Worst experience of my and my Mother's life! Mom had recently had a double Mastectomy. I brought her to your Store.she was 79 year's old and was basically pushed into buying an incorrect Bra for her age and body plus sold some kind of stupid foam inserts to replace her missing breasts and the Bra was tightened almost up to her chin! She wanted me to come and see and the Staff wouldn't allow it, and when Mom finally came out of the Fitting room visibly upset and coraled to the Till to pay we quickly left as she was almost crying! I was wanting her to go back to your Store with me while I "fixed this" but she never wanted to walk in there again because of how she was treated! I took her to Walmart, found Gel inserts with some volume and weight to them and her regular type of Bra and threw your product's into the garbage in the Bathroom! And she paid well over $100.00! This hellish experience was in 2017 but I wanted you to know plus our Mother Passed away the following year. Your Staff definitely need proper Training in fitting elderly women who've recently indured horrible Breast Cancer and a double Mastectomy! I will never recommend nor shop in your Store. NEVER! I would have given a minus 5 Star Review but it wasn't possible!

I love Elizabeth's. From the time it opened years ago til today, I have always been treated with the most respect and care. Very wonderful, kind staff and lovely bras and bathing suits. Thank you! Thank you!

Jaden helped me find a bikini top to fit my post-partum changing body and was so great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I went in for the first time ever today and I was met with Joanne. Not only was she professional, kind, and understanding, she was 100% knowledgeable in all the bras there and told me what did and didn’t look good or fit right. She made me feel confident in my decision, especially since I’ve never had the right bra before. I had such a wonderful experience and I do intend on going back!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was there Saturday and the staff were just really rude. And don’t know what they are talking about

First time shopping at this lovely store…and it certainly won’t be my last! Was in search of winter beach vacation wear. Bathing suit shopping is never high on my list of fun things to do…but the amazing staff turned it into one of the most positive shopping experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you to the staff for your knowledge and honest opinions. See y’all again…and again…and again!
