Realizing I owe money however been treated like I’m not a human on the phone because they gave me $1000 bill which equals out to me getting charged $257 a month for a two bedroom basement suite… I mean I know it’s not there fault but how rude the man...

They stopped sending my bill then called to threaten to shut my power if x amount is not paid I said I can pay it but I have not received the last 3 bills so no idea what to pay and they won't even wave the extra service charges for not paying...
