Factory Sports Excellence

We made a stop to Factory today to pick up a new pair of skates for our U7, and Owen helped us find the perfect pair. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and super patient (overall awesome kid!). The new store is fantastic, parking is ample, and the staff was wonderful. It's always a great experience at Factory. Thanks, guys!
