Great service. I called to have my lawn service shut-off repaired and a few fixes on the outside hose bibs. Service was great, Mike explained everything to me and walked me through what he thought was the best solution. His fixes were neat and tidy and done promptly. When finished he left like he was never there and explained everything that was done and to call if I noticed anything that needed to be fixed up. Would highly recommend.

My name is Anthony. Today I witnessed act of great kindness and generosity. My furnace broke down in -31 temp. I knew I was hard on cash but willing to pay the cost of restoring heat in my house. I called places and was disappointed as they were either backed up or too busy. I kept on trying until I found this Family Plumbing and Heating guy. He was backed up with work too BUT he (Brenden) took the time to listen to me. Most surprising, he PATIENTLY walked me through from wherever he was, busy with work, and got my furnace working. I felt I owe him and have to pay him but he declined and said it was nothing. This is the much I could do for him. I will sleep in the warmth because of Brendan at NO CHARGE. Family plumbing and Heating were very responsive to our heating problems. They offered more than one solution, had quotes completed the same day and the work was completed earlier than we had anticipated. Workmanship was great, the project was completed as quoted and Drayson and Mitch were excellent to work with.

Just had Ryan here to fix a furnace fan that wouldn't shut off. Absolutely couldn't ask for better service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Coupled with the super friendly manner and the clear explanations you just couldn't ask for better service.
Seeing just how good the service was and the fair pricing, I decided to have him put in a new wireless thermostat. Couldn't be happier with it! We can now go on vacation without worrying about the temperature in the house while we're away.

He not only did a great job, he described everything he was doing but also made suggestions about other plumbing items he saw while he was in our home for future without us feeling pressured. Once again, Family came through with prompt, efficient and friendly service. AC went out on hottest day of year and had me back up and running next day. months later, they came thru again. Porter went hell getting my old "reliable" furnace back on track (so far.the clock is ticking on its ultimate lifespan!). And just to give some peace of mind, dropped off a couple space heaters in case things go sideways over nite-it is below 20 C right now. HUGE thanks. Seriously, if you have not used this company you are missing out. And I do not give praise lightly.

Tight schedule yet they promptly showed up to help us. Ryan was our tech who replaced the furnace controller, fine tuned the flame adjust and air mix etc. Honestly it seems like a new house now. We used to have a lot of cold areas in house, like it wasn't efficiently heating. Both my daughter and I are amazed how snug warm we are now. Plus now runs so quiet you just can't tell when fan is running. When flame was on it used to make a low audible burble type noise and we just thought that was normal. Superb result! Really sharp professional who loves his work! Plus stayed focused on saving us as much money as possible. Thanks so much to you! A true "problem solver". My 2 year old Armstrong air conditioner had condenser issues going back to last summer. Last week same issues occurred. While Armstrong is a quality air conditioner mine apparently was a hiccup. Family Plumbing replaced the unit today no questions or hassles…they made it right. Joseph and Craig did an excellent job and once again Family Plumbing came through. We have a furnace, water heater and now a new air conditioner purchased and installed through Family.thanks guys!

As I type this Family Plumbing and heating are completing a furnace and ac install for me. The furnace is done and ac is on the way. These guys are fantastic. Joe does amazing tin work. Very clean lines. Craig ran the exhaust outside and it looks great. I watched his patience manipulating it in place. I could never do it. I got many quotes from different companies and Family was very reasonably priced but also really delivered on their customer service. I honestly can’t say enough.

Their employee came out, heard my issues and worries after just having the front section of sewer line replaced. He calmly laid out a plan to deal with some plumbing that needed to be moved, and explained some possibilities for the water backing up. His work looks amazing, very clean. He found the blockage, and showed me the video of the connection between my front and under the house, sewer lines. Made things very easy, had a great plan of attack to deal with the issues, was an all around professional.
The professionalism from the office staff I first contacted, to the tradesman that came to do the work, they are the company you want to call when you have a plumbing issue.

They were very professional and friendly! Took the time to explain extra information about what they did and possible issues that they found. They fixed the toilet leaking problem and the work that was done.was done properly. You can tell they care about the work they do and their customers. Great first-time experience. Good communication with Brenden, he was on time, rates were very reasonable, he listened to what we were looking for and he fixed the problem - which included a trip up a 24' ladder to check a vent. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had just moved into our new (old) house and were in desperate need of some A/C in our two story home. Porter from the Family Plumbing crew was able to get us hooked up and running cool air in our place four days after we got possession. He also gave us a heads up about some other potential issues with our furnace and ducting, which will be rectified by them as well in the near future. Would recommend any day.

One of Family Plumbing workers, Porter, came and helped when we had water coming up in our basement. He was super helpful and took the time to talk us through what the issue was (which definitely reduced our worries), and got it fixed for us quickly. Definitely knowledgeable, would totally ask for him again/recommend him.

And so, I said to my wife do not be afraid of the man with tattoos who comes to the door about the water heater, for he is the plumber, and has come to do that which I would not.

Furnace Inspection and maintenance were performed. The service was excellent! What was done was thoroughly explained. We also discussed the on-going issue with the air conditioner within this unit—the first company to listen to and address my concerns. I will be calling them out to repair or replace the A/C in the spring.

We chose Brenden and his crew to do all of our plumbing and ducting for our whole house rebuild after we suffered a fire. They were great to work with. They were fast and efficient and handled my last minutes changes very professionally lol.

AC decides to not work.
Called them at 7pm, they had an AC specialist come out following day, at 11am, on time. Within 15 minutes of being on site he diagnosed the problem, then another issue arose and he solved it in short order as well. Total time on site, just under 1 1/2 hrs.
AC is running perfectly and we couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

They show up when they say they will; puts them ahead of 90% of the competition aka the plumbing mafioso and assorted "tradesboys" in this town. Went over everything before-hand and after completion. There was one small thing that needed correcting due to a confusing manual/obscure equipment (confused us all) and they did that asap and to my satisfaction.
