Great game stop location, staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell. If you're looking for video game consoles, accessories and collectables this is your stop.

Phone systems are disconnected. Can only contact them if you physically go to the store. Huge inconvenience. Definitely something to improve.

Every time I shop here the staff are always engaging with customers and are really knowledgeable and super helpful.

Game stops back baby. People love their retail stores I don’t think this will go the way of blockbuster. Ape strong. They have original product and controllers not like the knock offs in wallmart.

This is a great store with lots to choose from & look at. They also have very helpful staff.

Thr store is quite small - they always have boxes of unopened merchandise throughout the store and it blocks the merchandise that is on for display- lots of things didn't have prices on them - and although the guy was polite while we were checking out, neither employee talked with us while we were looking for things

The owner knows me and we've had a small friendship for years now, great place to get cheap d&d books and to have a friendly chat.

If you have a spending issue DONT SHOP HERE. I nearly cried when i saw all the cool and cute things inside. I will definitely be back here. Theres also a good looking short king working there. 10/10

One of the clerk's was very rude towards my family and I (long brown hair) didn't catch his name. Wouldn't allow us in the store said only 6 people allowed and there were only 3 customers in the store (non first nations people). We said ok we will wait that's fine. They left and and as we entered the store we were grabbing things to purchase talking to other clerk there were 4 of us. There was a line of non first nations people in line outside the store and the door man allowed them inside. When I confronted the clerk and asked why he made us wait outside he said "were only allowing groups in" I told him "that doesn't make sense they're not with us". I asked him is this a race thing? And he walked away.come on eb games these are the people you hire. I use to love your store but if this is the way you treat your first nations customers no thank you. I don't want it.

Was ignored by two guys behind the counter having a personal conversation. When they finally decided to grace me with their attention they were absolutely appalled that I asked if they had any PS5 stock. Terrible customer service.

Cody is the man you want to deal with he will always try to go above and beyond for you. Cody is more than a manager he is a people person and knows how to help.

They changed their focus more on novelty items and accessories for games, comics and movie items. They still sell games, but most of the store is occupied with accessories now. It's still a fine store to shop at, but you might be surprised to see its similar to a Spencer's or Hot Topic without as much clothes as those two stores.

EB games is the perfect one shop stop that carries a bit of everything. Theres all sorts of merchandise for everone.

Went in today and the staff were yelling at each other and calling each other names across the store. There was little kids in there and it was just very unprofesional even if it was just joking around which im not sure it was or wasnt. Ive also been in there a few other times and one of the staff memebers smelled so bad of BO that I had to walk out. Maybe its time for management to pay a little more attention to there staff!

The manager, Cody, was great to deal with. Took the extra time, despite being swamped, and was very informative and helpful.

Cody is a cool guy and helps me get the things I need. Plus they don't overcharge for hard to find things like Amiibo so that's a good thing in my book.

Awesome staff at this location. They will engage in gaming conversations with the customers and give you honest feedback and recommendations. The store is well organized and I haven't had any trouble finding what I was looking for.

Things seemed a little disorganised but sure it's as a result of the Christmas rush. Staff seem friendly and helpful as well.

Staff always seem willing to help and genuinely want to be there. Prices are the same as all game shops for new. Used games tend to be a little over-priced and trade-in values are the lowest in the city.

They have a good selection of gaming paraphernalia, but their space is too limited to compete with places like High Tech and Next Level in Saskatoon.

I bought my xbox one here. I've been out of gaming for a while and didnt realize I would need adapters for my controller to play online with the mic I had purchased. When I went back in the employee promptly apologized for not thinking of that and making me come back for it. We found an alternative that worked out. Great service and knowledgeable staff!
