They are unaware of how a reservation works. I had to wait hours for my vehicle which they consistently said was being cleaned and would be here in minutes. Unacceptable, poor communication and out right lied about having my vehicle.

Very disappointed. The hours at this location don't make sense. It should remain open until after the last flights get in at night. Our flight was delayed an hour, landed 30 mins after Enterprise closed. So we have to take an Uber or taxi to where we are staying. They told us we have to come back the next day when they are open, and they do not offer pick up or drop off. So we once again have to Uber or cab back across the city to the airport. Ridiculous to have to spend so much extra to get where we need to go, on top of what the rental car already costs. And rental cars are not a great price these days.

Guy in a suit should lose his job. He wouldn’t give me a rental car last time because I would be “dissatisfied” with it. I was not belligerent or rude. I just asked why the pricing was so high. And then we had a discussion back and forth on pricing. There were no cursing or insults just a conversation.
Fast forward to todays date of the 10-April-23 I have to show up again because the dealership deals with this location. As soon as I walk in he says “oh look it’s you again. ” And I simply said “can I deal with someone else please. ” He then proceeded to say he will not do business with me and I have to leave.

He then lied to the dealership and said I came in and starting cursing them out and that’s why they would not to business with me which in fact is not true. Why would I lie about this and have my face attached to this review if it was true. Terrible service this guy has some kind of issue with me for some reason; most people would call this discrimination

I love this location. I used the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. All there staff are nice, friendly & easy to deal with, specially shaker. It was nice to do transaction with you guys. I highly recommend this location.

Enterprise was supposed to deliver a rent a car to my autobody shop by 7: 30 this morning. It's 8: 15 and I'm still waiting for them to show up. I'm now late for work and not impressed. Would NOT recommend unless you have all day to wait!

I won’t rent from this location ever again. Left my oakleys on the passenger seat and realized it when I checked my bag on the airplane. I called when I landed in Calgary and they said nothing was found. They were there when I filled up for gas at 7: 30am and I dropped the vehicle off at 7: 35am so I’m not sure where they would go. If you do rent a vehicle, don’t forget anything.

A young lady named Supuni was very friendly and helpful.
Even though it was pretty late to rent a car, she kept sweet with a lovely smile.
Excellent service, I will definitely recommend renting a car from Enterprise.
They are the best.

Amazing experience here!

Walked in with no reservation after being completely shut down by the other enterprise location. They not only had a wide selection of vehicles but actually gave me a free upgrade.

Super staff, super manager, super vehicles. I'll definitely be coming here for any rental I need in Saskatoon.

Horrible directions. Customer service hung up 3 times and when I did get them.on the phone were extremely unhelpful.

Had the best experience with Joe. He was incredibly helpful with a problem I had tonight and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am very grateful. Enterprise is always the best. I've had nothing but great experiences renting with them

Booked a one way rental to Edmonton. All that was available was a Cadillac XTS for $225/day. Normally I wouldn't pay that but needed a 1 way rental. Booked this a month in advance.

I get to the front desk to pick up and he tells me there is no luxury vehicles available. They then inform me that I'll be paying the same price for a Volkswagen Jetta. I asked if I would be receiving a discount and he said no.

In what world do you downgrade the customer without a discount? They called it a "system glitch" but the real issue was they just didn't want to do the one way rental so made it impossible for me to accept. I declined and left. What a joke. Totally set my trip back hours now when I could have just left from my house early in the morning.

Not great as I was over charged at pickup but they gave me $20 off when I dropped off.

Picked up car and was charged $70+ over my Travelocity quote.

Guy working should of informed his manager to contact me as this isn’t rocket science. 15 year member not a random.

This is called bait and switch.

I updated this and bumped it up because when I finally got ahold of the lady at the counter she was super nice.

Originally Went to book on a sunday. Wouldn't let me. Couldn't get a hold of the actual branch. Found out reason I couldn't book is they have a 5 day minimum. Asked if I could book it the day before and pickup on the next day and told that I wouldn't have a car that they would give it away?

Wow! Was looking at renting from them but almost every review is a complaint that Enterprise responds "we'd like to look into that problem for you" wow, after the fact customer service problem solving! Problems shouldn't have occurred in the first place.but nice to know there trying to fix problems

This location at the airport is a joke! Lost bookings can't use the same discount I've used for years at every other location. What a joke!

I regularly rent from Enterprise in Ottawa and this was my first time doing so in Saskatoon. I don’t even bother with the competitors anymore. Even with my various discounts at the other guys, Enterprise still comes out less expensive, and pick up and drop off is just easy. And many timesI have been given free upgrades just because they were available. No strings attached. I am very happy with my experience.

Service at the counter was trying to up sell me insurance which I had already purchased through Expedia.
Note for others, do not purchase Insurance through Expedia. Apparently if a incident was to occur with your rental car it becomes your problem to deal with 3rd party insurance. Thought that others should know about this. I paid way too much for additional insurance as well. $121.00 US was overpay.
Car was clean, new and great on gas. Happy over all.

Reserved online. Was $292 for the week all taxes and fees included. I have the email. When I picked it up there was no amount next to total line and was not given a credit card receipt. I was charged $343 dollars. When i asked I was told it was correct and afterwards I sent an email to which I got no response. 2 THUMBS DOWN

Made a reservation for a compact car to be picked up from the Saskatoon airport; was told the price for the car would be $27 for 24h, $35 after taxes, plus $20 for insurance, accepted this price. When we got there to pick it up, suddenly the price was $85, supposedly because of an "airport tax" that had never been mentioned before. A tax that apparently costs more than the car rental itself? ! Absurdly deceptive. The guy at the counter also tried to convince us to pay for gas beforehand instead of bringing the car back with a full tank, because supposedly we'd pay cheaper for gas that way. True, the price they were charging per litre was cheaper than at a gas station, but we would not be needing a full tank and you can only pre-pay a full tank. He tried to convince us (two women) that we absolutely would spend a full tank for a 500km trip, and actually argued with us when we told him we'd taken that exact same trip before and spent $47 worth of gas instead of the $83 we'd have to pay for a full tank, was condescending when we affirmed we would not need a full tank and kept insisting we'd need more gas than that. Overall disappointing customer service and very deceptive prices.

Cars are in good condition- i rented consecutively for 8 months, good floor staff who try their best to be helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service on the other end- I had a mild scrape against a parking pole in a parking lot against the side of the car and was charged almost $1500 total. - also there was no warning, only one final letter sent in the mail six months afterwards giving me a "final warning" what can i do except pay? Will not be doing business with them again, and would not recommend this service to anyone.i am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism.

It's my second time in Saskatoon in two weeks and both times I rented from Enterprise but unfortunately both times I had to deal with the guy at the counter that had such a bad attitude that it ruined my whole experience. He had a very condescending tone and made sarcastic remarks and he clearly didn't want to be there. He gave me grief for not checking the mileage when returning the car and for signing the papers without reading first. If I see him again at the Enterprise counter, I'm walking. I don't want to deal with people like that.
