I had an amazing experience shopping at the store. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and also very knowledgeable and experienced. Barely took them any time to prepare the bicycles that I wanted to test out, and sales representative (girl there) answered all my questions in detail. Provided ample time for testing the bikes, and even offered to reserve bike (s) so I could make an informed decision.
Later, on the day of my purchase - Lee had the bike fully inspected, setup, tires upgraded, pedals installed. And even offered me discount on parts and services. He accommodated me despite having a busy schedule that day. Plus the guy is just a born champ when it comes down to servicing bicycles.
Anyhow, I simply enjoyed shopping there and will highly recommend anyone looking for bike to also check out this store.

We were so impressed by Freddie and the staff at Dutch Cycle. They fit us in without an appointment and took wonderful care of our bikes and of us. We could not have carried on with our cross Canada tour without their expert help. I would highly recommend Dutch cycle for all of your biking needs.

It's a cozy bike store. Very well stocked and they know their bikes well. Wide variety of bikes and biking accessories are available. They offer repair services too. I am satisfied with my purchase

My friend went to Dutch and saw if they fixed Electric Bikes. Dutch stated they don't have the equipment to deal with Electric Bikes. Dutch stated there was a guy, but he is no longer in business. Dutch stated there is a place to fix tires only and cost $25. Plus tax, and nothing else. Dutch stated there isn't any place to buy replacement parts in Regina. Dutch stated there are over 10 places in Saskatoon that fix electric bikes plus parts on line. Fact: Dutch Bikes stated there are over 150 E-Bikes in Regina waiting to be fixed and can't find parts. So most of them just sit to rot or try to sell E-Bikes as is.

If you want good service, good guys, and good bikes then come here.brought my daughter's bike here, they assisted me with my need without charging me for their time spent of finding the odd nut for the trainer wheels. I will highly recommend this place and will come back here to buy a bike for my family.

Lee is the man! Super patient and accommodating, no bike shop would ever give this gold level of service. These guys legitimately care about you, way beyond just selling. Staff seemed oblivious to my presence, I wandered around for over 15 minutes trying to find the kit I was looking for without being acknowledged. The cycling shorts were not organized in any obvious way, and were not displayed such that you could tell what size/style they were easily. Limited selection and prices seemed high compared to other bike shops.
Edit to reply: I was in the store approximately 5: 20 on Sept 9th. So it's possible things have changed since then. Perhaps you had cheaper shorts with short inseams. I was looking for a longer short and the cheapest I found was something like $150, many were more than that.
I will say that I'm optimistic that if one did get the staff's attention, I believe they could be helpful, as a dedicated bike shop they did seem interested in the customer they were talking to (I believe they buying a new gravel bike).
