Update: I still love taking classes at Fly! The studio is very inclusive and instructor turn over is low which helps build a comfortable community. Everyone is so encouraging and I've really appreciated the motivation from all the instructors and other students.

I've been coming to fly for about a year, and absolutely loving it. It's a great place that's so fun, and helps you build not only strength but confidence! Love fly fitness!

I paid $420. I was only able to take one class and that was supposed to cover 4 classes. I tried to call and text lesley, the manager, over and over again since October 2022 and it is now April 2023 still have not received a refund.still have not been able to register for another class. Now the phone number isn't working.

FLY is a place for everyone. Offering everything from aerial to pole to focused fitness to stretching classes, there is something you’ll enjoy. The community is encouraging, kind and there to make your experience worthwhile. Much love for my FLY family!

The classes and instructors are fantastic. There's something for everyone no matter what your fitness level, age, or gender. Incredibly welcoming and supportive community. My self confidence has increased immensely and I can now do things I never would have thought I could do 5 years ago. LOVE everything about Fly.

I have had two unpleasant experiences with FLY, which is heartbreaking because I really wanted to be able to say that I was able to attend a class and loved it. I have had classes cancelled on me the day of, twice. The first time I felt compassionate, as things happen; but the second time, absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation, and the blame was placed on me and my friend for not seeing the pre-requisites at the bottom of the page. No further options were given, when easily we could have been signed up for the soonest class to fulfill the pre-req. That was a perfect situation to gain customers by making some accommodations, but instead the ball was dropped and the conversation ended. Not only that, but both of us have been forced to chase down our refunds (which I have still yet to receive). I really wished this would've been a good experience, I really do.

Very kind and supportive teachers. There's now a rope class offered there, and I can't wait to try it!
