The snow check of the 2024 Ski-doo Renegade Backcountry X along with all of the accessories that were ordered at that time were delivered within the scheduled time frame. October 14,2023. Cole Gartner at Funn Motor Sports in Saskatoon did a fantastic job with the ordering and delivering of this machine. The parts department at Funn were also very helpful which made the installation of the accessories a breeze. I highly recommend Funn Motor Sports in Saskatoon.

Brutal place to buy a quad, staff is very rude and ignorant. They try to upsell in things I do not want and need in order to buy a quad, ended up buying a nice quad from Prairie Rec such a big difference!

Don’t waste your time, and certainly don’t buy Alumacraft

I bought a 2022 Alumacraft that leaked straight from the factory.
Approximately 1 gallon per hour.

The first time I took it to FFun Motorsports to begin a warranty claim they looked at it and said a bit of a water leak is normal for aluminum boats and to just use the bilge pump more often.
When they checked for leaks, they filled the boat with water and in the process bent my trailer jack pin with the excess weight. The service manager said he would order a new jack and replace it…however he never did, despite numerous emails and voicemails left about it.

This spring I took it back to Ffun as I couldn’t even leave the boat in my marina slip for a week because it fills with water. (Over 50 gallons in a week)
They looked at the boat again, determined it was a hull leak and emailed Alumacraft to begin the warranty process. Alumacraft informed them that unless it was a larger leak than what exists they would not fix it and suggested that I just install an automatic bilge pump at my expense … awesome warranty on a $70,000 boat… yikes.
Nothing the dealer could do to help the situation I was told so I picked the boat up and once I got it home I noticed a 8” scratch on my engine lower unit that wasn’t there when I dropped it off.
Not to mention every compartment in the boat was mouldy and wet when I got it home because when they filled it with water, they didn’t dry everything out before tarping it. Not even worth talking to them about it because what’s the point. Very disappointing.
Took the boat there two times and both times the boat came back to me with more damage than when I dropped it off.

Even the service tech said alumacraft is junk and this is the 3rd boat with a leak they have had come in this year that alumacraft wont fix. I guess I have to silicone up a new boat now so it doesn’t leak. Pathetic.

Day 1- my windshield wouldn’t close because it was misaligned. Told that that is normal for Alumacraft windshields

Travel cover ratchets don’t work after less than a year.

Boat leaks 1 gallon per hour and now my only option is to go home and try siliconing the Seams to stop the leak.

Do not waste your money on alumacraft.

Just awful service. Completely avoided, and ignored by sales staff. The owners preach they are trying to improve, yet have nothing to show after countless terrible reviews.anyways here's another terrible review. 0 stars would be generous

Honestly here it is, they will take the moment to get you to buy something. This company is absolutely terrible, we spend almost $100,000 there this year and what a mistake. Customer service is garbage, parts department is garbage, nobody communicates. They don’t care about helping their customers there just concerned about the money.

I will never again spend another penny with this place, I actually went to buy a third boat from their stores in Nipawin and told them the boat I wanted they never even called back. Saskatoon, Nipawin it’s all the same. Go into Alberta go anywhere but this store. I’m selling our seadoo boat and I won’t buy another one not because of Seadoo but because the dealer is garbage.

I purchased a new seadoo from Ffun in Saskatoon. A big thanks to Tyrell, he showed me the selections and features of the sea-doo's and options for ithem. He made picking the one I wanted simple and easy. Also a big thanks to Alicia, she made going thru the financing and purchasing super easy and fast. Great work to both of them. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Purchased a brand new 2023 outlander DPS 500, when everyone else said no, Ffun said yes, beautiful machine for a great price, taking me places I’ve never been before. Levi helped me choose and Alicia managed the financing and made everything work for my situation. Will gladly go back

After a year of waiting for new Sea-doo wake pro 230, took home only yo find out that the digital display constantly falls out with and wave bumps, then find out the cruise control doesnt work (wont accelerate over 7 mph). Anything with a microchip is not sent with the vehicle. The sea doo came in but the digital display and something with the throttle had to be put in after by the ffun group staff. Plus never given a manual had to drive 2 hrs back to Saskatoon to pick up. I was told that I would be receiving a call back the same day, and now it has been 3 days and no call.
I will never support this ‘business’ ever again!
If I could get my money back 100% I would gladly give the lemon back to them. I wish there were negative stars Incould rate them with.

Sea-doo cruise and limiter still not working. This was a brand new unit that was sold without all the features it was sold as (fraud). We are mow at the point tht they legally should take it back and gove is a new one that actually works. The manager forgets our conversations and that is extremely insulting. Never again would I purchase anything or advise anyone to support this business.

Brought my older sea doo3d in for new key. Struggled to get anyone on phone ɓut was quoted $75 for key and half hour shop rate. Then got call it would be $250. I refused to pay increase and was told because
my machine isn't new they won't
work on it again. So said "what your saying as the authorized distributer for sea do you won't do anything for service on my machine cause it's older". And that is. Why what you quote is different then what you bill?

Brought in my 2014 GTX Limited 215 Seadoo for an oil change.

During this time it had sat for about 2 years with no fuel stabilizer so I asked them to drain the tank but add a small amount if needed to do their checks.

I was charged $140.00 for the removal of the fuel and the addition of 5L.

Well when I brought it to the gas station I put a total of 20L into the tank.

So either they put in 40L of fuel and not 5 or they charged me for something they didn't do.

Their service is also fairly slow, had to book two weeks in advance for it to take an additional week before being able to pick it up.

I bought a 2022 fishpro sea doo at the end of the summer season last year. I put 15 hours on it so far. I had a spark prior to this and would watch my partner change the oil and fluids so had an idea how to do it. Due to my new machine being brand new I wanted to take it in to get looked at. I phoned Funn on a Friday and asked when I could take it in and they said Monday would work. Just so happened I was traveling to Saskatoon that day. I live 5 hours from Saskatoon. I asked for a price for an oil change and to hook up my battery and explained I never had a new machine before so not sure what they need to check after the initial break in period. The lady said she couldn't give me a price due to them moving to their new location. So I assumed it wouldn't cost too much, was thinking less then 200.00. I drive 5 hours and spend night at hotel, seadoo stayed safe overnight and drop off seadoo first thing (0900) in the morning. Still unsure of price. Lady asked what it needed, and I explained I wasn't sure because it's brand new and maybe an oil change, hook up battery and I asked if there was anything specific brand new machines needed. She didn't answer and stated maybe a pre season inspection. Still not giving me a cost, I left still assuming less then 200.00. I dropped it first thing in the morning and she calls me just before lunch and says my machine is ready and it would cost over 500.00! I was shocked! I asked what cost so much! And stated I didn't come prepared to pay over 500.00 for an oil change and to hook up my battery, and said I would be there in 15 minutes. As I was driving there I kept wondering what cost so much, wondered if something broke, scared because I couldn't afford to pay and might lose my machine. It was stressful! When I got there I asked the lady to explain what cost so much, she said the preseason inspection and the oil change plus the hourly rate of 170.00. Which I wasn't informed of. I was completely confused because I have watched my partner change oil, check fluids, hook and unhook the battery and it never took him an hour. So why they kept my machine all morning is confusing. I kept asking the lady to break it down on why they were charging me so much when all the things they did does not take 4 hours. She went to talk to her manager and I overheard her trying to put blame on me so I spoke up to correct her and the manager came out to talk to me. After hearing both sides the manager stated he knows what's going on here and decided to charge just for the oil change. I was completely relieved. Paid for the oil change and waited another 15 mins for them to bring my seadoo out. I left feeling grateful but still feeling confused as to what just happened. It is a brand new machine with 15 hours on it. I wanted to do it right by keeping the oil clean and make sure things were running right, but did not expect to pay that amount. I will make sure to get a quote if I ever need to take it in again.
April 17,2023 was when i took it to funn. I took the machine on the lake May 5,2023. Before taking it out I checked the oil, it was way over the line so thought it would go down after I start it. I started it on the lake and it blew out black smoke. It didn't go down so I took some oil out and noticed the oil had a dark color to it. I added a picture because I am new to this and not sure why the oil level was over the line and dark in color already. Will be doing some research on this. Oh the seadoo also has some new scuff marks on front end. It was a good experience but very unsure on how they tried to charge over 500 to begin with.

Avoid this place at all cost if you need any parts for your machine. The new parts counter person had no ambition to do his job and go find my parts that I needed. Basically told me to go buy online because I don't want to look for it in the back. Even worse I waited 2 weeks for another set of parts I ordered only to find out he lost them and had to get a refund for those.

Do yourself a favor and either go online or a different location do not waste your time with these people.
