Dr Samantha Tait was absolutely splendid when we took in our kitties today for their yearly check up. She accommodated our very nervous kitty and ensured she was comfortable. She gave great advice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. You can tell she really loves her job; she was so kind and nice and gentle to our kitties. It was overall an excellent experience!

I couldn’t imagine bringing our dogs anywhere else! Excellent staff, excellent service! Truly setting the bar for everyone else!

Erindale vets and staff were amazing to us the last 3 weeks of my Bronson's life. They would see him on the drop of a dime, they would take phone calls and the vets would bounce ideas off of eachother and then call me and take time to talk through options on the phone. They handled us and our pup with care and love. We are forever grateful for them!

Great experience! The staff on the phone were so great, got my dog in last minute. The care from the vet techs, student vet snd vet that helped us was amazing!

They treated our Chew like their own. The outcome was nothing that any of us wanted, but EAH and Dr Viv showed us nothing but compassion and decency.

Every single time we go there we feel like family. They’ve taken such amazing care of our fur babies, and I trust them and their opinions more than I ever have at any other clinic. They’re knowledgeable and supportive and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pet AND you. Literally EVERY SINGLE employee I’ve have the pleasure of interacting with has been amazing and kind and just all around awesome. And one of the more important things I could add to this review, is that all of our boys (2 dogs and 2 cats) LOVE going here, which has never happened at another clinic before. I can tell that they feel safe here, and they love the staff as much as we do!

Their hours are another important thing that contributes to my glowing review. They are open early and late, and are extremely accessible/responsive to their texts, emails and phone calls.

If you’re on the market for a team to entrust your pets health and well-being to, Erindale Animal Hospital is the only hospital you need to go to.

These guys just want your money they don't care about you or your pet please take your pet somewhere else before it's too late trust me. It makes me genuinely mad everytime I see this place. Told me when I was a small kid that my dog was gonna die I cried so hard about it and they showed absolutely no sympathy for me! Not a word! Nothing! Told my family my dog needed a whole bunch of things for no real reason and we couldn't afford it so we went somewhere else the place we went to gave us some medication and that he didn't even need the tests n such! Dogs still alive going 12 years strong

Our guy was a little leery but Dr Vivienne Jones was so patient with him. We're really happy with the nose to tail check up he received, the tips regarding his future eye health and that there is the option for happy visits. We're grateful our neighbor introduced us to this clinic for our fur babies.

We visited Erindale Animal Hospital as first time dog owners. To our relief, it was a great experience with minimal stress. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Joanne who was the vet that cared for our puppy was also great and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Extremely impressive. I was super surprised as to how we were treated so well. I was absolutely amazed at how they treated my kitty like he was their own and gave me updates even several times a day. I was completely at ease despite my cat's serious condition. I've had bad experiences before at other clinics where they would get angry at me for even asking for an update when my cat was in serious condition. I was completely in the dark which was almost traumatizing. But my experience at erindale was completely the opposite. Also they offered me orange and or apple juice during my visit. So nice! And lastly they told me about ifinance which was wonderful. Very reputable clinic!

Dr. Jones is not only an amazing vet, she is an admirable human being. The personnel are caring and nice.

I was a customer for about 5 years with my two dogs. We have easily spend over $12,000 with them. I always hated going to appointments because they never could give you a straight answer as to what is wrong with them. Even after blood tests, X-rays, and consultations with other vets I have left their location on three occasions with the vets not even knowing what the issue of my dog was. Basically wasting $500 on the work done. Every poor review I have read about this place is 100% accurate. Don’t be fooled.

We’ve been using Erindale Animal Hospital for 9 years now and they have always been amazing! Consistently going above and beyond for our dogs, you can tell how much they care about the animals they see. Even after moving across the city, we couldn’t imagine switching to a different vet! We have seen all of the different vets in the office over our time with them, and every one of them has been absolutely amazing. I truly can’t imagine a better vet to care for our furbabies!

The care and concern by the team at Erindale is second to none! I have had really great experiences with the clinic and highly recommend. The care provided to my pets was amazing and the reception team addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. Great vet clinic with a AWESOME staff!

Brought my dog in on short notice & they took great care of her. I was happy to have a follow up phone call the next day as well.
