The traditional rental companies have priced themselves out of the consumer market. But reasonable rates are not the whole story with Easy Rent. The customer service deserves every one of these five stars. Keep up the great work, Easy Rent!

I called James on Friday evening and got a car in 10 minutes after I arrived.

First time reviewing any company but Easy Rent Auto did such an amazing job renting out their 1963 Cadillac drop top for my wedding with their driver/mechanic (for almost 6 hours). James made the experience very easy and fun. These guys are great and hardworking. I would strongly recommend them to anyone for either a wedding or any event where a car rental is needed.

There is no place as such.
We emailed last night and went there in the morning but there’s nothing there.
They are advertising for the car they don’t have!

When I showed up at the airport and the big name car rental seemed to have lost my reservation (I waited for an hour to try and get it straightened out) I called Easy Rent Auto. I was told they had a car available. I went to their location and had my paperwork done and drove away in my car in about 15 minutes. Great customer service. Reliable vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.

We rented a vehicle for a month long period while visiting relatives back here in Saskatchewan. Unconcerned about what type or model of car, we got a Fiat500, an excellent rental rate, and were treated to a stress free experience. Thank you easyrentauto!

These guys are awesome! I rented one of their fiats to go up north and it was entirely reliable (and great on gas haha) if you’re looking for a car to rent in Saskatoon, these guys are definitely the ones to rent from!

Wow! What service! I highly recommend this rental company! Open 24/7.yes, even the Easter long weekend. He was extremely easy to talk to with great recommendations. A variety of different types of cars so they have something to tickle everyone's fancy. Stay local! Rent from here & you definitely will not be disappointed! Mercedes Saskatoon could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

24/7 response makes a *potentially* stressful situation disappear. James saves the day.some older but mostly newer vehicles, all well maintained. *Easy* Rent is just what it says and we will definitely use them again!

Great experience! Very flexible. James had secure bike parking for me at a very bikeable location. The only car rental place I know of that lets you stow your bike safely while you're using the car. Prices were great. The only Canadian-owned car rental in YXE I know of, and it's Saskatoon based! Support Local.

TERRIBLE! Do not use this company. Majority of "good" reviews are fake and they have awful costumer service. Please save yourself a big headache. If you don't believe me just do a quick reddit search lol, I'm not the only one.

I rarely post reviews but I had to put in my two cents. I called asking to rent a car and was rudely hung up on. I can’t comment on their cars, but their customer service is horrendous at best.

It was easy to arrange the rental and the car was cleaned and ready to go even though I didn't give them much notice. Friendly staff too.

Great service. There was a glitch in arrangements but they were quick to make alternate vehicle available. Would recommend and use them again.

James can be quite informal with clients but overall was very easy to deal with. There were times it was a challenge to reach him. He is very occupied but I can tell he tries to respond to everyone as they have, in my impression, minimal manpower running the business. Really good deal with the cube van. Battery needed to be changed, he was quick to offer assistance. I recommend their business.

It was the easiest place to rent a car in the city. Less documentations low credit limit requirements all makes it easy. The owner of the agency is very welcoming and kind. Well, James at Easy Rent Auto made my life so much easier. After totalling a vehicle by hitting a deer, my daughter needed a car in Saskatoon on short notice. From pickup to delivery to paperwork, and organizing over the phone, he was able to get my daughter in a rental quickly, in our time of need. James made what was an upsetting and inconvenient situation so much better. Thanks James and definitely five star service. Will be my go to in the future!

For cars he has some way of handling my problems i liked it the most. He also gave me some discounted rate as I made 2 emergency car requests.

I have been renting from Easy Rent Auto-Downtown for the last two years. As my son lives there and doesn't have a car. They are always at the airport on time to pick me up and lots of time early. Just recently my son is moving so again I call them since I can't come down because of Covid19. They again were so willing to help not only with the vehicle but also personally willing to help my son move. I highly recommend Easy RentAuto anytime you are in need of a vehicle when in the city.

I have rented from Easy rent Auto twice now and I have had great vehicles both times. First time was a jeep and I never drove one before and ended loving it. This time I rented a Micra and enjoyed this zippy cute car. Both cars were in excellent driving condition. The owner James was the most understanding, personable, kind and understating businesman when I spoke of my confusion on how to go forward with my choices of repairs or sell the darn thing. The quotes I had for repairing my car was absolutely crazy expensive. He understood my delima and helped me by offering his wisdom. It ended up that I took his advice to call the dealership and interestingly enough they were the lowest. Now if your a female it's hard making these types of decisions and I valued his wisdom and greatly appreciated the advice.
I had the Micra Nissan for 7 days waiting on my car and had no issues it was a perfect ride for getting to work daily. Due to the covid19 pandemic there was no shuttle at Ford so luckily enough the owner of Easy Rent gave me a ride to the dealership. My bill for my rental was very inexpensive compared to the bigger companies in the city. You get the small town personal service with this company which you don't get with any other companies. We all rent cars for different reasons but mostly due to accidents or repairs and it's a pain in the butt and your rental shouldn't be an added pain. If you rent from Easy Rent you won't be sorry and will drive away with a great experience that won't empty your pocket book. By taking James' advice my bill at the end of the day at the ford dealership was NO CHARGE due to a warranty they offer on this repair so without James' advice I would have paid another mechanic the high end quote that I couldn't afford.

This is the first time I have ever had to rent a car or even take my car in to get fixed but this time I had no choice. I had just wanted a video about rental car ripoffs so I was very leery of renting but they were super easy to work with and very flexible for pick up and drop off. Easy to get ahold of and work with me and the repair shop for payment as I don’t have a credit card. The owner is very friendly and super chill as well. Would definitely rent from here again

Awesome service. My car broke down on Sunday before Xmas. James picked me up and brought me to the car lot. Was on my in an hour from making the call. Was able to get to Regina to see family for Xmas. Would highly recommend.

Excellent car rental service in Saskatoon! James and Cal organized pick up and drop off from the airport and even checked in to make sure I had no issues getting to my destination. Will definitely use their company again if I am back in the area.

Flew in from out of town, they picked me up at 1 in the morning, stellar service! Dropped me off for my return flight at 5 in the morning at the front doors of the airport. So convenient and easy, definitely rent from them again!
