Fatburger Golden Mile

Wife and I went there Nov 12,2023 with a gift card that clearly shows their business name on the card! Yet we’re told it’s not accepted anymore. I got mad at the store and this caused a huge fight with my wife and I and totally ruined our night! We never EVER plan on going there again after this experience!

Tried fatburger for the first time today and the customer service was exceptional! They were welcoming and really caring, one of the best. The food quality was great but taste was alright

I came in for breakfast with my woman they took my order and slathered butter on my toast to point you can't eat it. They served our food 1 by one. I had to remind them I ordered coffee so they would start working.

Honestly, I was excited to try Fatburger for the first time. Let's just say I was disappointed. The amount of food you get for the price isn't worth it. Not only that but the food didn't even taste that good. The original Fatburger is pretty small and the meat was salty. The milkshake was very thin (although tasted decent). I also got the Cajun dusted curly fries and I'm telling you dusting is very accurate because there was barely any on there and I couldn't taste the Cajun flavor throughout. The fries also weren't very crispy. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.

Wasn't happy with our food, we've been to the east end one and found the quality of both food and service much better. The staff there almost seemed rude and lazy, not even saying "Hello" when we greeted them. Our food tasted fine but it was so sloppily put together I ended up have to completely reassemble my burger. They also buried the patty in so much mustard and ketchup that the only flavor was sweet and sour. The only redeeming part of our meal was the Yam fries but even they tasted a bit off, almost like it was time to change the grease in the fryer. Overall, we will probably stick with the one in the east end

Employee’s were extremely nice and good to have a conversation. Props to the man behind the counter who made both me and my brother’s meals. He did an amazing job, definitely recommend going there. Phenomenal experience and great tasting food.

Burgers are delicious! We also love that they have the option to have them wrap them in lettuce instead of a bun.

First time at Fatburger. Very pleased. Meat of excellent quality, maillard reaction well made on the griddle, overall excellent service, very friendly staff)

My friend and I came in and ordered. We sat for over 30 minutes for 1 singular burger and one meal. Other people who were ordering after us were being given their food first. I will never go back

If you want a good size burger to feed your appetite this is a good burger place to eat, a bit pricey but worth it.

The burger here is exactly as advertised. Juicy and fat. If you're doing anything more than two patties, you won't be able to move again that day. The chicken wings here are incredible too. The staff were happy to do a half n half with the sauce on them. The spicy coconut sauce for the wings is to die for.

Good place to hangout with freshly cooked food. They don't keep any frozen foods. Good service and overall it was a great experience.

My first time ever eating there and it was incredible! Good food served hot and fresh along with good customer service and nice, clean restaurant.

We have ordered quite regular for a long time. Was disappointed that in these times when people are struggling our last order went up $10 in price for 2 burger meals. Almost $30 for my burger.

Fresh friendly service. One thing through. Wow too much ketchup supplied for fries. Makes me wonder how many gallons per day are wasted and as a result of this would eventually makenallnfood costs rise?

Bit on the pricey side for a burger/fries/drink (17-20$) but you wont be leaving hungry. Very friendly staff!

The greasy burger tastes like everything thing but meat. I know that patties have high fat percentage but a little meat would harm no body!

Pretty good burgers, seasoning in the parties themselves is a little flat, but get them cooked and loaded up the way you want, all you can drink pop and juices, very clean.better seasoned patties would score it 5 out of 5.

Staff was very friendly, first time trying it and I would say that it's the best burger I've had. My girlfriend had the mushroom Swiss amd the mushrooms were rockin. Would definitely recommend it.

Always great burgers here, brought the whole family and it felt expensive, the burgers are worth it but the fries and rings, even with the combo discount, feel expensive. I will still come back for the great burgers:)

The food was pretty good the restaurant it was clean and tidy my only complaint is that is was cold inside the restaurant i kept my winter coat on till my food arrived
