Fountain Tire

Called them last week, they said they would order me a tire. Even booked an install date, no phone back. So I had to go with another shop, as I needed one ASAP. Poor customer service and lack of effective communication.

Came in for an oil change and all the staff was wonderful. They were quick and courteous. Was also cheaper than I expected! Always a plus! Highly recommend!

Wow! And not in a good way.
No knowledge at all. Terrible customer service as well.
The guy at the counter smelled horrible and kept staring at my wife.
Ended up going to kal tire.
Avoid fountain tire in Weyburn.

Knowledgeable guys in the back, service oriented and very friendly. I like this place. Talk to James, he'll hook you up and get you what you need

I have always had fantastic customer service at Fountain Tire. The staff is very professional, friendly and always ensure their customers are safe on the road without breaking the bank!
