Worst delivery in Regina. I received a notification that delivery is expected between 4 and 6 pm. We arrived at 2: 30, naturally there was no one there. After that they wrote, take it yourself. I work until 6: 30 and Fedex works until 5: 30. What do i do. My wife returns from 4 to 6, but they did not deliver as promised from 4 to 6 pm.

They don’t knock, they don’t notify you if you owe customs. They blame you for everything and argue with you over the phone. Awful people.

Delivery unavailable because of duties owed, but they didn't even ring the doorbell, my wife was home, no delivery reattempt, then it's not available til the next day, only to find out they close at 5PM (a Friday before a long weekend) they're closed the next day (Saturday) and the Monday, so on Tuesday, with reduced hours, I show up during my lunch hour, there was 1 person working and 1 customer, and it took about 25-30 mins with the customer just asking questions, the package the customer sent had already been accepted and paid for, that was being done as i entered.

Too bad one can't give zero star ratings.
What a nightmare it was, dealing with this company and this location! I will avoid using FedEx whenever possible in the future.
My package (a futon and frame) was to be delivered to my residence due to me not driving or having money for cabs, however no delivery attempt was made, despite FedEx claiming otherwise.
Redelivery was a joke, as again no delivery attempt was made. When asked if they could just put the thing on a truck and get it to me, after over TWO WEEKS, I was condescended to and summarily dismissed, being told I HAD TO pick it up.
At this point, I'd been sleeping on a makeshift mattress on the floor for over two weeks in my new apartment. I'm 53 years old!
At the Ship Centre, more condescension and confusion, but I finally got my package and took a cab home, thanks to monetary assistance from a relative. No apologies made, no acknowledgement of their mistakes.and I will shout from the rooftops that FedEx is an awful company that cares nothing for its customers.
