My experience at this clinic is been an absolute 5 star experience. I find the dorctors (or at least my doctor) actually listen to what you have to say and don't write off your issues as being "lady problems. " They actually show care for what you are experiencing. The wait times I have experienced have been rather long though. My one ding.

My husband's experience, however, has been the complete opposite. He had a scheduled appointment the other day. They called his name to go to a room almost immediately. When he got to the room it was made more clear that his appointment was a scheduled appointment and not a walkin. After learning this the nurse told him to go back to the waiting room to wait for his name to be called - even though he was already physically in a room. While waiting for his name to be called again he noticed that the main people being called back were walkin appointments, not scheduled appointments. Granted he did only have to wait in the waiting room for an additional 5-10 minutes. But still really bad impression and really bad priority management there in my opinnion.

This clinic is really a hit or miss and seems to have issues with priority management. Which is very unforunate as all of my personal experiences have been A+.

One of the worst clinics in Saskatoon, there's always a 45 minute minimum wait to see my doctor and this is for appointments I've booked not walk-ins. Complete lack of respect for patient's time, I shouldn't need to wait over an hour for a simple prescription renewal. Doctors here cram as many patients as they can into their schedule without alocating the proper amount of time per patient. I've discussed this on the Saskatoon subreddit and many others have had the exact same experience with this clinic. The majority of the people who responded to my question regarding wait times have told me they usually only wait 15 mins max for their doctor unlike those at Evergreen. Will be going elsewhere for my medical needs after how I've been treated at this clinic.
03 January 2024 7:47
Doctors seem in a rush to get you in and out. Barely spend anytime with them. Forgot to send in my prescription to Pharmacy, now on hold with the clinic (30 mins! 8th in line now). Absolutely absurd wait time for the phone. Also whenever I try to book online there's no appointments at all but trying to call in takes forever. If there was any other clinic taking patients I'd leave.
22 December 2023 7:26
Now I understand why the rating is 2, should be even less that than, if you have an appointment with the doctor, it should be respected your time and that u book it in advance for that time, for sure you don't book appointment to wait for long hours, is this normal thing? ! Worst experience ever in a medical clinic around the world, this never happened to me, and I hope it won't happen to anyone to be treated in this way.advise for the clinic don't let ppl book appointment if your not gonna let them in according to it and don't accept more than your capacity, don't waste ppl time and energy.
25 November 2023 2:16
It’s terrible you show up for your appointment on time and still have to wait 3 hours + before seeing the doctor you booked with. Once it’s closing time, they shut off all the T. V. ‘S and staff will leave you in the building still waiting. If you can please don’t come here

Saskatoon has a shortage of medical professionals and getting worse each year. The ones already here are over-worked and many are moving out of province.
As a patient here since they opened, I am thankful, this clinic is operating well and catering to many needy patients each day. There walk-in option is the only hope for many patients in the area, and is open on Sundays, as well.
Their service keeps improving over years. I am grateful for all the doctors, nurses, admin, and staff who keep this clinic going.
Seriously, we will be at at loss without this clinic being operational. Please don't discourage them! And, for those who have concerns, my question is, were they politely addressed with the management?

Do yourself a favor and don't consult with Dr Dada.

I went there yesterday for a consult. Ive been waiting for a family doctor to accept new patients and finally got one, Dr Dada. I have a cist in my hand that I need to get removed. Got there, the receptionist was nice and I only waited 10 min. I entered in his office. He showed up (which I didnt know that it was him or a nurse because he didnt introduce himself). Asked me: do you have any medical condition? Alergies? So why are you here today? I told him about the cist and that I have acne, I would like something for this too. He said: you will need another consult for that. I said: why, does it need to be with a dermatologist? He said, no, with me. How lazy is that? Another consult that I waited a year, because more 5 minutes for his time would be too much? Then he said: you need blood work, ultrasound and gave me a post-it with a name of a doctor: and a consult with this doctor. Then, he left. Didnt say ok we are done, you can go, he just left. I waited there. Then I realized he was done. I asked the receptionist if I can switch my family doctor and he saud that he needs to agree? No freaking way. Worse doctor ever! I dont mind straightforward doctors, but jeez, how can someone like him be a doctor? My consult took him 3 minutes.

It is so difficult to book an appointment + online booking doesn't seem to work. Only place in Saskatoon who was accepting new patients though: (
20 May 2023 6:59
I appreciate how patient and professional the staff are at Evergreen medical clinic. It is a very busy place
16 May 2023 12:25
My family doctor left the clinic without notice so I have been seeing drop in doctors. I have tried calling and emailing with no avail for months at different times of day etc. For my walk-in it took 2 hrs (1h20 to see doctor, remaining waiting at reception and pharmacy).

I've called to asked for my medical records since my doctor first switched to this clinic without warning and then left the province with no warning. They will not transfer the file without a $30 fee even though they don't answer calls or emails and when I did a drop in appointment they were so disorganized they forgot about me twice.
16 May 2023 7:15
This clinic BAD customer or patients Dr Sulaiman is good Dr but the secretaries are very bad service And why does he have to charge you for the masks? And they also don't know how to organize the patients they will tell you in an hour and you have to wait an hour 1/2 or two hours they are very poorly organized
10 April 2023 14:25
Poor Medical “professionals”. My wife and I went to 2 different doctors there. One of them
was extremely rude and had zero interpersonal skills.

The other doctor was generally nice but I had 3 issues to quickly discuss but he said “1 issue per visit”. I have never heard of that especially when they’re non-complicated issues. He also wrote me a note for massage but wrote the wrong thing and it said physio-therapy. Had to call in and ask that the note be re-written. They said I’d have to come back in for that (another appointment). The doctor at walk-in clinic at Superstore is better.

Honestly, I hate to think this about medical professionals but these doctors just don’t care about their patients.
26 March 2023 16:57
It is the only chance to get an appointment in person. Hygiene is low. Dirty floor. They often do not work in a timely manner. Your dignity will be affected here anyway. Nobody is care about your issues. It's just a job for them. Maybe they forgot that they have a deal with humans?
Doctors in terms of professional skills seems not bad. But also they do not care about you. Not friendly approach, no hello or goodbye for you. Their job for you is looks like a big favour which is priceless.
24 March 2023 0:27
Dr Dada and the staff is good but the check-in process is very very busy. A line all the way back to the elevator and it takes so long. Please get another person to help check in. Thanks
23 March 2023 20:40
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance with our family Doctor. We have seen him a couples times yet asks us who our family Doctor is? Its you sir!
Anyways booked in advance. Showed up on time and waited an hour and a half. My son and I left without seeing our "Family Doctor". I don't have time for that. I missed work and he missed school. We will be seeking another medical care facility.
22 March 2023 6:25
Appointment was pretty much on time. Good amount of parking available. Did not like how the entrance was organized and how they wanted you to remove your shoes - very messy and you end up with wet socks.
09 March 2023 3:57
Reception is rude, unhelpful. Wait times are minimum 1 hour just to get through on the phone. They cut you off before you finish speaking, offer zero help and hang up on you to dismiss you.
08 March 2023 16:22
Very disappointed. I have had two instances where my doctor was supposed to fill out a referral for me for various services. And two weeks later I haven’t heard anything, call to follow up, and the referral hasn’t been sent. That is not acceptable. No wonder people fall through the cracks in healthcare.
27 February 2023 20:14
Literally worst place ever. As I write this I am going on over 1hr30 min on hold simply to make an apt. This happens EVERY time I call. When you get to your appointment you also have to wait (in my experience) at least an hour. It makes no sense.
07 February 2023 0:55
The receptionist can be hard to understand on the phone and wait times on the phone are crazy. Although my family doctor makes me feel listened to and i feel like i am able to trust her.
05 February 2023 15:59
To be honest I’ve received the worst service always. After waiting for an hour they put me on hold again and while I was talking they cut the phone. So unresponsive and annoying.
02 January 2023 7:59
Terrible clinic. I’ve been calling for over a week trying to get myself in to see my doctor. Their mailbox was full for three days and now they are just not answering. I have decided to go to a different clinic for walk-in and will be finding myself a new family doctor as soon as I possibly can. Do not use this clinic as they are not reliable.
31 December 2022 23:02
Honestly would give full stars if reception would actual be able to pick up the phone. Doctor Prisca Wosu is amazing also the on call doctors. Make sure you bring in mask as they DO NOT provide them.
16 December 2022 3:36
I've been here more than once with prebooked appointments only to wait an extra 30-50 min to finally meet the doctor. This happened multiple times!
05 December 2022 2:31
Worst clinic which i have ever visited. There is a minimum 90 minutes waiting time to book an appointment over the phone. If luckily receptionist pick your phone then still they don’t give you earliest appointment time even if you have an emergency. For walk in clinic receptionist will say just 120 minutes waiting time which is actually longer than 3 hours. Totally disappointed with the service.

04 August 2022 22:36
There is no communication between the Doctor and staff.
Instead of call in person they would like to do solutions over the call, understandable with Covid protocol.
But no response from either Doctor or staff.
Very unprofessional.
31 July 2022 13:27
Wonderful doctors and staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful. My doctor always listens to my concerns and hears me out (which is something I never experienced before coming to this clinic!) Yes sometimes you have to wait a couple minutes longer for your appointment but that’s how it is everywhere nowadays! Thank you Evergreen:) I will definitely continue to come and I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a good, caring family doctor.
20 July 2022 7:12
Evergreen Medical has rule for mask although this is not Government rule anymore now. All the other clinics I have visited, they provide mask if anybody don't have. Unfortunately Evergreen Medical don't provide any mask although they have mask rule. They are trying to save money even from buying mask which is surprising. If you forget to bring mask, you need to go home and get mask. Evergreen Medical don't care about you. They care about money.
16 July 2022 7:02
The staff is awesome!
Unfortunately the reception area is too small and poorly designed. It is always so congested.
Another concern is phone access to book an ultrasound. I tried for 2 full days, from early morning until closing. A very frustrating experience.
13 July 2022 1:07
My family doctor left the clinic without notice so I have been seeing drop in doctors. I have tried calling and emailing with no avail for months at different times of day etc. For my walk-in it took 2 hrs (1h20 to see doctor, remaining waiting at reception and pharmacy).
12 July 2022 10:50
The clinic is usually very busy and the staff are overwhelmed. But my experience with Dr Sulaiman has been amazing. It is so rare to find a family physician who really listens and spends time with his patients and I have finally found one. He is by far the best family doctor that I have been seen by.
07 July 2022 23:03
I actually had a wonderful experience with everyone at the reception. Dr. Pearl seems like she’s probably a great doctor for some, but she is so busy and overworked that she is unwilling to listen to patients. I’m autistic, and she was unwilling to accept written communication. She didn’t have time to read one page of handwritten pertinent medical history during our meet and greet, so I ended up reading it out loud. She rolled her eyes. I cried, and left. If you’re autistic, give her a pass.
05 July 2022 11:13
Nor sure how you run a clinic with constantly full mailboxes and no one answering phones. Even called and pressed 0 for lab with urgent result and it got me no where. If you actually care about your health and well being this is NOT the place to go. You'd be better of with out a family doctor.
05 July 2022 9:43
They never answer the phone, the voicemail is always full. Had a traumatic experience having a small mole removed. After changing doctors and not going to this clinic for over a year I get a voicemail saying they have lab results they want to discuss. Can I even reach them to find out what they are talking about? No of course not because they don’t answer the phone.
28 June 2022 20:44
This place was the worst I've experienced in my life from how coldly they handle the patients to the zero communication afterwards. How on earth is this place still open? I've called for my requisition numerous times and nobody answers the phone nor is there a voice-mail as it appears always full.
08 January 2021 14:11
I see Dr Moorosi. She is kind and thorough. Her first appointments took a month between appointments, but thats now changed and now I can get an appointment within 5 days so that good. I recommend her. My husband sees Dr Tuwor. He is also a kind Dr, thorough, and my husband will keep seeing him.

Now for the areas of improvement: There is horrible wait time at this clinic, if you walk in or have an appointment. Im talking like, your appointment is at 12 but you see your doctor at 2pm instead. I dont know whats going on with this but it needs to get sorted out. I havnt had a problem with my Dr about this, but my husband has. So i dont know if all the reviews about long wait time are the clinic in general, or just one Dr. It's really too bad, because it's not professional, when everything else is. And it limits someones ability to make a Drs appointment during the work week; why make an appointment just before work, or during the lunch hour, if you might actually have to wait for up to 2 hours? A lot of people don't have jobs where they can do that, so the lateness is not just undesirable, but a practical barrier to receiving health care. I hope they get this worked out.
05 January 2021 1:19
Awful experience at this clinic. You would think in this covid world you would make sure that your phones are well staffed. Nope. Can’t reach anyone by phone, can’t book appointments online, can’t get more than a phone call appt after a month of waiting, X-ray and bloodwork results in limbo, and on and on. I’m not coming back and without some major changes, this is unfixable.
09 December 2020 20:57
If i could give this a ZERO/NO star i would. Far by the WORST clinic ive ever been to. Came at 5 pm for a walk in appointment and were told to wait 40 to 50 mins. Waited for almost 1 and half hours and they called saying to wait for more 30 mins. The doctor called at 6: 57 pm and the call just lasted for almost a MINUTE. THEY COULDVE JUST SAID TO CALL 811 AT THE RECEPTION AND NOT WAIST OUR 2 HOURS WAITING FOR NOTHING.
04 December 2020 15:32
Unhelpful and impatient reception rushes you off the phone. I've had 2 prescription interruptions in 6 months with rude reception to my calls to resolve the problem. The claim was that my pharmacy was responsible for sending refill requests, but when my pharmacy had sent the request and the clinic says they haven't received it, a simple follow up call should be received with some professionalism.
25 November 2020 10:15
Dr. Moorosi VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not recommend. My family doctor is retiring and I booked an appointment to meet Dr. Moorosi 3 months in advance. A couple of days before my appointment I received a confirmation call for the appointment of which I ask if I am to come into the office during COVID times or is she conducting zoom calls instead? I am told yes to come into the office. On the day of the appointment I leave work early, I arrive and am taken into an exam room, Dr. Moorosi comes in and proceeds to tell me that she is not taking anymore patients because she is too busy with her "studies" /school work. She is furthering her education. Good for her for doing that but there is ABSOLOUTLY NO REASON WHY I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS OVER THE PHONE. Why during a Global Pandemic would she have people come into the office if it was not absolutely necessary! Because she wants to get paid for the visit! Now three months later I am still looking for a new doctor. TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THE SYSTEM, MY TIME, AND EVERYONES HEALTH!
22 November 2020 22:16
So I use to have this as a 5 star review, but our doctor just up and left and trying to get through to book with the other doctor there accepting patients is near impossible, when I finally did get through I was told she was no longer accepting patients and hung up on, even though the SHA website says she was like 2 days ago. Use to think this was a good clinic and didn't get the bad reviews, but I get them now, its not a great place and you just end up wasting your time.
The pharmacy connected to it tho is fantastic!
22 November 2020 21:59
This was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had at any clinic. I came in for a walk in. While there was maybe two other people waiting. Got booked in and told 30m max. 45m later I asked again and got told 30m. After over an hour after that I got told two more hours! Because they will book your spot if someone who has a family doctor there comes in. So it would of been over 4 hours just to be seen! HORRIBLE
17 November 2020 12:13
Basically was dumped by the doctor, who sent me for tests and then quit! No forwarding information. No referrals to other physicians. NOTHING! I can’t get through to the clinic because they are too busy! The doctor left a phone number in her generic letter to her patients that wasn’t mailed just dropped off at blood collection sites etc! She doesn’t answer her phone nor calls back when you leave a message! Very very unprofessional and thoughtless!
30 October 2020 13:36
I think a big part of this clinics problems are lack of staffing. They need more front line staff for efficency and support. One or two staff at the front in a very busy walk in clinic can't do it all. I had a family doctor who was the only doctor and the office had 3 full time staff. Common areas of this clinic can use some friendly wall decor for a warmer environment and I'm not sure why vending machines offering unhealthy choices is in the waiting room of a medical clinic? The front staff always seem to be very friendly and helpful. No complaints on the lady doctor I seen, she actually was very good with me and I will go back to her.
28 October 2020 7:01
Took 2 hours to have a prescription sent. Absolute joke, after waiting 2 hours and them stopping answering my calls, I actually had to run across town and talk to there staff to have my prescription sent correctly.

I would definately avoid this clinic if convenience/respect are things you value.
17 October 2020 15:01
The doctor (Dr. Moorosi
) is really attentive and professional. The front desk is very patient too.
04 October 2020 8:01
Waited almost 1 hour, the visit was no more than 5 minutes, the black fat lady doctor, I dont know her name, immediately judged me with attitude after I said I want pills to deal with my stomach anxiety, she just kept looking at her screen, and whenever i want to talk, she will pretend did not hear me, I left the place with more anxiety.the girl at the reception was okay though.
27 September 2020 12:11
After trying to book an appointment for 4 days, I finally got one with Dr. Tanyi-Remark. She is (was) my family doctor who moved from another clinic to Evergren, of course I only found out because my pharmacist told me so. Had a phone call arranged with the doctor who instructed me to tell the pharmacist to send a fax so she would renew my prescription. Three days and three faxes later, the receptionist told me that this doctor does not come to clinic because she works up north, in the meantime, there is no hope in getting my prescription renewed. Very frustrating. It seems that doctors are only there to get their fees and nothing else. Do not recommend at all.
26 September 2020 5:24
The walk in clinic was not busy at all. Our wait time went from 20 minutes to 40 minutes to 2 hours. On top of that they require you to wear a mask (understandable) but they charge each person $2.50 for a mask. Absolutely ridiculous. They are making money off people purchasing masks.
13 September 2020 2:34
Nobody ever answers the phone, doctor makes you feel invalid and inconvenient
Also, if you book an appointment at a certain time, expect to go in 40 mins to an hour after that time.

Also, they've had important test results back for an entire week, and the doctor still hasn't looked at them or called me back to back consult even though medication is needed.
18 August 2020 3:50
I recently seen Dr. Setsoana Moorosi at Evergreen Medical Clinic. I was looking for a new family doctor, specifically one who has knowledge and expertise in mental health as I’ve always struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. I am 40 years old, but like a lot of people still struggle from time to time, especially during this COVID pandemic which has affected my mental health significantly.

My first appointment, meet and greet, with Dr. Moorosi was beyond my expectations. She was very patient, took the time to listen and understand my concerns and worries, answered all my questions and provided me with resources I was unaware of.

At the end of my appointment, which was very thorough, she remarked “you and I are going to work together”. I’ve never felt such support and understanding! I was in tears.

Dr. Moorosi is a very passionate and caring Doctor. We need more doctors like her ️
28 May 2020 16:41
Don’t waste your time seeing Dr. Laura Tanyi-Remarck. Unfortunately she didn’t care to find out what was going on with my health and I had to switch doctors in order to be properly diagnosed. Please take the time to read this so it doesn’t happen to you. Also be advised that when I first met her, I loved how calm and unique she was to her approach but she ended up being quite rude to me and always left me feeling extremely awkward and belittled.

She blames everything on weight, specific diets, and lifestyle, which I DO understand is a major factor but it doesn’t mean I should be told to be vegan (which I already was, lol) to solve my problems without getting the proper diagnosing tests. For example, I had a lump under my armpit and she assumed it was a lipoma (fatty tissue growth) so her “prescription” for me was to eat a better diet, which I agree could have been the solution to fat growth, but I needed an ultrasound to find out what it actually was and she refused. I had other symptoms to, such as what is classified as extreme unintentional weight loss and extreme fatigue. When I switched doctors and got my results, it was a cyst and it needed further testing (further reasoning as to why I switched doctors below).

Unfortunately that wasn’t the only case with her. During this same time, I had gone in for lower back discomfort (a type of organ pain not joint/typical back pain) and I assumed it was related to my kidney because I have had kidney stones before more than a couple times so I could relate the pain as so. At first I saw Dr. Tuwor as a walk in patient as Laura had a full schedule (as per usual, usually had a three week availability rate at minimum but yet is accepting new patients constantly). Dr Tuwor thought I had a bladder infection so ordered blood and urine tests. Since she was my doctor at the time, I saw Dr. Laura when results came back a couple days later (luckily squeezed me in). Before she read the results she told me it couldn’t be anything else but a bladder infection which was quite unprofessional of her to say. The funny part was that once she read the results, she read them out to me and wasted all the time complaining about levels of other things that I should be “greatly” concerned about (liver enzymes which were off just slightly [new doctor went over them too because I mentioned that I’m worried since she was] and she told me to stop drinking alcohol to solve this - had to tell her that I haven’t had alcohol since high school more than 7 years ago) when she got to the bacteria results, they proved that in fact I did not have a bladder infection but instead of looking into what could be the actual reason I was having this pain, she just disregarded the results. I had to ask her once again for an ultrasound and thankfully she ordered one, but in annoyance towards it. I shouldn’t have to feel horrible about wanting to know what’s wrong with me.

Luckily they have an ultrasound tech there in the building, so I was able to get it done the very next morning. Unfortunately the inadequate front end staff didn’t tell me the proper instructions for my testing, so when I came the next morning the Ultrasound tech told me I’d have to wait upwards to an hour to let my bladder become completely full (I was unaware of this because I had never had a bladder Ultrasound before). This clinic doesn’t have free public water, such as a water fountain. The tech gave me water from the public bathroom sink (yuck). Overall the ultrasound tech was fantastic, she was extremely friendly and made me feel completely comfortable during the imaging.

It would take another couple weeks to see Dr. Laura for the results and I wasn’t satisfied with her ability or want to find out what was going on with all my concerns so at this time I was going to switch doctors.

In the end, I found out that my problems were not relating to my bladder and diet. I have ovarian cysts and currently referred and waiting to see a specialist. I’m not sure if I would have ever found this out if I continued to be a patient of Dr. Laura.

Utterly useless, Went to get a family doctor, and the Dr said "you need a family doctor" to which I replied yes that's why I'm here, to get a family doctor.she then printed out a list of OTHER DOCTORS currently taking patients. Honestly one of the laziest most ignorant moments I have ever had. Go to an established clinic, not this garbage.
19 April 2020 0:43
Went in feeling real rough, doctor said i have allergies.went to another walk in and the doctor there said i have a lung infection
18 April 2020 20:55
I was ordered an ecg and blood tests. The doctor told me if i come back at 830am i can get it done. I asked is that all? He said yes. I asked the receptionist if i can get the tests done at 830 to confirm, she said yes and i left. I returned right now and was told i had to fast and the ecg cant be done until 10. So i took time off work that was wasted.
For a doctors office, this place has terrible communication with its patients.
07 April 2020 3:50
Very unprofessional and unethical service provider. We are family of 4 and each of us has done blood works through them, but never got a call to discuss the report. Every time we had to call back and make the appointment. Even when I called the clinic to see a doctor for my daughter who is having an earache they said she is showing corona symptoms and they cannot take her. It’s the earache! She said they are private and they can do that! We clearly mentioned her that this is not a symptom, also she doesn’t go to school and we have self isolated ourselves for last 1 week. Never felt like doctor even care for any patient. Will never go back and will not recommend at all.
09 March 2020 18:30
The doctors and staff are incredible. Only complaint is that you usually have to wait up to an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time until you are called in to the doctor's exam room. Bring a book or something to do to help pass the time.especially if you have children with you!
04 March 2020 6:29
Dr. Laura was wonderful! Very companionate! And the cleanest clinic I’ve ever been in. She is very spiritual, and unique.
