I tried their carwash service and when I'm about to pay to staffs (1 wearing a black jacket, 1 wearing red shirt) doesn't want to explain to me the types of carwash and laughing at me and they are just on their phone. They are also force selling the lighters (gun design), I told them I dont smoke and stil insisting like I am a stupid person. I felt insulted and ruined my day. This area has bad customer service. Not coming back and gonna tell friends about it.

I have called your gas station at 4: 10 pm 1sept 2023 regarding job hiring.your gas station attendant laugh and behave rudely.very disgusting employees service.

The gas pumps card reader doesn’t work. Multiple times over the last year the pump would say invalid pin - id try another pump and it’d work.

This last time it locked me out and when I went to tell the guy that multiple pumps gave me the issue and locked my card out he just shrugged.

This is the most disgusting car wash period. I unfortunately had to swing by here vs the coop on Albert south as their wash bays were temporarily closed. This car wash is horrible. Zero room in the wash bays. No one bothers to make any attempt at keeping the bays clean as there was garbage everywhere. The exit doors continuously kept opening while washing. What a joke. This place hasn’t changed in the last 20 years. Never again will I step foot in their wash bays again. Do better ESSO!

Went for gas. It was really snowy and windy. Pump didn't work. Was fustrating, already prepaid then had to move to another pump and prepay again ugg. Not their fault but still fustrating

Poor service and does not appreciate customer loyalty. My goodness I always go there for putting petrol on all of my four vehicles and bought tickets for lotto for years. The owner is nice but the workers seems if they don't want to help the customer they pretend that they don't know their system work.
