Have been here a few times for various treatments, including TMJ and migraine Botox as well as recent treatments with Kara to improve my skin. Every time I come here I feel pampered and see great results. I plan to return for future treatments and highly recommend the staff and Dr. Insley. She and her staff will exceed your expectations.

I have been going to Dr. Insley’s office for Botox for a couple years and I had seen Nurse Amanda up until recently. I saw Nurse Jazzmin and was bery happy with the results. She is so personable and does great work. Will definitely be rebooking in a few months!

So pleased with every procedure I have had! Staff is friendly and professional. Nurse Amanda is awesome. She keeps you informed about the procedure you are having done as well as suggesting other procedures you may be interested in. I travel from BC to come to this clinic!

Another trip from British Columbia to this fantastic clinic! Nurse Kara was so compassionate taking her time to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionist was so kind making me feel welcome when I arrived early. I will be back in the summer of 2023 for other procedures

I recently had a service done by RN Jazzmin at this clinic. She always takes the time to go over the service and answer the many questions that I have. I trust in the professional knowledge that Jazzmin has to execute the best possible treatments that are best suited for me. The clinic is spotless and a pleasure to visit. The atmosphere is relaxed; you are welcomed by friendly staff as soon as you arrive. I’ve never had to wait for a service which is important if you are on a tight schedule. The staff is knowledgeable and I’ve always left feeling and looking better than when I arrived! I highly recommend!

As soon as you step in the office you are welcomed with smiling and friendly faces. Kara was very knowledgeable and professional answered all of my questions politely and patiently and advised the best solution for my concern.

Sometimes self care is allowing ourselves to look as young as we feel and when i smile my eyes promote my happiness with my agelines once vacant.

I purchased a hydrafacial on special for half price in Feb. & was able to get in for it the beginning of March. I love this place! It's never super over booked so I'm fortunate enough to easily find parking right in front. The waiting room is very seldom standing room only. The specials really are SPECIALS! The welcoming atmosphere from booking to the warm personal welcome from Jaimie puts one at ease. Then comes the facial & OMG I do love my facials add to that Kara has healing hands! Clean clean clean I am definitely a lifer here. Thank you all for helping me maintain healthy skin, look & feel good!

The staff is very welcoming. I appreciate that my service was quick, and it was done right the first time, with little to no discomfort. I had no bruising which is something I was expecting as I have had this service done elsewhere in the past which had some. I also was pleased with the information that came along with my appt. I enjoyed my visit, and the knowledgeable staff.

I received my last treatment by Dr. Insley and always such great service, professional and makes you feel so comfortable in the clinic. The staff here are all great, best place in town for treatments hands down.

Today I saw Dr. Insley to receive Botox treatment for migraines. She really took the time to get to know me and was very informative about the treatment. She even let me know of upcoming sales for treatments I hope to get in the future.

1st time to this clinic, i was greeted by a very froendly receptionist and introduced to my nurse Jasmin with no what time. The building was beautiful with so much relaxing character and charm. I came to get a complimentary microdermabrasion for my birthday. The ladies were amazing! I was greeted with smiles from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I walked out. The treatment was wonderful and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. Definitely going back!

I came in to Dr. Insley's office recently for a treatment with RN Amanda, after not being there for 2 years. Their new location in City Park is beautiful and clean. The receptionists are very kind. I see Dr I regularly for medical botox for migraines and TMJ, and this treatment is the only thing that has worked for me. I couldn’t recommend this treatment more.
Beyond that, Dr Insley and her crew are absolutely the best - professional, genuine, kind, and personable. The idea of medical injectables can be intimidating to some, and Dr I instantly puts you at ease with her demeanour - she is absolutely professional and instills 100% confidence, and honestly is so easy to talk to - she genuinely listens and understands.

I love this place! I came here for lazer hair removal on the lower half of my body and was pretty nervous about the entire procedure/ being that exposed infront of anyone. RN Amanda made me feel comfortable and talked me thru the entire procedure so there were no surprises. The front staff is friendly and the office is clean. I highly recommend this medical spa!
