Took my vehicle in because of hail damage. They were to complete the at an estimated 10 days which turned into 5 weeks (Understanding due to the shipping shortages.) Then upon obtaining my vehicle back there was numerous defects.
Took my vehicle in to discuss the defects and then I was greeted with confrontation and lies (I was told that damage was “there before”for example.)
Due to SGI’s “let the initial shop try to resolve the issue policy” I waited 4 months for parts to be re ordered and also to be scheduled in for my vehicle to be properly fixed.
When receiving my vehicle back for the second time there still is numerous defects that were clearly addressed initially.
Honestly I am disappointed in the confrontation I received when the shop clearly did not do a good quality job.
