Though named for their burgers, the crispy chicken sandwich is the gem of rhe menu. Friendly and helpful staff. We have never been disappointed here.

I'm going to rate ZERO if i can. I was just there to pick up my order as take out. I went home, I was missing the Hamburger of all things. I got 2 bags of stuff and was in a rush Ive no time to check the food they cramned in the bag. This wasn't the first time. We ordered several times before via skip the dishes and they are always missing 1 or 2 things in the order. So I called them just now to complain. The person I talked to said "we will investigate this and call you later today! " Sure better call RCMP. It's not rocket science. I'm missing a Burger. Not happy about this. FAT BURGER get the order right!

Fat burger must be an ironic name choice.
Their burgers are smaller than a kids burger at McDonald's.
Same thing with the milkshake, the sizes are tiny.
The nacho fries comes in at over $10 and looks like this?
These food items don't even remotely resemble the product photos.
If this was a 15$ meal, it'd still be a tough choice.

Pretty sure someone ripped off a peice of a chicken strip to eat before sending my order out.

Orders are always wrong, burgers have so much grease in it you watch it run out. People working the till can barely speak english. Restaurant is always dirty and the bathrooms are gross, the music is way to loud in the restaurant, you cant hear the person across from you. I'll never eat here again.

Ordered the red hot chicken sandwich tonight (my usual order), everything with my meal was off tonight - the fries were very cold and soggy, the sandwich appeared to be cooked my first couple bites it was not until my 3rd bite that something felt very off and chewy - looked at my sandwich and it was raw… I am absolutely disgusted with tonight’s order.did call the store and they offered to remake my sandwich which I respectfully declined as I couldn’t not even look nor eat another sandwich like that.was my favourite place in the city to get this particular sandwich. Very unfortunate - I do not plan on coming back anytime soon…

Yikes. We got wings from here after seeing all the high ratings. Decided to try some mini donuts as well. We understand that when ordering deep fried food there’s a certain amount of grease to be expected. The wings were oily enough that grease ran down our arms as we ate (even the lemon pepper wings). The biggest disappointment was the donuts. They were soaked in oil, to the point that when you bit into it, it felt like you were drinking oil. To try to salvage the donuts, I put them in the oven on a roasting rack and watched pools of oil drip out. It’s a shame because the flavours would have been really good if things had been cooked right. Our first and last time ordering from here.

The service was fantastic, very polite and helpful. Even with our toddler they were great! The food was also great. Good portions and well done for the price, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Whent in had to repeat our selves several times like they were trying to rush us through the order process the fellow at the till didn't speak very good English when we got our food home I had the new Texas pulled pork burger it was very dry no bbq sauce on it and my fries were under cooked I bragged to my gf about the Hawaiian burger and she wasn't impressed she had to douce it in ketchup and she got the cahun curly fries that were undercooked and had no Seasoning was not impressed at all at this location I've had way better elsewhere

I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, picture looks nice, however, the mushrooms in the burger are literally black, I mean really black, black! And I’m sure they are not Fungi mushroom, they were supposed to be white mushroom, and smells bad, which took away the taste of the burger, I like Fuddruckers and Burger King’s burger better to be honest, most important element in a restaurant as fresh, unfortunately, it’s not. Maybe they use mushroom from cans, maybe they just used bad mushrooms, price is high for a fast food restaurant. If a Combo average is about $25-30 including tips, then you should have budget to use fresh mushrooms. Same money in Fuddruckers, you get unlimited salad and 1 pound, and same budget in Burger King, the whole family have enough food.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and tasty, extremely clean, including washrooms included.

We went in there 15 minutes before they close and the staff decided to tell us that since they close in 15 minutes they would not serve us. They were quite rude to my daughter that went to sit down and save a table. I’ll stick to going to betts ave location and be treated like respect.

First time here. Had the Texas BBQ burger and it’s honestly the best burger I’ve ever had. Dropping one star because they don’t serve beer (it says they do on their Google page) and the music was a bit too poppy for my liking. The beer would have helped make the music bearable. Overall, totally worth it for the food.

Very clean location, food was excellent. Had the sesame Asian tenders with fries and drink. The young lady did table service and enquired how food was and bussed tables after. Very pleased overall.

Great customer service. Staffs were polite and helpful. Burger and fries cost a little bit more than the Macdonald's but worth it for the change in taste

Food was good as it usually is at Fatburger.

The food was really good! However, the restaurant wasn't very clean. The pop station was so sticky and littered with straws that I cleaned it myself. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was full of nasty water. The garbage in the main area was overflowing.
Otherwise, the workers were super kind and accommodating.

BEST plain cheeseburgers in the city! Sweet potato fries with the chipotle sauce is amazing!

I hadn't had a burger in a really long time since I've started keto. I saw the California burger and a lettuce bun option that was perfect. All the right ingredients for keto. Delivery was fast and great service. I'll definitely try again.

I always order the Mushroom Swiss and it is always great! The burger I had today was by far the best burger I've ever had!
