We have used their Emergency twice in the last month. Once for kidney stone and once for a broken leg. Can't say enough about the quickness, care, compassion, and communication within the entire system at this facility. So nice to enter a new to us hospital and get treated so well. Thank you.

I was treated extremely well by all staff, cafeteria food was great at a good cost too. Friendly professional facility. Sure wished all hospitals were like this one. Well done Moose Jaw.

Shiny and new on the outside- totally and completely dysfunctional on the inside! Nurses on Medical were EXCELENT in June 2016 (had grandma in there) - not enough equipment for the nurse to do their jobs keeping patients comfortable- In July my niece had a baby in the new maternity ward had baby in the morning and moved to a different room in the evening - after they forgot her supper!

Moose Jaws "new hospital" is like a super model, it may look nice and have some shiny new features but otherwise completely useless and non practical! Trying to keep up with the times by downsizing? Way to go Moose Jaw! Being only the second person in Emergency and still having to wait THREE HOURS without seeing a doctor because there are no beds or room. Meanwhile the room fills up with more severe cases which then puts your waiting time back more. There is no privacy in Emerg to explain your symptoms without the room hearing as well. I'm sure many people don't tell their full symptoms which may also cause you to wait longer. Then when you get fed up of waiting and want to leave good luck paying your parking ticket with the "new" machines that are actually out of order. Why in fact charge the residents parking fee when you chose to build in inconvenient wide open space? I see plenty of field that could turn into a free parking lot! The old hospital had plenty of room and was way more practical could of used renovations but you would actually be able to see a doctor and get results. I know I'm not the only one. Pretty sad when a couple comes in with a infant that's throwing up/sick and end up leaving without even being seen. I have no use for the new hospital and recommend if you're not going to die within the hour GO TO REGINA. New hospital? May as well have NO HOSPITAL!
