Floral Acres Greenhouses

Excellent. Ordered several poinsettias late evening and they were delivered (for free) on afternoon of next day. Flowers look great and were on sale. Far better than the usual annual routine of buying from Costco or grocery store and getting them out to the car and then inside. Thanks

Lovely product and excellent customer service - Brett from the their online order desk went over and above the call of duty to accomodate a shipping request to Winnipeg - highly recommended whether you live in/near Saskatoon or their online store.

Have not had the pleasure of visiting in person, but the delivery person was amazing and made sure the plants were safe. Great communication, best prices I've found overall, and good selection of hard to find stuff.

Just wanted to update with a recent experience. Got some plants that didn't quite fare well on the delivery. No big surprise, it does happen and they were very sensitive plants. The team responded extremely quickly and made things right. Just another reason to use them.

So pleased with my Peperomia, it’s healthy and bigger than I expected. It came very quickly and was packed perfectly so no leaves were damaged in the delivery. Thank you Floral Acres!

Floral Acres is one of the best kept secrets in Saskatoon. They have a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, amazing sales and a great membership program. I'm just upset at myself it took me this long to discover this place.

Very well packaged but sadly, some of the plants did not arrive in good condition and I was not able to resurrect them. I felt buying online was a waste of money.: (

I placed an online order for some beautiful perennials and was very pleased to receive a call to confirm the details of my order and discuss specific plants in my order. I really appreciate the attention to service and courtesy shown by the Floral Acres staff to ensure that my purchase would suit my needs.

July 22/23 we went to check out shrubs. We were told that the shrubs we chose were 25% off. When we got home & checked our bill, we were charged full price. Thinking that maybe there was an error at the till, I called.
Turns out that the shrubs we purchased, that we were told were 25% off, were not. We got an apology but that error on her part cost us $60.
We could've returned them but to save the hassle we decided to keep them.
Good customer services is valuable to any business. Your staff should reminded to be more careful.

I can’t express how tickled I am with all the plants I’ve bought from Floral Acres this year, and today I took advantage of the sale they’re having. They came delivered and when I went out to see them I let out a squeal. They are GORGEOUS. I’m so pleased; they made my whole day.

We went to Floral Acres yesterday to buy hardy shrubs for the lake. Marianne and Laura were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind! We planted our shrubs roday and they look amazing! What a wonderful garden centre, and terrific staff! We will be back very soon!

I have received the wrong item and after numerous times to reach out to someone I am still waiting to here back! I have been charged for my item and want to receive it but would really appreciate someone contacting me!

I find this greenhouse so joyful. Everywhere you look there are beautiful baskets, pots and trees. Never have to go searching for staff, so many helpful people to assist you
