Very good facility, all staff v good
But the condition of the natives is very bad They eat rotia in large quantities Then again they could not even reach the toilet. Sis don't even wash the bottles after washing them

The store is well maintained. Shower stalls are not managed properly. Every time you book a shower, there's a 20 to 45 minutes delay even though showers are empty but not promptly serviced. Men's washroom stalls are filthy with gunk and stuff.

Yes the establishment can do a better job cleaning but come on.
Washing your pee pee and letting the water fall on the floor!
Throwing the toilet paper beside the toilet onto the floor.
Go home and do those things there

Decent spot, need to turn up your hot water in the showers! I don't want a lukewarm shower.

My company is fine but the food like the breakfast sandwiches were a little hard and the hashbrowns need a little bit of salt for favor.

It's 2022 how about getting the "Tap" option for card purchases!
Wasted my time, not worth the stop.

Should probably concider fixing the parking lot. Came in when it was dark. And there is a MASSIVE pothole thats not blocked off or anything. Atleast a foot deep. Bottomed out my front end and destroyed my bumper and air lift kit. All the manager had to say was oh well.

Hair all over counter, the whole shower was nasty.didnt notice until i was done, also the shower head flew apart and hit me in the face so that was awesome

Its a hole. Have yhe pumps usually down. Pump would let me enters my log in. Waisted 20 min from my log. Will np.longer buy fuel for my fleet here. I recommend that this plsce be avoided.

Great place 10/10. They got ample parking space, enough fuel pumps, clean and spacious showers, fresh food and hot coffee. All the staff members are very polite and helpful.

This is ridiculous. Its 2: 30am in the morning no body is using shower. The staff is so lazy to clean one for you. Worst customer service.

I thought it was a bit expensive just to take a shower at first (12,60$) but they provide everything you need to take a shower if you don’t want to use your own. Very clean and staff seemed friendly.

Free spot to camp with your RV if you ask for one night! Cool staff, I recommand the stop if you’re traveling on the transcanadian highway. You can’t sleep in any Walmart in Regina. This place is perfect if the noise doesn’t matter to you.

Amazing truck stop! It's got everything. Clean and hygenically freindly. Showers are a great plus for long haul drivers on the Trans Canada Hwy. Food availability could improve but definitely no complaints! Wifi could also improve but it serves the purposes for many drivers for a short stop and go. Lots of parking! Flying J are generally owned and operated by great individuals.highly recommend! Come see for your self!

Nice place for truckers to park but the wifi is abysmal at best. This place isn't even remote so there's really no excuse for it. Fix the wifi please.

Another Pilot/Flying J where WiFi doesn't work. I pay for Premium WiFi and half of the travel centers do not have signal. I ask one of the employees about the problem, he says: "Maybe it will work through the App". So I explain that the app works through either my data plan or wifi. The answer I get: Than there is something wrong with WiFi. Awesome, thanks for the help. Im giving it two stars because store and pumps are ok but bathrooms could use a bit of cleaning.

While waiting for showers male attendent was cleaning he cleaned toilets & showers then he put fresh towels in each room still wearing rubber gloves he had cleaned toilets with very unsanitairy

Traveling through from the beach late and we were all hungry. Stopped as we have done before at other Flying J’s but this time service was horrible. We asked for a few meals from the meal counter. 2 corn dogs, 2 jalapeño corn dogs, 2 slices of pizza, 2 chicken and cheese tornados, 3 chicken tenders, wedge fries and a cheeseburger meal which consists also of wedge fries. I was shocked they started to put the corn dogs, tornados, chicken fingers and wedge fries in plastic bags.instant condensation and soggy ness. The worker rang through our meals then told me
He didn’t charge me for the tornados. Ok so I pay again. He said it would be 3-5 minutes for the cheeseburger. Let’s just say the other 5 of us ate and still no cheeseburger. Finally we walked to the counter and they were just bringing it out.wrapped in plastic wrap. GROSS! Again instant soggy ness and condensation. He worker handed me the burger and I asked for the wedge fries and he said I didn’t order them. Ummyeah we did, he just didn’t ring them through or maybe he did and I didn’t have a receipt to prove it. Very irritated over the whole experience. I now have a kid who didn’t get a whole meal, starving and now I have to deal with him the way home because I was so frustrated with the whole experience that we walked out. Food should NEVER be put in plastic bags when it’s hot, plastic wrap around hot food is not better. As we travel quite a bit and have used flying J for quick snacks/ meals I have never had such a bad experience.
