Love Toyota and can tell they are trying to work with the customer and Covid19.just a suggestion to have someone out to greet the customer coming in for servicing, with gloves on can hand the customer the envelope for ur keys, tell u where to park, and clearly mark the drop box to put the keys.and tell the customer u will get a call or text to inform them further.

Update Jan 2024: Dropped in to Ens for an oil & filter change. Zach took good care of me and my truck. I appreciated the quick turnaround.

I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma and took it in the to Ens Toyota for a complete check over. Service advisor Matthew was very helpful. He got the truck in right away, their shuttle gave me a ride home, and the truck was ready when they said it would be.

I just recently moved here from Alberta, and I was assured Ens Toyota are the experts to catch me up on my overdue annual fall maintenance and service with my 2005 Toyota Echo. I have owned my vehicle since it was brand new. The team at Ens Toyota was very thorough and they not only did the 45 pt check but they also addressed a problem with my ABS light coming on that my local auto shop in Calgary was unable to remedy. Ens Toyota cleared the code. I felt as if my car was brand new again! I of course loved the large print (I’m a senior) on the detailed Maintenance Service & Inspection Report. The staff were very efficient, professional and accommodating. I made a wise decision to book in with Ens Toyota and highly recommend them. Even better, the cost of my service visit was way less than I anticipated. I feel I am prepared now to experience driving in the harsh winters of Saskatoon where there are no chinooks to melt the snow.am excited and confident that my front wheel drive car can handle it. I’ll be returning to Ens Toyota for regular maitenace in the future based on the outcome of this very first visit. Thank you EnsToyota!

Duncan McGillivray, Andrea Jaspar, and the rest of the team were wonderful to us. I've worked at dealships before and have become fairly particular about the standard of service I expect, the Ens Toyota team had no problems meeting my expectations

Excellent experience! Rob is a professional and guided me through everything from purchase to delivery. I’m a first time Toyota customer and really like my new 2023 Limited trim Venza Hybrid! Can’t wait to get my Comfort Plus option installed so I can preheat my Venza with the app on my phone.

An emergency came up with my vehicle and the staff was great. They kept me up to date on everything happening so there was no surprise at the end of it. I also really appreciated the shuttle service.

Recently purchased a new car from Seth at Ens Toyota. He made what i was expecting to be a stressful dealership experience, an incredibly easy and stress free experience. Always do my oil changes at the drive thru service since I bought my matrix in 2010.
Usually in and out in a hr including the free car wash. This last time I had a appt so was in a bit of a rush. They got the service done in 35 min. Im always very happy with the technicians I have dealt with. Recently there in a.m. And tech came outside to line up and said very busy this morning and would be a 2 hr wait which I appreciated as didnt wan to wait that long so left and came back later and they once again finished in 35 min.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that Ens Toyota gives. I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in and fixed my issue that same day! Reese Beck helped me and was so efficient and understanding! He is such a leader in customer service!

Update, my recent visit back to Toyota was pleasant. They were on budget and did everything promptly and on schedule. Thankyou for improving.

Previous (not great) experience below:
Now that I've owned a Toyota Tundra for about a year, I'd say Toyota and the quality of the brand has really went to the bottom. Back in the day you spend $200 in service and you would get a wash and a detail, and be proud to be driving a Toyota.

Now, you leave the shop (4th time it's in, in just a year) after replacing a starter on warranty. And they charge you an extra $400 for breaking bolts on that warrantied starter, cause, well that's not covered. (Must be my fault the guys broke the bolts)

Drive away and the thing starts dumping oil all over my manifold.quality does not exist in this repair shop. I can imagine the bill on that of I would have brought it back. Thankyou to the garage that helped fix up the leak and tow.

Oh, 1 more thing. If your adelvertising $17.95 winter wipers on your desks and at the back door, with no small print.dont charge $78 on the bill for those very wipers.

Fantastic dealership, i have been going to this dealership for almost 20 years for all my services for my Toyota, never fails me, very honest and would never do anything unless its totally necessary and required, recommend them for everyone even other brands.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership. My car initially had problems with hot air blowing from the AC, so I brought it in for repair. They diagnosed it as a servo motor issue and replaced it, which cost me $1,000. However, the hot air problem persisted. Now, they claim it's the heater assembly that's causing the issue, and they're quoting another $4,000 for repairs. I've already spent $1,000, and this situation feels like a never-ending money drain. Frankly, it seems quite a lot for $15,000 car that had no issues prior to the warranty expiring. I still don't know if this $4,000 repair will even fix the initial problem.
