My first great experience was with Rebecca at Eb’s before the holidays, whom gave some insight into cross country ski packages. She was excellent! We came in today to get fitted for our gear and Edith was able to thoroughly explain all our options and was incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to get into backpack camping so I went to the store in search of a sleeping mat. I was met by Marcus and he was fantastic. He answered all my questions and showed me different styles and models, and the pros and cons of each. All without overwhelming my rookie knowledge of camping. He also did the same for cookware and water filtration. He was not pushy or trying to sell the most expensive item. He genuinely was there to help and clarify any questions or inquiries I had. The most comfortable experience I've ever had in a store.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Good selection; what they don't have in stock they can order easily enough. Competitive prices. Everything one can think of for use in the outdoors and other fun products (like a canoe-cribbage board!)

In spite of supply chain challenges two winters in a row for cross country ski equipment, Eb's continue to deliver the goods. Excellent, friendly service by knowledgeable staff.

Freindly, knowledgeable and they care about the customers needs, not selling because they can, rather because they genuinely want their customers to enjoy the outdoors like they do with the correct gear for the activities they are doing. They recently went out of their way to help me get parts for my canoe I bought from them in 2013, customer service like that is rare nowadays and I appreciate it.

Bought a paddling life jacket and water shoes. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Staff are knowledgeable and actually paddle. Kayak inventory was depleted. Nice range of kayak paddles available, including a extremely light, all carbon fibre one. My wife and I will be back.

Know their inventory. They were able to tell me when to contact them for the material I want. Polite and knowledgeable. Location little hard to find.

I dealt with Brennen today and he was incredibly helpful! He took the time to help swap out my problematic Thule roof rack for a new one in 32° weather (and believe me, the corrosion on my old one did not make it easy!) and gave me great advice on simple fixes for hauling my weekend boat combo (canoe and kayak). He showed me how to tie a couple effective knots for the set up and even offered to take a peak at it for stability if I have time to pop by post-setup. Great products, great advice, great service! I had an excellent experience here today with Brennan. He not only took time to show me how to use my newly re-furbished vintage XC skis and bindings (which they brought back to life!), he also explained what I would need for my daughter, and waxed up her skis on the spot so we could enjoy some trails this weekend. Top notch service, including recommending some places to check out. I'd highly recommend Eb's for your outdoor needs!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A big high five to Tyler, he got me equipped with a kayak and the gear to go with it. And showed me how to tie some simple knots to secure my kayak to my vehicle. No upselling just honest straight forward information and tactics. I would and will recommend Ebs to anyone!

Rented cross-country skis for the family. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a chance to look around the store and observed lots of high-end products at reasonable prices. A gem of small store.

Really nice! When I went in to rent a skis for skate skiing they were able to explain the difference in what to expect when skate skiing VS outdoor cross country skiing. They are also always up to date on trail groom status as well. Very helpful.

LOTS of confusion in ordering parts for my kayak. Parts were finally ordered but took 3 months to arrive. No compensation was offered. Was told the' price is the price'. Too late to use the parts this year, had to kayak without them. Not impressed

What a fantastic experience! My daughter took me there for my early mother's day present of a life jacket. We had instantaneous service. Warm friendly people and so knowledgeable! I couldn't have asked for better anything!

Went in and picked up foam canoe blocks for my suv and 2 new lifejackets. Had 2 different ladies help me, both were super nice, knowledgable and very helpful. Great prices and very cool atmosphere.

Looks like a great place to get sporting equipment. Looks like quality stuff. Would have given five stars but when my wife and I went in to purchase cross-country equipment, it was too late in the season and they did not have enough stock. Not really their fault.

Have been to Eb's a few times over the past two years of living in Saskatoon. They always have friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager to help. Most recently, I bought a pair of skis from them. Not only did they expertly fit me to a ski, but they were kind enough to switch my bindings from my old skis to the new ones. There was a small miscommunication about when they were going to be ready, and when I showed up early to pick them up, they quickly made sure that they switched them over right then and there even though it meant they had to stay late to do so - definitely went above and beyond.

Eb's is the best place in Saskatoon for your cross-country, canoeing, hiking, and camping needs. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable.
