From requesting a quote to booking appointments to the technician coming and cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent the Dun-Rite team was exceptional. Chantel provided outstanding customer service working with me to book two appointments promptly and easily for our properties. I also can’t speak highly enough of our technician Michael who was kind, respectful, passionate and thorough in the work he did for us despite having a very long day. I highly appreciate and commend people like Michael who go above and beyond in the work that they do. Thank you Dun-Rite for giving us the cleanest indoor air around!

The technician (Dakota) arrived 15 minutes early. Was polite and cheery all through the job. We have 4 cats and he was very helpful in working around them and making sure none of them escaped during his work. Explained the process of what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend and use again. Job well done.

Dakota was on time, cleaned the furnace and all of our vents in a timely manner. The previous owners of the home had not cleaned the furnace or duct work in 10 years so it was well over due for a good cleaning. I also appreciate how quick they responded to my Facebook message to get an appointment set up.

Dakota was exactly on time for our appointment for duct cleaning. He took his shoes off at the door and and checked the location and length of the dryer duct work. Dakota was very thorough and explained how he was doing the job. After cleaning the duct from outside the home he came in the house and pulled the dryer out and checked that the duct was clean at the back of the dryer. Great job I would highly recommend Dakota.

Dakota did an amazing job! Got here early, was set up and starting by the scheduled time and was so friendly! My 4 year old is very curious and Dakota was very patient and kind with him.
