Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Just a heads up, working hours you see on the website might be inaccurate.
This misinformation literally ruined my plans.
I ended up losing a day of my time and spent hundreds of dollars to change my trip schedule!

My flight was delayed and they gave my car to someone else even though I had a reservation. No phone call, no email in spite of having my correct phone number and email from the last 2 times I’ve rented from them. The guy at the desk blatantly lied and said they had “tried to contact me but didn’t have the right number”. Now I’m stuck trying to find a rental at 1230am to drive an hour to my destination or be stuck with a hotel bill saying in Regina overnight.

Update:
I’m out $250 for taxis/hotel because enterprise gave my reserved rental away without contacting me first. All other rental companies were out of availability at the airport and it was 1am so I was forced to stay in Regina overnight. I’m also out a days wages because I wasn’t able to make it to work my shift the next day (an hour drive from Regina).
I’m not spending my morning trying to get a rental car so I can make it to work tomorrow.

I made a reservation at this location using the enterprise app and availability shown on the app upon arriving and then when checking in, I was told they had no vehicle to provide. Wasted my time standing in line for 20 minutes.

My wife arranged a car rental in advance. They told her they didn't have one when she showed up. Can't make that up. 0/10.

I had good experience with enterprise when I was in Toronto and I even have their carshare membership. When I booked at the airport, i was bit optimistic. I booked for two days from april 18-19 and I was told the car windshield has small crack. I saw the crack and it was right infront of driver’s view and it was bigger than they told me. I just took the car not thinking too much but later i realized i could have got tickets for this. When i returned my car on 19th i told her about windshield and she apologized for that. I not giving 1 star for this incident, im giving it coz they called and emailed me on 23rd for not returning the car! It’s so unprofessional not to check the parking lot and make sure with other staffs before u blame someone for not returning car. I called and even emailed but they don’t have the decency to apologize for their error. The person who emailed me was Preet patel and i want to say do a better job!

Rented a car for 7 days. It ended up snowing the second day I had the car. It did not have appropriate tires. I returned the car 4 days early due to not being able to drive it. Called and was told I would receive a refund within 48 hours to my card for returning it early. By the 7th day, I still had not seen a refund. Went to Enterprise and told them. Then story changes to I need to dispute it with my credit card, nothing they can do. I called my credit card company, they contacted Enterprise in Regina Airport and they are indeed in control of the refund and are disputing it. I drove the car a total of about 30 minutes and it cost me $400. Do not believe what these people tell you, they are crooks and liars.

Great service at this location. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean fleet. Highly recommended.

The car was clean and full of fuel. Everything was ready to go. All that I ask in a great rental company.
