Earls Kitchen + Bar

Went here last night with a friend, was amazing! It was extremely busy but we got seated and served very quickly. Go-to place for dinner!

We had a very nicely prepared late lunch (ie.later in the lunch hour)
Our Server apprentice was Marco.
He was delightful in personality and completely capable.in short.an asset to the establishment.
All other Staff was thoughtful and accommodating.

The service left a lot to be desired. I had to flag a waiter down after seating myself at the bar. The lobster was a bit undercooked and the spring salad was basically greens with two or three grapes, some feta and a few chopped walnuts. The waitress came across as a bit indifferent and over all inexperienced.

Took my fiancé out on a date night, and we had the best time. Hannah is so personable and warm, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Food and drinks were on point! Can’t thank you enough, we will be back sooner than later!

Earls South was a great experience! Couldn't of enjoyed it more! Rachel I think her name was did such a great job at serving us! I wouldn't ask for any other waitress except Rachel! The food was well prepared, drinks were mixed with perfection, and it all tasted delicious as well. Please pass the message along to the team to let them know they should follow in my waitresses' footsteps! I did ask her last name to note it on this review of how well she did. I believe it started with an S. Sorry, I do not remember Rachel's last name for the review. See you again for the future visit.

Ordered medium rare steak, came pretty much like well done, didn’t even had a steak knife served, waited for 20 mins, after server came check up on us and we asked for a steak knife and she came after another 20 min with steak knife. (its not like it was busy cuz it was a tuesday night) steak was really cold by the time.talked to server about this, the manager was ridiculous, literally didn’t even say anything and threw the bill on us like it was our fault or something lol.we used to be a regular there.never going back to south regina earls bye

I had a very great experience at earls the other night my server was Kiara. She was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Definitely great at her job!

Went in on Friday for a drink and some food after work. The service was awesome. Michael and Paige were attentive and kind. Manager Taliyah was great and gave me a great drink recommendation. Food was really good too!

Earls is a wonderful restaurant.

As someone who typically enjoys the finer things in life, I really appreciate a good service. My expectations are high and I’m regularly let down by Regina’s offerings, but when I come to South Earl’s I know the folks there will take excellent care of me. Nick, the restaurant manager, constantly surveys the restaurant and is always involved in ensuring things run smoothly. One of the best, if not the best executed bar menu Regina has to offer—hands down.

The food was pretty good, but the service was bad. I was with a party of 7 and I didn't get my ceasar salad until 30 minutes after everyone else had their meals, when I did get it, everyone else had finished their meals, and I didnt get the chicken that I had ordered with it. I had mentioned it to the server and she said she would take it off the bill, but I also didnt get a drink at all. We then got desert but didn't get any utensils and asked 3 or 4 different people for some which took about 20 minutes to actually receive. When the bill came, we all went through it and one person had 2 peoples meals on theirs even though it was separate and everything wasnt right. The chicken that she said she would remove was still on there. We were there for about 2-3 hours and didnt want to be there that long, we should've been out of there around an hour earlier. It was my first time being there and I wasn't really impressed with the service.

Absolutely amazing experience
I came here tonight for the first time ever, I had the best experience ever. Professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond.
I was meeting a photographer for the first time without a parent do to the nature of the restaurant my mum could not afford to eat at a separate table. I called in and explained the situation with me being a minor meeting a photographer, the manager and staff were super friendly and made sure I was safe and comfortable the entire time. I’ve never felt so safe and secure, our waiter was super friendly and professional quick to our service and they were all always on top of refills.
The food was superb not to mention the vegan friendly menu, it’s hard to find a place with good tofu as not many people know how to prepare it.
Excellent food and service, highly recommend you come here for your next night out.
Once again thank you fawn (GM) and the team for making me feel so safe and welcome, and to the chefs thank you so very much for an amazing meal.
