Fatburger Prince Albert

I visited today, very worst service seen ever.
I visited Saskatoon, Fat burger just awesome there but PA location is very unhygienic and very unprofessional and rude staff.

Very very bad overall experience, Fat burger needed to shut this location off asap.

Not only does Fatburger Prince Albert offer great food and shakes, but the manager, Vishal, is also a standout! He's always available and exudes cheerfulness, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. It's wonderful to have such a welcoming and accessible manager at this fantastic restaurant!

It’s a great place for dine in. The staff is great and gentle. Mr. Gunjan was very helpful and food was great

This place has amazing food with the best service. The guys working here are always willing to help customers. Also, they have the best chicken tenders which are fried in fresh oil!

Staff was very very friendly greeting me when I walked in and made the ordering very easy! And the food got out very quick and the food was amazing! I got the mushrooms Swiss and the lumberjack poutine and it was so good it's crazy!

The staff the food the atmosphere are all amazing best services in prince albert I'd give fatburger a 15 out of 10 and the other restaurants around here should take note this is customer service and amazing food

Every meal we’ve eaten here has been beyond amazing. The staff are super friendly and provide great service. Best place in PA.

It's exactly what it promises to be! A top notch diner with some massive burgers and killer sides. I'll be coming back.

Great place for a fantastic burger. They have never gotten an order wrong. Always friendly and quick service. They are mostly always busy and I do understand, but they need to be quicker at clearing off and wiping tables when customers leave.

When you order $50 worth of food, go to pick it up and they dont even bother to make the order after you say 2 times you are waiting and watch them serve 3 people after your order, you dont get a 5 star rating. Total wait time- 30 minutes for an order that should have been ready for pick up. Then they give you cold, old fries.
So very disappointing.

Literally my go to all the time. They know me by name and they are all so friendly I love everyone here. The food is always AMAZING

Food was awesome. Definately worth the money. Great staff, food was done within ten minutes, and they all chimed in when a fatburger was ordered lol

The owner is great and does remember you on subsequent visits. He's always checking to see if everything is okay with the meal. They sing out when you leave a tip and when creating your order. Highly recommended

Saw the cook drop cheese on the floor and still use it! Cut out the middle man and just eat some garbage from the dumpster!

You're paying quite a bit for a quality burger which is exactly what you'll get. Also, the chicken strips are amazing

There was a chunk of bone in the burger which was not super appetizing. The fries and gravy were good.

Absolutely terrible service. Went in there to order milkshakes and waited almost 40 min to receive my order. In that time several people behind me got their order first. Drove the order home only to find out it was the wrong one. I Called them 4 times with no answer. Very bad experience never go again.

Had picked up breakfast for take out, speedy service, and amazing food i think its the best breakfast i have ever bought for $12.and there is always leftovers for lunch

Crisp vegetables on the burger, fries and gravy were the best I've found around PA. You need a drive thru. Lemonade in winter is ridiculous, but was SO GOOD!

Clean and friendly fast service. The meal was delicious, we had the Lumberjack poutine and bbq burger. Mouthwatering. Milkshake was awesome as well!

Taste of hamburger meat has taken a nosedive might be a new cook (it was better in the past), on the expensive side, hamburger buns could be fresher, good shakes, wings are good but expensive (6/$10), they use to have hamburger deals for everyday of the week not anymore (could be covid business decision).

Great menu, fast friendly service, social distancing and sanitizer available, dine in areas open, buffalo wings menu also, ultimate bbq burger will not disappoint, gravy for fries is very good, good selection of alternative and alcoholic beverages, tvs for sports, nostalgic decor with a modern touch, cinnamon mini donuts melt in your mouth

They only got a one star rating because I can't go lower. Totally grossed out and had to throw my food away. I watched as the staff were cleaning the grease and smoke filters and range hood OVER THE GRILL WHILE COOKING MY FOOD. I don't know what fell into it and on the grill. When I challenged the cook about it, he said nothing. Total gross out.

This location has the FRIENDLIEST staff. Ive never had a bad burger from here, always quick. I always call ahead and by the time I get there, its ready.

I love their AAA beef quality. The best place in the town for burgers and their best anywhere shakes. Food is delicious service is outstanding must visit.

I love their burgers without additives and their sweet potato fries, the only fastfood place I eat at.

Everything tasted amazing and was nice and fresh. I little more on the pricier side but that's ok because you wont be let down.

First time, last time. For the price point, not worth it. Burger cold, fries full of eyes, only thing that was hot was the gravy, and that was burnt tasting powder mix. Go with low expectations and you probably won't be disappointed.

I have to be gluten free the staff was very very accommodating and their poutine is now gluten free and the staff was very friendly

Vishal (Manager) emailed me and offered me a meal as a chance to show me and my Boyfriend their customer service. We had a less than average service on Sept 13th. However this time, I am 100% satisfied with the great food and the atmosphere. Very nice and clean place to eat plus the Staff was friendly this time around!

This was my first Fatburger experience and OMG everything was absolutely perfect. There were so many options to choose from but I went with a bacon and cheese burger with all the good stuff, sweet potato fries and a lemon aid. The fries literally melted in my mouth, the burger was the best I've ever had. The service was excellent, efficient and very professional. Highly reccomend to try it if you haven't yet.

I loved this place a lot. I think I submitted that one star by mistake (do not rate places at bed time) they are always busy but magically they manage to organize clients and make them happy. Best burgers and milkshakes in town without a doubt!
