Eastgate Dental Clinic - Dr. Tracie McCracken and Dr. Alvin Der

We absolutely love the staff and Dr's highly recommended Eastgate Dental! Our 10 year old grandson absolutely loves going to get work done.

My family and I have been going to Eastgate dental for years. My kids love getting their teeth cleaned. My hygienist and Dr. Tracie are simply amazing and funny. Staffs are friendly and always welcome you with a warm smile. My oral health has improved 100% since I started going there. Thanks for taking good care of us.

I have been using east gate dental for quite some time now. I think about 4 years or so. I have never had a bad experience and am extremely pleased to have found them. Everyone in the office treats me well and in a prompt fashion. I am old enough to know there is nothing to fear about going to the dentist but until I found Dr. Tracie McCracken and her staff my childhood fear remained with me. Now I am fine thanks to their understanding and compassion.
Update April 5,2023. Still the best and I would recommend to anyone of any age.
I would like to add, a special note of appreciation for Taylor "my hygenist". She has made a world of difference and I think I actually look forward to my visits to the clinc now.

Alyssa, the hygienist, truly stands out. Her thorough explanations of each procedure highlight her dedication to her work. It's evident that her heart is fully committed to her job, and she strives to elevate her performance to the next level.
As for Dr. Der, words hardly do justice to describe his exceptional qualities. While many people pursue careers in law or medicine for prestige and financial gain, Dr. Der doesn't fit that mold. He embodies the qualities of the ideal son that any Chinese family would cherish. Unfortunately, such individuals are becoming increasingly rare in our world today.
We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Der overseeing our dental care. His commitment and care are truly a blessing for us, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service he provides.

Always professional and personable staff, excellent work, fabulous interpersonal skills and flexibility to work with patient's needs and best options in mind.

Alyssa is a fantastic hygienist. Smart and very capable. Will definitely use her services again.

I have been very pleased with Dr. McCracken, I was referred to her clinic by a friend and will always be grateful to have found a clinic with such efficient and caring staff.

Dr. Derr is a great dentist
at Eastgate Dental Clinic. Iv seen him for many years and he keeps getting better at what he does. He explains all your options before he does the work and let's you choose what you want done then he performs it. He is great at what he does, I have trusted him with my k8ds and they are not scared of the dentist because he is good at what he does.
The hygienist is also great at what she does. Explains all work and what you may feel pending on how sensitive gums may be etc.
Regardless I trust them with my kids and I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for new and great dentist.

Love the service and the people. Dr. Der has been my dentist since I was a child so I'm glad I found him again. It was hard to suddenly find myself without a dentist and a little scary to come to a new office but the staff is so welcoming it took all the fear away. The staff seem genuinely happy and excited to be at work. Couldn't be happier!

Staff is pleasant and accommodating, especially for those who don't actually like being at the dentist! Place is clean and well kept, massage chairs are a nice touch!

After a disappointing experience with another dentist, I went to see Dr. Der at Eastgate Dental. If you're not totally happy with your current clinic, I would recommend going here, if your experience is at all like mine, you will be treated extremely well.

If you hate going to the dentist, this is the place to go! Great atmosphere, great dentist and hygienists. Very knowledgeable and communicate all options and recommendations.

Always enjoy going to this clinic. All staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr McCracken is fantastic at what she does and has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion.

My entire experience was amazing. Right from booking my appointments, to my experience with the front office as a new patient, to my visit and dental work with Dr. McCracken and finally my cleaning. Everyone is so very friendly, informative and accommodating. I was super impressed!

Top notch! I have been with Dr. M for 14 years now for good reason! They really take care of me and are professional without being "distant". This goes for all the staff there!

Went for dental cleaning and extraction of a wisdom tooth. Overall had very good experience. Dr. Guenther did an excellent job. Will recommend anyone.

Timely service, friendly and professional staff. I have now had two cleanings, a checkup, and a filling at this clinic and have had good service at each appointment. Clinic is very clean and comfortable. I like that I can watch tv during my appointment. No complaints at all, would recommend to anyone.

The place is pretty much new and clean. Doctor did wonderful job to check overall of my teeth and gum, they have higg technology equipment, massage chair is a fantastic while they doing your appointment. Cleanliness and changing gloves every procedure is a big plus for me as i work in a health care as well. Staff are wonderful and friendly, able to come up with your schedule as well. TV In the cieling is another extra for their client. I can totally recommend this place.

I have hated going to the dentist all of my life. But the highest quality of staff at Eastgate Dental have made it an absolute pleasure to come and get my detal work done.

I would highly recommend this office. My husband and I see both dentists. They are fantastic. And they have a massage chair and a TV while you get your teeth cleaned. Bonus!
