Exactly why car dealerships get a bad name. Wouldn't even let us know the payment until we asked repeatedly. Spent like 2.5 hours to test drive, and receive payment info. Car was about $25/biweekly over what it should have been. Equates to just under $5000 in seemingly hidden fees? Thats the ffun advantage. Do not shop here. There are far better dealerships than this. I will never come back.

After a bad experience at another local dealership I arrived at Ffun and was helped by Kassy. From start to finish she was so helpful and went above and beyond! I walked out of there with a beautiful new Honda civic and will definitely be a return customer. I will also be sending family and friends to Ffun.

First time buying a car and Paul made the process very smooth and simple. Love what I ended up in! This dealership has all the small things “right”. Requested a test drive and they had the car parked out front and warming up even before I arrived. Was able to test drive it on my own and felt no pressure to be quick. Paul answered all my questions throughout the whole process and made it extremely comfortable. They even detailed the car further prior to delivering it to my house. Great experience. Rishi was helpful, and got me approved and within my budget easily and quickly. Had some problems upon picking up the vehicle that was resolved. The check list said half a tank or more, and was told if I wrote the review I'd get that. Drove off with a quarter tank. Take with that what you will. ***UPDATE***
The vehicle was poorly inspected, left with a horrible vehicle. First, the vehicle smells like cigarettes constantly even after they "treated it" when i picked it up, then the tires had slow leaks and now i have constant service lights showing up, along with stalling and breaking down. It's been 4 months and this vehicle has been nothing but a headache and inconvenience.

Good collection, representatives will go all out to get the desired vehicle as well as desired information and advice.

Very bad experience with Brady. Finalized the car and submitted credit application for approval.
Before waiting from any decision from bank and without discussing with me they sold the car to someone else. We had finalized the car and were also willing to put down money to book the car but Brady told us that it was not necessary. Next day i called 3 times and then was told that they had sold the car to someone else. Very frustrating and terrible experience as customer as they don’t stand by their commitment This dealership does not value the customers at all. I would not recommend buying anything from here.

I worked for DriveNation for 1 and half year and I achieved the certificate of top performance award but two weeks ago I resigned and left before that as they told me they have $250 referral cheque if someone referred any customer to them, one of my friend referred his friend and he bought the vehicle from them but they are not paying the money to him without any reason. This is the way mangers Cameron and Brady treating employees and customers. As DriveNation posted in social media about referral cheque I strongly believe that it is not true and it is dishonesty not paying the money which is promised to people. Not only they ruined my reputation and friendship with my friend but also I have to pay him from my pocket and they accused me to not tell them the customer was referred it is not true. I strongly discourage my friend and my community to visit this place from now on and all of these happened for only $250. I am so sorry for all I did and so happy not working there anymore. I hope someone in FFUN group management see my post and contact me to solve my problem.

My experience was amazing with drive nation! We came in needing a vehicle the day of and they worked hard in making that happen. Very amazing and friendly staff and very helping in making sure our need were met!

Came in and was looking for an SUV that was going to last for a few years going forward. I had a meeting with Diego at the Saskatoon North store. He welcomed me and was very polite. 5 star service since you enter, they helped me not only selecting the best car and plan for me but they even took me to SGI until I got my planes and registration, definitely the best option by far for Newcommers, getting a loan was extremely easy, my salesman Diego can also speak Spanish, so if you are Hispanic, this is by far the best option for you. Totally recommended.

Horrible place don't buy a vehicle from any of these places they don't even put the proper spare tire in the car they just throw something in there and say customers problem now.if you need to buy a car just go to your local respectable dealership and get a car that will give you a huge piece of mind.

Drive Nation is absolutely wonderful, my sales representative Diego is great. He was fast friendly and knew exactly what I needed to drive after only a couple questions. I would recommend Drive Nation to anybody that needs a newer used vehicle, and ask for Diego ;)

Recenly Bought Mitsubishi RVR 2018 from Drive Nation Saskatoon and I must say I had an awesome experience while dealing with their team, especially Mr Farough and Ms Amber, they have indepth knowledge of their products and greeted me everytime I was in their office, Farough understood thoroughly what I needed and helped me to find the right vehicle which would fit in my budget and features that I wanted. Finally I got a good deal on my vehicle which I was finding difficult to get from other car dealers.

Farrough was my salesperson and Brady finalized the purchase. Due to circumstances requiring a hasty (but very well researched) purchase, I found the vehicle I wanted and contacted Drivenation right away. It was a low km vehicle for a fantastic price (I could not find a comparable price anywhere). However, I live in Alberta and the vehicle was in Saskatoon. Staff went above and beyond to make this happen quickly for me. They were helpful, well informed, and got me into a fantastic SUV, for a fantastic price in VERY short order. Nick, Carlos and Brady were very helpful and got me into exactly what I wanted! But when getting a vehicle.make sure it's in working order! I only had my truck for 3 months, when I took it in for an oil change.they found a bell housing leak as well as a rack of pinion seal leak!
