I got my vehicle after fix. They put damaged part and locks are also missing.irresponsible work. Very disappointed by service. Be careful to get service from ENS Saskatoon.

- revisited ENS according to scheduled appointment. Contacted with manager, very angry about review. Did not arrange any rental vehicle according to sgi agreement. Came back without any help. Wasted my another day. Thanks ENS about this type of service.

They said that they would repair the car in 5 days. But in the end they repaired it in 15 days. The repair cost 2000$ from SGI. I don't recommend this service to anyone. And they also remade it because they did it wrong. Stay away from this service.

I am not satisfied with the service provided by this company. The company promised to repair the car in 5 days. 2 weeks have passed and the car has not been repaired and it is not known when it will be done. Today I asked when I can pick up the car but the company representative did not answer. I do not recommend this service.

I’ve taken my car there several times and each time they need it an additional 2-4 more days than expected. This last time, I explained that I had a trip planned to visit my folks and that I’d appreciate being updated on my vehicle’s progress. I ended up having to reach out to them for updates. The communication could be a lot better. This last repair was from a minor collision in a parking lot, bumper was scratched but not broken. Was supposed to be in for three days and they needed it for a week. A scuffed bumper that needed to be removed, repaired, repainted, and put back on, takes an entire week?

Initially I gave a one star review but since then I have talked with the manager. He was receptive to my concerns and Ens was able to have my car done a day earlier which I was happy about.

Very happy with the service I received. From the appraisal they were on top of it, they even ensured no broken trim would fall off while we waited for parts. And got my car back with excellent fit and finish on the repairs. Almost makes my 4yr old car look showroom fresh.

What a terrible experience with this company. I was in accident last december 1 2022 so i choose ens collision to repair my car because it's toyota.front desk booked me on december 31st for an estimate then they booked me for a repair (May 8 2023). A week before the repair i recieved a text message from (front desk) that they need to postpone the repair because some parts are not complete yet and telling me the estimated date (mid of july) for the remaining parts to come and i need to book again in july 31 (for repair) another 3months.so i called sgi about my concern and (planning to move to another shop) and then sgi called ens to put me in cancellation list.when the sgi talk to them (ens). They said to (sgi) the parts already arrived earlier (morning) on that day (May 5 2023) and the receiving department forgot to notify them (front desk) my goodness its getting into my nerve (what a lie dishonest and unprofessional act.and you know what.they said to sgi the main reason why they cannot fix my car and i need to wait till july 31 (another 3months) because they dont have enough technician and most of them is on holiday (really?) first time in my life to heard that in a big car shop like ens collision is out of technician that's why they cannot fix my car (thanks for the lie) just to make some unreasonable excuses.maybe i will understand your reason about the longwait of parts because you said about covid and manufacturer shortages.but for telling me that you don't have enough technician and i need to wait another 3months (what a joke from you guys) front desk need more training about customer service and please be honest to your customer.

I don’t know the quality yet. But really disappointed with the timeline. I got delayed for three times already. The reasons are Additional labor, paint, polishing. They told me to expect a call twice but in the afternoon told me they found some problem and will be delayed. So frustrating already! Not sure if it is because of the quality inspection is strict or the work always not able to be done properly.

I used ENS auto collision for a door skin repair on my Corolla. While I was very happy with the paint job and consideration for vehicle safety, the timeline during repair could definitely improve. Although I scheduled way ahead of time, they delayed the repairs for more than two weeks citing various reasons. Also had to periodically call to ask if the car would be ready at the promised day and had to get disappointed twice.
If the business can work on improving their job scheduling and be more proactive with their communication, definitely would recommend them for repairs.

Just wanted to say thank you to Josh and Shaun and Devin and the rest of the crew at Ens Collision. I got into an accident with my 2005 4RUNNER back in November. It was a big one. I just got it back. It looks better than it probably did when it rolled out of the show room 18 years ago. I’ve done a couple little paint customizations myself. When I picked it up the painter, Devin Friesen took the time to actually do those for me and it looked much better than the job I did! I was super excited to get my baby back. Communication during the whole thing from the ladies at the front desk was amazing. As stressful as getting into a big accident like that is they made it easy the whole way through and I am very appreciative. Thanks again guys.
