I won't be going back, dirty, unorganized. How hard is it to open the door for your customers when they're elderly and arms full of a heavy load?

Been a loyal customer here for 20 years and the last few years the guy has been very disrespectful and mean and makes you leave before they're even closed he'll kick you out at like 730 when the sign says they're open till 9, do not go here unless you want to be disrespected

I called and asked what time the last load was and he said 9pm and he clearly didn't understand because I got there started to do my laundry. And it wasn't until after I wanted change did he tell me that it is on his time and he asked me to leave. Disrespectful. He could have told me when I walked through the door. Or post what time his last load was because I was under the impression he would stay open for me.

What's in the picture is different when we visit the place. Equipments dirty, bank machine out of service, place is dirty.

It's definitely great service, the manager is always kind and thoughtful to give you a hand with bringing in any heavy baskets but of course you do your own folding

The place is dirty, garbages overflowing, and the machines take your coins randomly. The man working argues that you didn't put them in. He actually yelled at me when I dried a load without washing it, despite washing all the other loads. Both times I went, the kids and I were stared at by the manager and his friends or family. Very uncomfortable place to go. Won't be returning.

STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars I would. The two attendants followed me as I hauled all of my stuff in, and stood beside me the entire time barking orders at me. They yelled at me and insisted I use the most expensive machines. They watched while the machines all ate my money and said they could not refund. Then they started yelling that I couldn't use the dryers. I've never been to such a ridiculous business in my life.

Don't recommend this place. The guy who is there is very rude and argumentative.
Used to come here lots and leave a tip. But the price for a bag of work clothes went from $30-$80. Each time sending less thinking price was getting high

I try to be friendly and helpful, letting him know there's no rush and not to go out of the way to get me done fast.

He tried to keep my clothes after I paid. Not worth the hassel If your just looking for clean clothes.

Our laundry Broke down at work and used this laundry mat on the 9th of January 23. Very helpful attendant.started machines and provided us a receipt for our business. Went back on the 13th of January. Waited for machines to be finished. Loaded laundry. He would not provide a receipt. (This was a different attendant) He told me the other day is the other day and no receipt today. Told me i could unload my laundry and take elsewhere. This is very bad business practice.

WARNING they charge extra for warm or hot wash but water is always cold! Scam and dishonest. Good selection of machines and clean, but will no longer go here. I don't appreciate being scammed for extra $$. He gave back the extra but still I wat hot water to wash! An I purposely checked the temperature but I know many don't. Dryers are good, heat up nice.

My dryer quit on a Sunday and I had a load of wet clean clothes. They wouldn't let me dry my load if laundry said I had to wash my clothes there in order to use dryers. Went to Scotties on 29th street awesome service there

Very dirty and grimy. Floor looks like it hadn’t been swept in over a week, grime on the machines, many were labelled “out of order” so obviously not well maintained. I would be concerned using the machines seeing how the rest of the building is kept.
