Was told the pizza should be ready for 630. Now has been an hour and half

What can I say about Steve and his staff? They are amazing, fun and friendly. This place is one of Moose Jaw's longest running pizza places, the pizza is always good and if there is an issue they are quick to fix it. Family Pizza is one of our go to places besides Rodos.

Rude staff, rude delivery driver, after they messed up our order, we called asking about what was missing from our order they tried telling us there was nothing missing, we said that we stated we didn’t receive on our order was not on the bill, after reading the bill and the attitude she gave my wife was not acceptable, she started saying hey hey your being rude and I’m trying too read out the bill, I said I’m sorry but now the food will be cold go on, after she read the bill which magically appeared they had it wrong, after telling her what we ordered, she got it wrong 2 times again, I haven’t checked the order yet as I am writing this review, if they got it wrong again I am just going too go on with life but I will defiantly will not be ordering from family again as they made us feel like we were scamming them, I really liked this place but after this I will order elsewhere…. Not happy about the interaction on the phone and I clearly told the first person when initially ordering for the first time and he read me everything back and agreed this was 98 dollar order I want too see what I ordered as I paid 98 dollars for 30 dollars worth of food costed from the company, I’ve worked professionally cooking for many years and this could of been resolved in a gentle manner of family pizza staff, the customer is always right and we just say yes I’m sorry and the matter is resolved but in this case the delivery driver was not happy same with staff, I just tossed the food in the garbage as I was not comfortable eating it after both those 2 reactions, I’m out 100 dollars, good bye

Very good Pizza in Moose Jaw great job guys, and the punch card for a free pizza is really good and so is the drink selection.

Always amazing za and the wings are delicious! Get the boneless wings and honey dill sauce, very satisfying!
