A whole new level of service! Chintha served me this morning in getting the perfect vehicle for my needs. I came to Enterprise this morning in a bad frame of mind and left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I will never rent from a different company again, Enterprise trains their staff incredibly well to make life long customers coming back.

Easy pick up and drop off.

Hidden charges. They won't tell you until tgey charge your credit card. Once charged they will ask you to sign a contract which states hidden charges. About $100 extra of what they initially say.

I have rented from Enterprise in Regina for years and have always been happy with their customer service and with the vehicles. Everyone I have interacted with at the Scarth Street location has always been friendly and professional.

Absolutely horrible.
Some of the worst human interactions I've ever been a part of.
They are rude, inconsiderate, and don't understand disabilities very well. I'll never rent from here again if I don't have to.
They also tried charging $250 because of a few hairs in the rear. Kizito Mbachu is not a very nice person and even after he was told about the disabilities he still had a terrible attitude and was extremely aggressive for no reason.

I made a reservation for a car rental, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have a car available. This was a huge inconvenience and caused me to miss important appointments. I would not recommend this company.

It is absolutely ridiculous that when you go to get your rental car you find out they will only accept credit card. There should always be options to owning a high interest rate credit card. Even if it is a very high deposit, there needs to be an option. Some people have had problems with consumer debt, etc. Today I was faced with the difficult choice of denying my friend the ability to go see their dying parent or offering up my credit card because enterprise won’t accept a prepaid card. Oh, and his card has the Mastercard logo and also a flight itinerary so according to their policy online it should have been accepted. My friend has plenty of money and credit to pay whatever deposit but does not own a credit card. Thanks enterprise! This should be illegal.

The largest enterprise in Western Canada. The car was clean. Got a free upgrade due to no cars in the group I rented from. They do pick you up but call an hour early as they are busy. Cars are recent.

I recently visited the “enterprise” for getting a rental vehicle and I had very good experience. There I met @ Bony Bobby George, he was very friendly, patient and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He also gave his client card to me for any enquires and I contacted him through email, then he clear all my doubts without any hesitation.

Car is quite new. The company provides pickup and drop off before and after renting a car (even though after their working hours, which I very much appreciated). If your have AutoPak insurance for “loss of use”, check with AutoPak before buying insurance from the company, as AutoPak may have already cover it for you as well.

This Enterprise location on Scarth is fantastic. Every single rental (and there have been many in the last few years) has been seamless. It is very rare to find that with car rental companies, but this location outshines the others by far. In fact, I tried renting from Alamo/National at the Regina airport last year around the holidays (I waited too long & enterprise was all booked up) and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a vehicle with a slow leaking tire which my daughter and I kept having to fill up every couple hours on our drive. We then had to get it fixed when arriving to our destination, which took many hours out of our trip. I told Alamo/National that I would never rent from them again and would ALWAYS book well in advance at Enterprise on Scarth because they are all professionals who understand customer service. Even when they are super busy (and they usually are.because they are the best) I always get treated very well. Highly recommend!

I will try my best to keep this short so, if you have the option to rent from somewhere else do so! This branch and the company overall is chaos to work with. They will give you cars that are not road ready, for example tire lights will be on, windshield fluid will be frozen, gas will not be full, other lights will be on. If you do have to rent from here give yourself a lot of time to pick up the vehicle. At least 1 hour if you are getting dropped off there, and at least 2 hours if you are using their shuttle service. Some of the workers are polite, others are simply too stressed with the chaos that is this place. They have a sever shortage of vehicles (which is why the vehicles are not being properly maintained), they are the only branch in Regina, which means the hour plus you are waiting the phones will be ringing the whole time and people will be hurrying back and forth without being able to properly help the customers. I’ve been using this branch for a while for work and I’ve faced multiple issues with car maintenance, wait time, not receiving the car I booked a month in advance, etc. I do acknowledge the workers might be trying their best, but the franchise and management need to re-look at the way this branch is ran. I do not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a reliable, well maintained car or if you would like prompt service and great customer care.

Friendly staff, work quickly and gives attention to every customer, clean environment and good service.

Service and people are great. Just get comfy if you call as you're going to be on hold for 10-15 mins.

I needed a vehicle on short notice, with no prior reservation, and they were able to accommodate me immediately with pleasant staff and a reliable vehicle. Return process was also very easy, quick, and painless. I would definitely return for future rentals.

It’s the first time that i rented a car and i was worried about because of some bad reviews about over charging and all these things. But the guy CIHAT helped so well.

Had a great experience today with Deanna Gelowitz at Enterprise, she was very knowledgeable and helped me return my rental vehicle from BC with no hiccups. She even called the BC branch to help me finalize everything. Service was quick and thorough. Thank you Deanna!

The service now light was flashing on my first vehicle and these guys told me to keep it. After refusing I spent over an hour waiting for a new vehicle, only for this one to have a tire going low and needing to be filled daily as well as a panel that falls down near the windshield. Will never use this company again.

After some confusion in scheduling the correct vehicle Andrew was very helpful in correcting the issue and getting me a vehicle by the end of the day.

They never have the vehicle you were supposed to get, 1/2 of the staff is clueless, twice I have received a dirty car. That is only the tip of the iceberg of issues I have had here.

I had booked a car a week a week in advance. The day I picked up the rental all they had was an SUV. Not very practical for fuel economy cause I was headed to BC for the holidays. Inside of the vehicle wasn't clean! The vehicle wasn't fueled up and had summer tires on. And then was charged 95 dollars a day rental fee. When it should of been 50 or less! Been waiting for management to call me to go over bill and they haven't called. Pre booked a car the day after I left cause I thought the price was hi. And was quoted almost 300 dollars less then what they billed. The air port charges more for Air port fee's and I believe the scarth location is adding that to the customers bill. And pocketing the money. Definitely would not rent from here again!

When I the car, it had Windshield crack and No winter tires. Even SGI extended my rental, 1st time they said we got it, next day called them as car was skidding and poor performance in winter driving. Now she told me oh you need to return the car, so have to jump back and forth between SGI and enterprise.

Jan 9th: I started the car and says service required -2000 km engine light on. When I called them nothing is available till Thursday. Just because enterprise did not service the car, I have to suffer for 3-4 days. Very fraustrsted situation. I already dont have my car and rental one got engine light on.
Dont rent the car from this.
Only positive thing is Allan- the pickup guy is very nice.

2nd update: NEVER RENT CAR FROM THIS, IF YOU GOT ENGINE LIGHT THEY WILL SAY YOU CAN DRIVE YOUR CAR, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU THEY DONT CARE. ONE REP. TOLD ME THIS OVER PHONE. ENTERPRISE PROVIDES NO SAFETY. WHAT IS GOVERNMENT DOING?
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I rented a couple of trucks for a total of 7 weeks. I had some issues with one of the trucks. Bree was great to deal with and set me up with a different truck right away and straightened my bill out for the few days I had that truck. She went over and above which most companies these days don't. Will definitely rent from them again.

This session to be great business to get vehicle cheap for the weekend. Now the prices are rising and killing me.

My first time renting from here ENTREPRISE, really good service and very exceptional rates, It was a little expensive for me because of the under 25+ fee but Overall, a good service and it was really easy to extend the rental period. Plus they also have drop off service, after your return the vehicle.

DO NOT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE ON THE RENTAL IF YOU HAVE COVERAGE WITH YOUR PRIVATE INSURANCE FOR RENTAL VEHICLES. The representatives at Enterprise do not tell you that if you have a package policy on the private insurance it covers you for insurance on the rental vehicle you are driving as well! I called the manager Hailey today as I do have such coverage with my private insurance and they did inform me to look into such to not pay for the additional insurance. I feel that is stealing from the customers. She did not credit back my insurance. All she said that you have the option to get additional insurance and it is not forced on you.well no it is not, but you would not be smart if you did not cover yourself.

Terrible company. They take a 300 dollar deposit for your car but don't give it back until WEEKS later. It's 2021, when you stay at a hotel you get your deposit refunded at check out. Everywhere Else gives a direct refund instead of mailing a cheque 7-10 business days after returning the vehicle. Then you wait another 5 business days for the cheque to clear. I wish someone would have told me how ridiculous this procedure is before I gave my money to this useless company.

Another rental completed, had an awesome Escape Hybrid, received super gas mileage, plenty of power and great ride. And as always a great price and 5 star service.

I rented a car from here a few years back and i did not like it there were cigarette butts all over and the smell of the car was horrible it need to get better

Avoid dealing with this location if possible, employees will lie and steal your money, lie about drop off time, disregard customer concern and lack professional customer service skills. The manager is a bad role model for all staff, if you call this location expect to be placed on numerous holds for extended periods of time.

I love using this place. No issues always clean and ready when I arrive. Will definitely come back again.

Service is very bed comparison to other rentals company. Recently my car is stolen so I lost my wallet also so first of all one guy told me that you can’t get the rental car after that other guy give vehicle on my friend’s licence and I have auto package but today they told me your insurance company paid for only 8 days but I talked to my insurance company and she told me that you get rental car for free from anywhere. So this guys has no enough knowledge about the rentals car so I prefer that people will take their rental vehicle from another rental companies because service is very worst and also one guy talked very rudely and he hasn’t enough knowledge.

Worst customer service I have experienced, specifically the Regina Albert Street location. I have had a positive experience at other Enterprise locations with organized, friendly staff. However, this is NOT the case at the Regina Albert Street location. There is a large disconnect between enterprise branches. At the pick-up location in Saskatoon, I was told not to worry about a dent in the bumper and stone chip in the window. However, the day after I dropped off the vehicle in Regina, I was informed they found a dent on the car and I was responsible to pay and fix it. I had insurance through my credit card company but still needed to pay the enterprise deductible fee of $700… After being told they would call me back the same day with more information, I waited two days with no word from them. I called them back just to learn they were charging me for the car. Needless to say, this was the last time my company and I will be renting from them.

If you’d like to make a reservation for your wedding day and then have it fall apart without sufficient notice, then definitely pick this place. You see, they know how to *take* the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Nov 22, while in Regina, we had vehicle trouble and needed to arrange a tow. Enterprise treated us so well as we booked a vehicle with them to get ourselves home. They picked me up while my husband continued to wait for the tow truck. When I arrived to their business they were empathetic about my day, reassured me that they had a great vehicle all set and made me feel like they cared about me. So professional and well prepared; they had me on my way in minutes.
Expectations exceeded and delighted with the vehicle and services!

I had a bad experience with one specific lady staff you have at your Albert Street branch, very disrespectful. Don't trust her if you come a cross her. She's the one who only check the tires of the rental car. NEVER again I'll come back for another business.

Did not care for this place at all. No communication, and seemed like noone knew what they were doing. Also felt disrespected, and would not recommend.

The vehicle i rented was amazing, the service was decent. Would of been nice to know right off the bat that they don't do direct billing with SMI but that was my bad. So had to pay out of my pocket. But other then that i really enjoyed the service.

Waited 1 hour to get picked up.

The person who was supposed to pick me up went for lunch and did not communicate.
It was not convenient at all.

Rental was a Ford Fusion Hybrid while my own vehicle was being repaired.
Service was friendly and shorter than I expected. No orientation except that I had to step on the brake while starting; everything else I had to figure out on my own. But that was the fun part learning about all the electronic gizmos and driver assist modes. When I turned in the vehicle they gave me a courtesy ride to pick my vehicle up (just 2 km away).

Booked a vehicle. Used a KOHO visa that I’d used at other locations without any issues. Other locations had no issues renting me two separate vehicles for over a month and a half and taking $2900 of my money. But this location did. It’s absolute garbage.
Enterprise just lost my business forever!

The staff was friendly. Car was good and we had quick service. They took us to a location when we dropped off vehicle. If you are having vehicle serviced at Taylor VW you can get discount if ask dealership.

Was good friendly service, they were ready for me when I got there, I was in a bit of a rush. I was pleased with the speedy service I received.

These guys are on the ball, work very quick and efficiently and treat you with respect. Good selection of vehicles too
