Staff was so helpful & courteous

Never have anything hot and ready. Allways stuck getting something I don't want or wait 15 min. Shouldn't call yourself hot and ready if you can't provide the service you claim. Think I'll be taking my business else where.

I've had a few bad experiences here. More than good. Latest I got a legit cold burrito. Like fridge temperature, and way more sour cream than should be on a burrito. I couldn't even taste the meat, just sour cream.

Don’t come here if you can help it. My latte is always made wrong or given to me in the wrong size. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a normal tasting Tim’s coffee from here. Save yourself

Super skinny and overcooked pretzel lacking seasoning! Usually love getting pretzels at Midtown mall so got one at this Lawson mall location and it was horrible.
