Terrible service, Service manager wouldn't even pick up the call and wont return to voicemails. Feels like Ens is playing Monopoly as there are no other service center in Stoon

I wish their service department was as good as their vehicles. Their mechanics need to be more thorough. I've decided to start doing more maintenance myself now. I've taken my 4Runner here probably 30 times in the past 8 years and have had issues 5 times, such as:

1. I had the transmission fluid drained, and filled. However, when I took the vehicle home I had transmission fluid all over my garage floor. I phoned to book an appointment, but was told the next appointment was a month away. So instead of potentially having all the fluid drain out and destroying my transmission, I checked the torque on the overflow drain plug and it was only hand tight, I torqued it to 15 ft/lbs, now it no longer leaks.

2. The mechanics left a 1 foot long 4x4 piece of wood stuck between my radiator and my front grill for nearly 20,000km.

3. After having my vehicle serviced, they checked off the box that said "lubricated latches, locks, and hinges". The doors were squeaky though so I suspected they did not do this and just checked a box. The next time I brought my vehicle in, they said that actually the door hinges needed replacing for over $500. I declined, but when I received my vehicle back, the hinges were no longer squeaking and haven't squeeked since, so I assume this time they actually lubricated them. At this point my trust in their mechanics was quite low.

4. Dropped my vehicle off for spark plug replacement, but received a call later that they didn't have the OEM spark plugs in stock. I had to rebook the appointment.

5. I paid for a Maintenance Service, but they did not even check the battery on the printout provided. I feel they should actually provide the services that I paid for.

Will charge you for diagnosis regardless if it is manufacturer fault or yours. I had an issue with manufacturing fault which was noticeable and they said there will be a charge for diagnosis. I was willing to pay but when they told me it was manufacturer fault why do I have to pay? I argued and nothing happened. Ended up paying the fee but was really pissed.

And definitely will make you fool if you don’t understand car language.

Good salesman and very down to earth and understanding. Really feel like they are there to give you the best information on a vehicle and not just push the most expensive car.

I received very curtious service. Staff are friendly I was having a unusual problem and Reese tried his best to help me.

Service was good, I had filled up my washer fluid before going in for an oil change but on my invoice, there was a comment that it was topped. I disagree totally!

The service here is terrible on many levels. Starting off, my appointment hadn’t been entered into the system correctly, then at 2: 30pm, after having had my vehicle almost 6 hours, I am told they haven’t even looked at it yet! I booked the appointment weeks in advance. Now, I’m stuck without a vehicle to pick up kids and their solution is for me to rebook! Save your time and energy and go to any other shop in town. I don’t need coffee from your cafeteria - fixing the problem on a recalled item is all I’m after……
Update: just got charged $186 for shop time even though they were supposed to be investigating recalled items and didn’t fix ANYTHING. Is that even legal? I was told that a cable is a broken and door sensor is broken (the reason I booked the appointment in the first place) but neither are related to the door assembly recall work that they did at their shop (hmm, ok….) When asked why the cable would fail, was given an extremely condescending answer from the know it all ‘service advisor’. Extremely disappointed but unfortunately not surprised as this has been my experience at Ens anytime I have had to go there. Based on reading some of the other negative reviews, I sense a pattern…. This operation is all looks and no substance.

Well Joe have been very helpful from the time of finding right tires for me till they were installed, it was very seamless conversation and team on the shop floor did the perfect job - They cleaned up interior of cars as well on their own which was great and signifies customer Satisfaction is top priority for Ens

Great Customer Service along with knowledgeable staff.
Price point is little bit high but gives you mental satisfaction. Product availability is good but ordering parts are sometimes challenging to get soon.
Free shuttle service.
Highly recommend.
