It was amazingly delicious! I couldn't even finish my burger! And the works wer so friendly and social.

First time I've been to this place, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was welcoming. The smells of a good burger cooking?
Great staff and very quick not to mention the healthy portion of fries they give you in your bag. Definitely will be returning

It's been a few years since my last Five Guys visit, but the store (Quance) was clean, the staff were friendly, efficient and swift, and the food was excellent!

Very good food but had to wait a little while for our order to be ready, longer wait than usual. Tables were also quite dirty but it was not that busy so we were able to find a clean table!

Delicious, but an extremely long wait. Several people were served who arrived after me (and I only ordered a bacon cheeseburger). They likely just forgot, nbd.

Good burgers. Unlimited toppings makes you choose what you want. Order any size of fries and you are guaranteed it will overflow in the bag! Best of all is the free peunuts

Amazing service and food! I was late picking my food up and they made me fresh fries when it was my fault they would have been old, costumer service is above and beyond! The place was very clean as it always is when I come in! Great atmosphere very kind staff!

Fantastic superb tasting burgers, the fries are the best.better than the chip trucks for sure.

First time ordering using Five Guys online ordering system, it was easy to navigate and super easy to add toppings to our burgers.

An added bonus to our experience was our service rep asking if I could wait a couple of more minutes and started a new batch of fries to ensure we received a perfect order

Always my fav place to go for burger! The stuff are friendly (always), the food always tests great.
I have just few things to mention about.they need a special employee to work on cleaning (most of the times the tables are not clean), if by any chance will consider my comment I would like to mention about the buns that you use for the burger which I believe it has to be better buns and a bit bigger for better experience while we’re eating, and the peanuts are very old at that location I had them several times and always are not good (very old)

I love their burgers and fries. Such simple ingredients but fantastic flavors. I will eat here again and again

You literally can never go wrong with five guys burgers and fries it is always delicious and fresh.

Absolutely delicious and fresh food. The price is always good here and I really love how they cook their burgers. They have this great crispy outside and a juicy inside. The toppings were fresh. Hands-down, Five Guys make my favorite fries

So stopped at Five Guys for supper and the food was great! There was 3 staff working. A young lady cleaning tables as there were no clean tables to sit at. The young man cooking our food was polite and gave lots of extra fries and the other lady was working in the back. She checked in on her staff periodically. While eating our meal the you man and lady were cleaning the bathroom. The young man was called to the front to help a customer and had not changed his gloves from the cleaning bathroom. I approached him had asked him to change his gloves. He did exactly that and apologized to me and the other customer. Before I left I asked one of his fellow co-workers to thank him for me as he was busy in the back.

Thanks Five Guys staff! Very approachable and pite staff! Smiles everywhere.

Good eats, decent timing on getting meal out.was a little disappointed with cleanliness of restaurant

I was highly disappointed, ordered my food asked for a simple BLT and when I got it the bacon was already made and almost burnt like a hard bacon bit. Tomatoes were soggy and it was the cheapest BLT I ever had. Couldn't even eat it and for the cost of that I could of went to a good restaurant that makes it out of fresh produce and homemade bread with fresh salad on the side and been satisfied instead of feeling totally ripped off. I will never go there again!

5 stars for Maifis, Shanez & Sachins service and the delicious burgers they served us. Had a great easy going time being served by them.

Great staff and great food. We noticed extraordinary customer service from 3 great fellows in particular, Maifis, Sachin, & Shanez. Seem like very valuable employees! They make a great part of the 5 guy team.

Tables were all dirty but as soon as asked they came out and wiped one down. Food was amazing as usual

5 Guys Burgers are always the best. Everything is as fresh as it can get so worth the wait. The wait is longer than other fast food places but those are nowhere near as good. This location or south are awesome. And lots of great additions to your burger as well. Just writing the review makes me want one.

It was ok. Been there several times but this wasn't perfect. Tables were dirty although the staff wasn't busy. Took the free peanuts away because of covid, but why not just prepackage a few? Cost nothing and part of the experience of going there.

The food was good but this location was so dirty. We had asked a staff member to clean a table for us so we could eat in. He cleaned 3 and the tables and chairs were still covered in food and ketchup when he was done wiping them. Floors were sticky and full of fries.

Love their food. Staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful. I shouldn't have to ask for ketchup and peanuts.

The beef at Wendy's is spiced just right. The beef at 5 Guys is just beef and needs treatment with salt.

If staff knew the words "Please/Thank You", I would have awarded a full 5 stars. Grunts and blind stares are not how staff at a hospitality establishment convey gratitude for a patrons' patronage.

Not a long wait. The burgers were REALLY good today! They wrap everything up pretty good. I picked our food up and drove it home 10 min away and it was a good temp. We love 5 Guys!

They can make your burgers keto style. It's just called bunless and they put your burger and trimmings neatly inside of a li'l tin with sauces in li'l containers as well. Super cool that they do this.

So all their food is good burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, fries. You really can't go wrong. They got a nice assortment of add-ons for your burgers and the fries so many fries for a single order.

Once again the employees are parked in the best spots. The guy that took my order did not install his mask correctly and only grunted at me, no hello, or thank you. As per usual at this location the fries were about half as many as other locations.

Bought takeout regularly, always hot and tasty, i went inside to receive the full restaurant experience and was served Cold pasta. Great fresh buns and garlic bread is really good here but a bit costly. May go back due to proximity, hope my experience is better then.

Wow food is as expected really good. But FOR PETE'S SAKE TURN THE FN VOLUME DOWN CAN'T HEAR MYSELF THINK. AND PUT IT ON A CHANEL THAT DOESN'T SKIP. IT'S LIKE A STROBE LIGHT. WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. FAT BURGER IT IS.

So, it's awesome you are open again! I'm even totally onboard with the 'due to abundance of caution, credit/debit only'. It makes sense! What doesn't make sense is your payment terminals still don't have tap-to-pay enabled. So thanks for protecting your staff and all. But it would be appreciated if your customers didn't have to infect themselves by touching your unsanitized terminal to pay

I was new here and it was my first tym having beef burger. I explained this to crew member here and they asked what taste I would love to it and to my surprise I was surprised to see how they made a great meal for me without dropping their usp taste and structure.

0 if I could messed up the order. Called to ask them to resend and they told us we had to pay again despite not even getting half of what we asked for the first time. Language barrier is definitely a part of the problem but wish a little more effort was put into refund or reorder. Take all the money but dont respond with services.

Underwhelming experience. They were cleaning over my head the whole visit spraying who nows what in the air. Next time I'll get it to go.

My son and I love five guys, but this time we went the patties in my burger were not cooked.they were pink inside. I wasn't feeling well later in the night, not sure if it was the patties that made me feel sick? Otherwise they are great!

Five Guys fries are a swing and a miss in my book but sweet mercy, what a fantastic tasting burger patty. You're paying a premium price but it's well worth it. They are definitely on the short list for best burger out there.

I will have a burger from there now and again, and they are good, I find that the bun isn't the best of quality, very soft and can become soggy.

Love the burgers and Hotdogs and the fries are the best in town.price is great service is fantastic and the place is sparkling clean all the time.one of my favorite lunch spots

Bacon cheese burger did leave a little to be desired. Food was still pretty good. Decently quick service.

The food is to standard and good. The cleanliness of this location was very poor especially given that it was dead.

Food is great but the restaurant is not Clean at all had a hard time finding a table to sit at that I was able to clean my self

I’ve been to this place about a dozen times because I love a good bacon cheeseburger. Never have I had the chance to have one of their burgers that isn’t completely burnt. I think their fries will rank best in the city though.
