhappy. Will not atop at this place again.

I will not return to this DQ location. I love DQ and even worked at a DQ for years as a teen. Have never had a good experience at this particular location over the past few years. This time they completely ignored the request to remove mayo from my burger and pickles from my child’s burger, despite repeating it back to me. They just don’t care, I guess they assume people will just be driving through on the highway and won’t return to correct mistakes due to the inconvenience. They also tried to take payment twice.

Stop here quite often in the semi. The employees are beyond lazy. Don’t expect any forks or napkins on your to go orders. Lazy foreigners

Sorry, but my order is almost always wrong, I think at the current time you guys owe me an order of fries, a blizzard and chicken fingers-all were wrong or forgotten (through the drive through)
The staff is nice, but the accuracy and speed sucks, which is why I rarely come here anymore

It was always a horrible experience in this location. MOST ESPECIALLY that one INDIAN GIRL who seems to love giving an attitude towards the customers. Or should I say if it's a white customer, seems so nice but when you're not you would be treated differently. Why? Just because some customers are not white and not YOUR kind? Since all of the employees there seems to have invaded the place with all of your kind, then might as well hold a proper training at least on how you would work in a customer service industry. Believe me when I say, IF I COULD ONLY RATE YOU ZERO OR MUCH BETTER NEGATIVE AS THAT IS WHAT THIS STORE DESERVES, I WOULD'VE ALREADY DID THAT. If you're not okay or if you're going through something then at least show some decency or professionalism in what you do. You chose that job so you should embrace all that comes with it. Be a better person, it doesn't cost you anything at all girl! You do not have any idea what someone is going through and yet there you are giving all that attitude that no one asked for. I was literally holding my baby yesterday and when I told this girl to not put the strips in the bag she intentionally put it in the bag just to what? Be thankful that my husband made me calm because girl, all my pregnancy hormones are gonna run after your nasty attitude. You should be taught a lesson and all of the workers of that location. Do you all feel high and mighty just cause you're not in the city or just cause you're out of towners?

For a DQ.the food was not the greatest (fries were okay), washrooms are awful, and service was disappointing.

Worker seemed annoyed I was there and was very rushed. Got my order wrong, food was cold and tasted like day olds.

The hamburgers were terrible. They looked like leftovers from day before and were cold. Root beer drink tasted awful Will never eat at the Davidson, Sask DQ again. We dined in the employees were fighting between them in the kitchen. Not friendly at all…. They were just there for the pay cheques which none of them deserved This is our third time at this location and will never return.

I am a huge Dairy Queen fan. I have never had a bad experience except for this location. The wait times are unbelievably long no matter how busy it is. We’re talking 10+ minute wait for a simple drive thru order which is unacceptable for fast food. The food itself is barely warm and the employees are not friendly and do not take pride in their job. I have tried stopping here on three different occasions hoping that it would be different but it’s always a bad experience. I will never stop here for food again.

Only DQ I’ve been to where they didn’t tip the Blizzard over to prove how thick it is. Was melting before I could pick it up and same with the other person’s milkshake

Worst DQ EVER. Came just before closing ordered 2 burgers fries drink and blizzard. They musta had to throw 2 patties on the grill for me cuz they were still pink inside barely and grill marks. The pop was flat and warm no ice. Only thing good was fries and ice cream. Like get real you guys. Your a customer based business. If u can't even succefully please.ypur customers then find a new job. Honestly if I wad the owner id to a complete staff rehire cuz employees like this will only kill ur business and make it succeed. I feel I should get my money back cuz by the time I made it back to get my money they were all locked up

Food portions were small for the price. Tables weren’t clean. Washroom one was closed. Second was open but was dirty with mud everywhere. They don’t bring food to table like in the city.

Overpriced and the worst is that we had diarrhea right after eating food from this establishment. Had tasted something that is very bitter from the blizzard that we decided to throw it away even it's not halfway done.

I stop by this location once in a while when I’m traveling in between cities and it’s ALWAYS a long wait no matter how big or small my order is or if there are people ahead of me or not.

I try to overlook the wait as it was my choice to go here instead of A&W or Tim Hortons but today…I really wish I went elsewhere.

As mentioned, LONG wait. I finally got my food but the Pepsi had no ice. Not sure if they just “forgot” or it melted cause of the wait but the Pepsi was just barely cold.

I also got two chicken wraps and these were just lukewarm…i look down and the lettuce had so many brown spots that it should’ve been pulled out and tossed in the garbage and not put in my wrap.

The only “good” thing was my fries. You can tell these were freshly made since it was the only thing that was hot.

Overall, disappointing experience. Even for fast food.

Oh. Is it not a common practice to let customers know how much they’re paying before shoving the machine to them? I don’t even get a receipt so I had to ask to make sure they didn’t overcharge me.

Stopped to grab lunch on our way home.
The girl who was working seemed like I was inconveniencing her by coming to get food. Barely opened the window for payment. Then again to hand food. No hello, thank you or even a goodbye.
If you hate your job that much, find a new one.

I noticed when I pulled up to the window that the person serving me was not wearing a hair net and didn’t have her hair up, she was also chewing gum and came off as rude and impatient
