Exceptional Physicians and there are usually several on staff at a time. Dr Chhina and the support staff there are exceptionally skilled. Couldn't ask for better.

I think most MDs here are just phasing out all patients on their way to a happy retirement. Good luck ever seeing someone

Dr. Mandeep Chhina is a great family doctor, receptive to concerns and thorough in her assessment of illnesses.

Went for a simple rapid antigen test today, was told because the patient was + they couldn’t enter the clinic, suggested we could do it in the car instead, still couldn’t do it, I guess this Medical Clinic only looks after well patients, not impressed in the least, if I could the rating would be negative

Good service. Got a great help from Dr. Alex Yatsina he was so nice with my newborn. Surely recommending if any one wanna see Dr Yatsina

WHY on earth does one of your receptionists keep taking her mask off to lean in and speak in a loud and belligerent fashion to people? I thought we were supposed to wear masks in the clinic, and her lackadaisical attitude is incredibly unnerving. I've also never in 30 years been told I can't briefly leave the clinic to walk, or go to my car, or grab something to eat/drink. I have severe back pain and NEED to walk around because I can't sit for extended amounts of time. This is a clinic, not a prison.

She has no place in a field helping people in need. If you're reading this, look at other clinics. This place feels awful to visit, and I have no idea how I'm supposed to have faith in the services provided when people act this way.

As a Health Care worker I set the bar high regarding care! Dr. Oksana and Dr. Alex are a blessing in our City! The clinic is well run with friendly efficient Staff willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks for the care to all of them.

This was a horrible experience. I came in with a severe bladder infection to the point where I could hardly stand or breathe properly.after waiting for 1.5 hours dr. Youssef asked what I would like him to do about my bladder infection. How am I supposed to answer that? I’m a patient. He then said he doesn’t know where to fax my prescription for antibiotics and asked if I want it tonight? Of course I want it right then and there.it’s an infection, it’s super painful, and worst case scenario it spreads. I was so baffled by this interaction. I shouldn’t have to tell a doctor what to do. Never going back here. He didn’t say bye and was super unhelpful, rude and didn’t seem like he cared.

Because the doctor needs a lunch break which I understand. But you would think they would have staggered breaks.

Also just watched them tell a ladie with a 3 month old that has been waiting a hr, that she is going to have to wait an addition hr minimum until she or her baby can see a doctor.

Rude receptionist, completely lacking any bedside manner and the waiting area is extremely unsanitary (obviously not cleaned daily).

Very frustrating policies. Did my follow-up x-ray regarding knee fracture and I can already see my results in the ehealth account, but for some reason only my family doctor can explain the results. His earliest availability is in more than in a week. Surprisingly, when I did my initial x-ray it was not my family doctor who phoned me back about the results. I was told the only way to get an explanation of my results from the different doctor would be walk-in. I don't understand common sense of asking a patient with a knee fracture to come to the clinic to hear about the results that are available online.

The essence of booking appointments is to avoid the extreme long wait time. I always had to wait more than an hour before being attended anything I book to see my family doctor. Sometimes you are I severe pains and no one is asking you anything. This is absurd. I probably have to advise myself.

Decided to try one of the new family dr after having a great experience with the walk-in. I came in a few months ago to the walk-in to get some stitches done after waiting in the hospital for a couple hours. It was the end of the day and the dr who helped me was great. He was friendly and fast and the stitches were well done. I decided to book in to see one of the new family Dr's there, Dr. Jewitt. She is an amazing family Dr. She's so friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable coming in to see her. On my second visit, she remembered a lot of details from my previous visit. This means a lot. She an amazing dr!

I have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to book an appointment. The website says that the clinic isn't very busy. Did get through, but it takes longer to have the phone answered than to see your physician

My bf made an appointment for a form, and the doctor made him wait for 1.5 hours and left without any notification, so he made another appointment to pick up the form, he had to wait again for a long time to pick up that form, also charged him.

Don’t go here, waited for approx 45 min to se the DR on call. Only to find out 8 people were/are ahead of me. The front desk/wal mart greeters could’ve told me. Will I move a long and try to find a new DR to see in these times, I will try. If I could give this clinic negative stars they’d be minus 10.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 9 years now. My only complaint would be that I've been bounced from doctor to doctor until Dr ibezi came in. Dr ibezi has been my main doctor for 3-4 years and she is awesome. Please stay for many more years to come so I don't have to keep being bounced! Other than some issues in the past with receptionists I have zero complaints other than what I just mentioned and will be continuing on with this practice.

Was 4: 11 on July 29th called in they say they are available on walk in until 7: 30. Walk down there it's far to walk left immediately 5: 54 I'm outside. They turn me away and that's that. So walking class people are lesser people apparently. Cant see a doctor. Tried for 7 hours today at multiple places turned away. Saskatoon has a real big problem, offices like this need to be closed. My health is of no importance.

The receptionists are hit and miss. One was exremely helpful over the phone to help me. The next receptionist at walk-in was not so good. The waiting room time to see Dr. Oksana Yatsina was relatively short and she was excellent in her explanation of test results and general recommendations. All in all the experience was very satisfactory and I would recommend the clinic and this doctor.

What a wonderful clinic. The doctors are kind and helpful and so are the staff.
I see many people complaining about being turned away and told to call the office. I saw nearly 10 signs on the doors and windows while I was there saying not to enter without a covid screening. So to the people who complain about that, definitely were not paying attention.

I will be back as I had a great experience with this office.

Always a welcoming place to get checked out. The doctors I have dealt with so far have listened to me 100%. Would recommend this awesome clinic.

I missed the tiny sign at the door and was told by the receptionist I had to go back to my car to call even though I was standing in front of her. Went outside to call and at first the phone was busy and I couldn't get through, then when I finally was able to call I waited 30 min on hold and there was still no answer. Seems like a pretty simple process, bogged down by an incompetent receptionist with a chip on her shoulder.

I've been seeing the same dr at this clinic for over 20 years, she delivered both of my kids and they both see her. Staff are understanding, patient and friendly. We have had several medical challenges over the years, and they have always put us at ease with their patience and thoroughness. So grateful for them all!

Don’t go to this clinic! It was about a year ago I came into the clinic as I had two tiny bumps in the back of my throat and the doctor looked at it and said it looks like thrush. Sent me home and told me to drink tea with honey and lemon, never went away after a month so came back, same thing doctor told me the exact same thing and sent me home. Came back again a month later and the doctor finally gave me some medication for it. Keep in mind my throat was never swabbed or looked at again after the first time I went in. Long story short I had came back about 5-6 times over the course of a year and in that time I was constantly being fed medication for months and months, 6-7 months to be exact. It never went away so l finally got a family doctor at a different clinic and was finally referred to a specialist. IT WASNT EVEN THRUSH! It was due to stress, so for the 6,7,8 months i was on medication, I completely wasted my money but most importantly it messed my system right up. No wonder why I continually was having health problems. People need to be their own doctors now a days unless you’re lucky enough to find a good doctor. Horrible doctors. Do more harm than good. So upset about the unprofessionalism of these doctors of THIS clinic. No wonder why this clinic has no wait times, it’s always dead for a reason.

Absolutely garbage of a medical clinic. Went in with my fiance and they wouldn't listen to her. Just kept denying everything. The skill of these doctors are elementary level.

Not a good clinic to go to whatsoever. Doctors there are very rude and make you feel uncomfortable and don’t seem to listen to what your saying. I was given a sample to take at home and take to the labs which I KNEW I didn’t need to take as it wasn’t the case at all. The doctor wasted my time and his own. He didn’t greet or smile when he walked into the room nor did he ask ANY questions about the symptoms I was having. I explained my situation and he just assumed right away that it was this or that which I again knew it wasn’t. Never experienced such unprofessional doctors in my entire life.

Long wait.cold staff.not a pleasant person did I deal with. You are in the people business wake up

Be prepared to sit in the office for over an hour and a half, watching as walk-ins who came after you go in before you. Doctors who will pretend to send referrals then not follow up on them for several years even when asked about said referrals repeatedly. All in all one of the worst medical clinics in town.

Great Dr's and Health Center, you never have to wait when you have an appointment scheduled and the wait times aren't too bad for a walk in appointment.
