Bathroom fixtures leaked, no temperature control In rooms, fridge froze food, breakfast included was very limited. Entrance was hidden amongst other businesses. Rooms were very clean. Toilet leaked and took all night to fill (stayed 8 days) ended up filling toilet back bowl with water after every flush. Fine stay if you just need a place to sleep.

Had to spend the night in Regina for a medical appointment. The staff are caring, pleasant and down right nice.
The room is clean and spacious. And price was right for just a place to lay your head down.

The bed was fairly comfortable but that was about it. Room cleanliness was horrible. I don’t even think the floor was cleaned before my arrival. Fingernail clippings on the floor, a strange unidentifiable reddish substance on bathroom floor. Air conditioner dirty and old. Room was just generally worn down. Breakfast was good.

The price of rooms reflects the kind of service and standard of room cleanliness. Actually its way too much n definitely not worth it. The last time I was moved from the first room because of possible bedbugs only to find a cockroach in the second room. Didn’t bother sticking around to find out what was behind door number 3 lol.

My room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Felt safer though. Horrible location. You can't really see it. maps said to turn left onto street but no visible street sign at 1 a.m. And many large transport trucks were parked all over the place. On the 3rd time around the big block, I did turn where the trucks were and discovered it was a street attached to the gas station and hotel parking lots. Not easy to locate in the dark. Nice place though and very friendly staff.

Unbelievable, I booked a room and I couldn't find someone in the front desk.
It was -20° outside 11pm.

Was super surprised because, to be honest, I didn’t expect much. The fellow at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean with comfortable beds. Great place to stay on our cross Canada trip and insanely good value.

I have been staying at this hotel for years the staff and rooms are great, I always enjoy my stays here.

Great room for your dollar value. Clean. Staff was wonderful helpful and ask questions. If we needed anything extra they were on it and made sure we were satisfied

Stayed twice, its clean, updated, hardwood floors, pop and snack vendors.just an overall cozy stay when traveling the trans Canada.

Desk staff good. Price good. Booking through Choice Rewards over the phone can be improved. Clean rooms.

Clean, functional. Comfortable bed. Stale smoke smell everywhere and really loud air conditioning. Not great location.

Clean and comfortable. Basic amenities only, no frills. Free breakfast consists of a choice of toast, muffin or waffle. No real protein choices. Hotel is older and smells of old smoke. Located on the same parking lot as the Husky truck stop. Convenient to go to the truck stop for a proper breakfast, but is not the nicest view lor the quietest location. Basically you get what you pay for. Would consider staying here again, likely as a secondary choice.

Rooms were comfortable. No elevator to second floor had to take suitcases up stairs. Overall is was good.

Go to check to the hotel only to find the prepaid reservation wasn't on record. Then check the rate and it was $10 per night more than my confirmed rate. The evening front desk agent spent about a half hour on the phone attempting to resolve the matter, and was able to confirm the rate and prepayment but said he would need to contact customers service the next day because it was closed for the day. Fine. Get back to the hotel after the event the next day to see a message on the phone only to find out nothing had been resolved and in fact no one knew anything about it and the notes the previous days front desk agent wrote were no where to be found. I then went to the front desk again in tow with a disgusting towel that my daughter found folded in the bathroom and got a rude talking over me instead of listening to the issue agent. To the point where he came to my room, shoved a phone at me and said you need to handle it with the people that it was already discussed with the previous night. Now this is on top of getting into the room and there not even being soap to wash your hands with and a breakfast that was sub par at best. I don't feel this hotel is even worthy of the moniker Econo. As of right now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dissatisfied doesn't adequately describe my experience.
