I have to pick up my package to this location after i missed their delivery twice, i wish they tried to ring my buzzer a bit longer. The site location is inside the industrial zone not easy to see their location even map cant show you exactly where it was. And i hopethey put some instruction at their gate for their first time customer who will gonna pick up their packages. Though their staff were nice.

Received the notice that the package was to be picked at the FedEx business location. Got there, there staff were helpful, except it took an hour to find the package. The staff could find where it was as it wasn't scanned back into there wearhouse, and then we were told it was on somebody elses truck, and then they could get a hold of the driver and so they kept looking in there storage area. The lady said she looked on all the trucks and it wasn't there. She then went to check the outside truck as she didn't know where else it could be. Again, after an hour they found it. It was a very large package, so it should have been easier to try and locate. After all they did. Just took a lot longer than expected.

Living in meadow lake was waiting for my urgent parcel from India
It only took 2 days to reach parcel in canada but taking forever to reach meadow lake from saskatoon
Drivers didn’t even try to deliver saying customer was not available
Requested for a change of address to the customer care, waited for almost 5 days
As the parcel was so urgent for me called the customer care and found out the station were it was. Today i drove all the way from meadow lake for 3 hours and they said its not here.
So pathetic customer care
I would never ever recommend anyone fedex

Worst delivery, their drivers didn’t even try to deliver and they say the customer is not available.
And I was setting waiting for the package.

The call center doesn’t have the driver number, who didn’t even try.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with deliveries.

Not a review, just a question since there is nowhere or none you can talk to directly. Just wondering if you're going to ship my package to Maidstone sometime as it's been sitting in your warehouse since Wednesday morning! Seriously, if it had legs, it could have walked here by now! Wll increase my stars once I get my package. It took 4 days for it to get from Woodbridge, Ont to Saskatoon but can't get it the last 200km in under 3 days? !? !? !? !

Their automated voice system is an absolute mess. After calling Friday at 3pm, and being told I had to pay customs and taxes multiple time by an AI voice, hours after I had paid them online, and then spending 10 minutes trying to access the proper voice commands to talk to a real person about why my delivery had been canceled/not attempted. Only then to find out that yes, my package is at the building, but I can’t pick it up because no one has time to empty the shipping container that had arrived at noon, but it will be delivered by Monday before 5pm. My package has been in the city for at least 3 hours but I can’t get/receive it for at least another 60hours. FedEx as a whole is garbage and I really would have preferred my package was shipped UPS or DHL. I wouldn’t be surprised if my package goes missing in the next 60hours.

FedEx drivers will often not even attempt to deliver parcels and will give some poor excuse for their ineptitude. FedEx doesn’t care if a person needs to drive 20 minutes across town to wait in line behind five other annoyed customers before getting a parcel that very easily could have, and should have, been delivered. This has happened with FedEx multiple times. In fact, I’m not sure they have ever actually delivered a parcel to me. There is always some exception notification that I get, by the drivers account, that is wholly inaccurate. Getting assistance or reporting complaints through their virtual assistant or call-centre is useless. Maybe this review will get some attention from a person. Not impressed. Avoid this carrier.

My package is missing and when I called to ask about it the guy wouldn't let me talk, got extremely upset, then hung up because I asked if he could see if it got shipped to another address. I was genuinely curious, not accusatory but he flipped a switch for some reason.
